Hello everyone who wants to get to know our hotel before you arrive.
My name is Katya, I am the commercial attache of the Aziz Hotel for the Eastern European market. I am a simple hired employee, a specialist in the market of the former USSR. And no family and other ties with the hotel management and its owner. I had a lot of fun reading what rumors, it turns out, they want among tourists. Thanks for the uplifting mood!
By the way, the owner is Tunisian, not Spanish. And we have our own network: Aziza 4 *, Mediterranean 3 *, Aziz Residence 4 * - this is in Hammamet, and also the Kant 4 * hotel in Sousse. We also include the thalassotherapy center "Biorivage", the golf course "Citrus", the zoo between Hammamet and Sousse "Phrygia" and the tour operator "Eden Tour". That's how big we are!
Thanks to everyone who has left their feedback on the site.
Indeed, now the hotel is closed for a complete reconstruction. We already had 14 new rooms and maybe someone was lucky to visit them. And from March 31, all numbers will be the same. In addition to the updated number of rooms, the changes will affect restaurants, a bar, a lounge in a bar, of course, all the furniture and so on. . .
What will remain unchanged is the concept of a calm hotel for a measured, quiet holiday. The animation will remain unobtrusive. During the day - water aerobics, table tennis, darts. In the evening - light live music in the bar and a folklore evening a couple of times a week. There is no playground and animation and will not be. The hotel has a disco where you can go after 10 pm, but taking into account the contingent of the hotel - who want a quiet (seal) holiday, the disco will not be so incendiary.
The neighboring hotel - Mediterrane 3 * - is a completely different concept: a family-friendly hotel-club. There are animation and playgrounds for children, and evening shows and a disco. Tourists staying at the Aziza Hotel can go to shows and discotheques in the Mediterranean.
As for the Thalassotherapy Center. The center changed its management and, accordingly, part of the staff. Some courses have undergone changes, new procedures and special offers have been added. As you understand, the new management is trying to justify the hopes placed on it and is very sensitive to all the wishes and requirements of customers. Therefore, we hope that there will be no more bad reviews about Biorivage. But the rates have also changed. The previous commercial policy of the center was simply unprofitable, maybe that's why the quality left much to be desired.
Soon we will complete work on our Internet site, and you will be able to see the hotels, the thalassotherapy center for yourself.
If you have any questions about hotels and services, I have a page on tury. ru
I will always be glad to answer you.
Until the meeting

Arriving from a holiday from this hotel 09.10-19.10. 2008, for the sake of interest, I decided to read reviews about this hotel. I didn’t read before the rest, so as not to spoil the mood and trusting my sister, who works in the tourism business. Everything that is written is true. Arriving from a holiday from this hotel 09.10-19.10. 2008, for the sake of interest, I decided to read reviews about this hotel. I didn’t read before the rest, so as not to spoil the mood and trusting my sister, who works in the tourism business. Everything that is written is true. There is nothing to fix, there are a few additions. The commercial director of the hotel is a Russian girl Katya, rumored to be the wife of the Spanish owner. Adequate, resolute, in order to find her, you need to go to the reception and ask her, she will solve all the problems. As for the waiters: there are three shifts, only one is normal, the other two are dumb, with the exception of the girls in these shifts. Repairs were made in a third of the rooms, from November 15 to March 20, the hotel closes completely to complete the rest. Animation this year was not at all, with the exception of a couple of numbers with snakes and yogis. Katya said that this was their miscalculation and they would correct it next year. Nearby is a three-ruble note MEDITIRAN (something like that), belongs to the same Spaniard, you can go to the entertainment there, it is allowed, there it is every evening.
Now for thalassotherapy, I will say this right away from the words of my wife, or rather a sample from her solid mat. The procedures are expensive, my wife's course for six days of four procedures for half an hour each, cost 750 dinars (600 bucks). They can’t massage, they don’t know how, they don’t want to, almost all of them without exception (and there are 8-10 masseurs there). They save money on mud and algae (they were in Turkey, in Sapphire, they had a massage, there is something to compare with). My wife liked the pool with a jacuzzi the most, it beats and massages well. The rest is shameful and not worth the money, in Russia it is better and cheaper to do (my wife goes all the time), and Tunisia just went to SPA because of this. Foreigners are happy, you can see they don’t have this at all, or it costs a fortune.
Therefore, the conclusion: the hotel is not bad, a solid, well-deserved four, it is better not to go to the SPA (there are others, much better, for example Serena-SPA, in the city). We drove through Coral, hosting party like Odeon (guide Alexander), there are no complaints about them either, they clearly worked.

