My family and I flew to Hamamet in May 12th. And our motivation was exactly the same as yours. Do not repeat our mistakes if you have been to Turkey and Egypt - you obviously will not like a beach holiday and service in Tunisia. The only thing we liked was the trip to the Sahara. Beach holidays suck. Check out last minute tours to Ceylon on the TourTes website (although the season ends soon). Just take my word for it, Crimea is better and it will be much cheaper.
