Everything is very good. Great territory. Sea under the windows. The staff is very friendly (many try to speak Russian). Good buffet. The hotel has an excellent thalasso clinic. There are almost no Russians - accordingly, everything is very quiet and decent. Basically - the middle class from France and Scandinavia by families. Great pub with all kinds of drinks. Indoor heated pool. Coffee house. The rooms are comfortable, but, in general, cosmetic repairs could not hurt...
More cons: Russian channels are not caught, access to the sea is closed at night, a wretched gym (although I used to work there, as a rule, alone; since my friend killed an old pear there a year ago, they haven’t hung a new one. . . ). There were no cases of theft from the numbers of valuables left behind.
I saw several sharply negative reviews. I consider it necessary to defend the hotel against the hysterical indignant reviews of respected compatriots. I did not come to the hotel from the Tver outback and, believe me, I can evaluate all the criteria. There are two reasons for super delight: 1) the beach and the sea (+ the view from the window, if it is on the sea - do not regret the extra 80 euros! ), 2) the thallas therapy clinic, that is, just those two things that we went for; for just delight, the reason is the attitude of the staff (sometimes for a very small additional fee, but then it will already be the third super delight).

Cons, as already mentioned: no TV, drinks are not brought to the rooms (you need to specifically negotiate and "position" with the manager of the bar service), there is no gym, there are few shops... The rooms are cozy and "ergonomic". True, there is nothing special to do in the evening: all sorts of clowns come with dressed up scorpions, and skinny, painted Ukrainian prostitutes perform belly dances, chuhnya and burshi play dominoes and flip-flop (in chess and backgammon, as a rule, they do not know how or play badly: there is not enough intelligence... ). The buffet is quite decent, but in Turkey it will be better. Very good local wine and good beer. Be sure to take the all-inclusive program: very convenient. There are almost no Russians (with us there were three more when the hotel was 50-60% full).
In short, for a quiet, boring vacation with improved health and a good sea, it is quite suitable. You can diversify the hotel's cuisine by going to one of two quite decent Hammamet restaurants - Berber and sea. Romance is tight: it is problematic to fraternize with vacationing foreigners (almost all families), there are no compatriots from the CIS. There is no billiards.