The hotel is located a 2-hour tedious drive from the airport. The hotel staff is unfriendly and does not speak Russian (even in separate words); very strange all inclusive system. You can wait up to 30 minutes for a waiter or bartender to place an order. Mattresses on the beach have never seen a shower - no matter how you look at it - in the adhering dirt on both sides.

You can wait up to 30 minutes for a waiter or bartender to place an order. Mattresses on the beach have never seen a shower - no matter how you look at it - in the adhering dirt on both sides. If there is no dinar in the hands, do not rush to bring it dirty. On the beach, on top of the sand, the rhizomes of centuries-old trees, for which some vacationers cling and dislocate their ankles (could be sprinkled with sand). The restaurant, which is located in the main building, is just a dining room with shabby once green chairs, with not very fresh napkins (like a tablecloth). There are no paper napkins anywhere at all - just some kind of wildness (is it really so ruinous? ) They ran around the hall for toothpicks - they looked for them on neighboring tables. A restaurant by the pool - people have lunch there - some have a pareo on their shoulders, some have towels, and linen napkins are in their hands - we are fighting off flies, which are MYRIADS, HORSES in this restaurant. Pizza is overdried, the grill does not even lend itself to a knife (let alone teeth), French fries-crackers. If you took a glass of wine, then you are supposed to have a drink only 1 (and how can they drink all this dry, peppered food? ) The rooms were not vacuumed even once. As the maid removed the bedspread from the bed on the 1st day, crumpled it, threw it on the mirror, and so it lay all 11 days. The only thing I liked was the room. Spacious, comfortable with a separate bathroom. But there was no remote control from the TV, so you had to get up and adjust the quieter or louder. Well, in general, all the little things do not tell. And so I wanted to get into a fairy tale!

But let me tell you about thalassotherapy. After all, this was my main purpose of visiting Tunisia. So, I had a pleasant conversation with the guide and the doctor. She told in detail what she was thirsty for and what she paid for (what program she paid for back in Russia for 9 whole days, 5 procedures a day! ). The guide and the doctor nodded in agreement and said that tomorrow my recovery and getting rid of the hated cellulite will begin, according to the course I have chosen. My health allows me to undergo these procedures. Imagine my surprise the next day when I was prescribed procedures that were not in my profile. That is, continuous relaxing baths and nothing from the arsenal of fighting cellulite. No massage, no sharko shower, no body wraps - which is included in the standard minimum of the anti-cellulite course, which I was so sweetly promised yesterday.
Full of determination, she went to express her “fe” at the reception. But not everything is so simple. The Arabs held the line. The first tactic - we do not understand, we do not know the language, speak only French... The second line of defense - and we generally do not have such a program that you bought. Where you bought, there and sort it out. The third line of defense - and you, citizen, did you pay money for the course ?? ? I will not describe in detail how I found out the attitude at the reception, how I called the guide and through long negotiations made them remember the Russian language, find a voucher for paying for the course in their daddy and change the program.
So - Hurray! The procedures have been chosen. . . BUT another problem arose - their low quality!! ! Wrapping with algae was conditional - cunning and algae mixed with clay in the ratio of 30% algae and 70% clay. I found out about this by chance, when our compatriot also made a scandal because of this. She has been to this center for the 5th time and knows how the algae should visually look, what they smell like, what the effect on the skin should be... To which she was told: sorry madam, but the algae are over. And it was we who literally traveled to distant lands at the peak of the season and paid a lot of money !!!!! ! It is worth noting that because of thalassotherapy, the choice fell on Tunisia... Further, the masks on the face were done terribly, the Arab women literally set out to stretch the skin and make it hurt to the maximum... Massage is also a separate song. Someone just strokes, someone does not work out the time, someone does not react to your pain at all !! ! Having been in the hands of various masseurs, I found experienced professionals and went only to them. But I was very sorry for the time spent with other incompetent masseurs that turned my whole body into one big bruise!! ! In order not to repeat my mistakes, ask Sofian Azouzi (Safyan) and Amin Rebey. Although the reception also has its own mafia, a certain Karina, who works with Russian tourists, will always answer that they are always busy and offer you other massage therapists, her friends....And here we had to take experienced specialists with a fight. I don’t know why they didn’t please her... On the last day of her stay in the thalasso center, she was remembered for a bright scene with the participation of our tourist. Which, seething with righteous anger and shouting to the whole hall: “I bought a facial rejuvenation program in Russia, 5 days for 5 procedures. Why did you include only water procedures for the body in the program? swim here????!!!! " As I knew it, without comment... .

I rested with my parents in Aziz. The hotel is located in the quiet resort town of Hammamet. From the first day of our stay in Tunisia, we did not like the "special" attitude towards the Russians. This attitude extended to people vacationing in other 4 * and 5 * hotels. In general, the impression of the hotel is positive, especially for inexperienced tourists. However, it is worth noting that the rooms are very poorly cleaned not only daily, but also when moving into it. The Russian language is ignored, although everyone understands everything perfectly. I speak English which made it very easy for us to communicate at the hotel. But still, the indigenous people prefer the capitalists with their thick wallets.
Our room:
We were given room 102 on the first floor with windows on the peak of the building. All the furniture is very dirty and old, there is a smell like in a junk shop. The air conditioners hardly blow, although you can guess from the noise that they are working. In other rooms, as we learned, the same thing happens. There is a mini-bar - replenished daily with water with gas and without. Toilet and bath are separate. And so in the room there were 2 rooms very spacious, a lot of chairs, a sofa, ie. There were no problems with the situation. Yes, it should be noted that our room was somehow infiltrated by a cockroach or a local beetle the size of a large dragonfly. It was creepy!!!
Food:
There is enough food, but I will not say that the same abundance as in good hotels in Greece. Hoops were attached to our hands, which all the time greatly disturbed us, but what can you do if these are the rules. It is written that there are 3 restaurants in hotels - it's almost like this: the main one, a lunch restaurant and a local restaurant (you can visit once). The pool bar and reception are especially popular with vacationers, all the other 2 are invisible, because. located on the -1 floor and no one sees them. With wine and alcohol in general, I strained a lot. The waiters at dinner and lunch come only the first time, then it is almost impossible to call them, and it is not customary for them to take any liquid in bottles to their table. Only a couple of waiters serve well, especially a girl, she is the only one of them, so if you relax in this hotel, I advise you to sit at the tables that she serves.
The same is true in bars. Only daily tips make waiters pay attention to poor vacationers who want to miss a couple of glasses.
Sea:
The sea itself is very clean, just lovely. All non-motorized watercraft can be used as much as you like and free of charge. Everything else costs about $40-50. Mattresses and towels are included in the price of the trip. The beach is not equal and not cleaned. Everywhere okrks and other garbage. We walked along the coast and saw pictures much worse than ours - mountains of rotting seaweed - and no one cleans up. Sellers all the time ply the beach offering all sorts of nonsense. There is a feeling of our south.
Animation
Absent except for gatherings around 9 pm old people sat with light music in the bar.
Children
For children there are no special conditions for their stay in this hotel. So I advise in this case to choose another.
Excursions
On them you understand all your inferiority as a tourist from Russia. At every step, familiarity, grabbing hands, calling Natasha (although I rested with my parents and we chose clothes in accordance with their religious prejudices, that is, they did not differ from all other tourists from other countries, but Russian speech was a sentence for all of us ). It was a great trip to the Sahara - I liked it very much! Another sightseeing tour of the capital of Tunisia and a visit to Carthage. That is, we visited different parts of the country and made a corresponding impression about it - the poor, not love for all Russian speakers, great sympathy for the French and other Western Europeans, rather high prices. Our local operator - Russian Express, good guys, worked well and helped vacationers in resolving a lot of discontent, I really hope that this will not affect you.
The conclusion is that the country is certainly good, but I never go there again. I want, you know, to feel respect for the Russians. And then I had to put them in their place all the time.
The hotel has table tennis and billiards - it's all about the entertainment.
Thalassotherapy - people have praised it, so it's worth trying the massage.
The territory is small, especially not to roam, you can go outside the hotel and wander around the local shops a little.
We met great people on vacation, and this undoubtedly brightened up our stay at this hotel. Well, that seems to be all. Have a great holiday in Tunisia and lots of patience!! !

I doubted for a long time whether to go or not to go to Tunisia (a lot of negative reviews on the internet), but after reading different stories, I concluded that: 1. Choose your tour operator carefully 2. Don't skimp on the hotel. According to this, the ticket was bought in Inne-tour to the Aziza hotel This hotel was chosen for several reasons: firstly, he is one of the few in Tunisia that works according to the All inc system secondly, it has a thalassotherapy center and thirdly, it is well located (on the first line, the sea is not separated by a road, + a lot of greenery, although in Hammamet there is generally more greenery than in Sousse for example: )) I can’t say anything special about the room - it’s quite normal.

This hotel was chosen for several reasons:

secondly, it has a thalassotherapy center
and thirdly, it is well located (on the first line, the sea is not separated by a road, + a lot of greenery, although in Hammamet there is generally more greenery than in Sousse for example: ))
I can’t say anything special about the room - it’s quite normal.
The food is also good and the choice of dishes is quite large.
The staff is friendly, they try to speak Russian, but a minimum knowledge of English is enough.
Tallasso - center - is a different story, I will not write in detail, in a word - buzz and relaxation!
About excursions.
Since we arrived only for a week, we did not take the Sahara, we took one excursion - Tunis-Carthage - well, something like a survey of the country. Well, I can’t say that there are a lot of impressions, but it will go for the general development : )
In general, I want to say that I really liked Tunisia! I will definitely go there again : )
I read a lot of reviews that they treat Russians badly there ...You know, somehow I didn’t notice, on the contrary, they rejoice at Russians and try to learn our language!
I can’t compare holidays in Tunisia with Egypt and Turkey, because I haven’t been there, but according to the reviews of many friends, in Tunisia the people are more cultured and adequate. I don’t know what else to write, there is a lot of information, I don’t want to load it too much. If you have any questions - write to the soap, I will answer with pleasure!

Everything is very good. Great territory. Sea under the windows. The staff is very friendly (many try to speak Russian). Good buffet. The hotel has an excellent thalasso clinic. There are almost no Russians - accordingly, everything is very quiet and decent. Basically - the middle class from France and Scandinavia by families.

There are almost no Russians - accordingly, everything is very quiet and decent. Basically - the middle class from France and Scandinavia by families. Great pub with all kinds of drinks. Indoor heated pool. Coffee house. The rooms are comfortable, but, in general, cosmetic repairs could not hurt...
More cons: Russian channels are not caught, access to the sea is closed at night, a wretched gym (although I used to work there, as a rule, alone; since my friend killed an old pear there a year ago, they haven’t hung a new one. . . ). There were no cases of theft from the numbers of valuables left behind.
I saw several sharply negative reviews. I consider it necessary to defend the hotel against the hysterical indignant reviews of respected compatriots. I did not come to the hotel from the Tver outback and, believe me, I can evaluate all the criteria. There are two reasons for super delight: 1) the beach and the sea (+ the view from the window, if it is on the sea - do not regret the extra 80 euros! ), 2) the thallas therapy clinic, that is, just those two things that we went for; for just delight, the reason is the attitude of the staff (sometimes for a very small additional fee, but then it will already be the third super delight).
Cons, as already mentioned: no TV, drinks are not brought to the rooms (you need to specifically negotiate and "position" with the manager of the bar service), there is no gym, there are few shops... The rooms are cozy and "ergonomic". True, there is nothing special to do in the evening: all sorts of clowns come with dressed up scorpions, and skinny, painted Ukrainian prostitutes perform belly dances, chuhnya and burshi play dominoes and flip-flop (in chess and backgammon, as a rule, they do not know how or play badly: there is not enough intelligence... ). The buffet is quite decent, but in Turkey it will be better. Very good local wine and good beer. Be sure to take the all-inclusive program: very convenient. There are almost no Russians (with us there were three more when the hotel was 50-60% full).
In short, for a quiet, boring vacation with improved health and a good sea, it is quite suitable. You can diversify the hotel's cuisine by going to one of two quite decent Hammamet restaurants - Berber and sea. Romance is tight: it is problematic to fraternize with vacationing foreigners (almost all families), there are no compatriots from the CIS. There is no billiards.
