The hotel staff is very friendly, all problems that arose were solved within 10-15 minutes. There are no Russian speakers at the reception, they speak and understand English normally. The location is very good from the road, the hotel is closed by neighboring buildings, so it is quiet on the territory, within walking distance of "night baraz pattai", "central festival", etc. and the embankment, walk to Walking Street at a calm pace for 20 minutes. The room comfortably has a normal safe, the shower is clean and unusually made (glass wall between the bathroom and the room). The room was cleaned every day towels and bed linen changed regularly. The air conditioning in the room was good, there were no problems with it. The deposit for the duration of your stay is $100.
They took excursions from the guides of the Pegasus tour, they didn’t like it once they left without us an hour before the start of the excursion, they had to catch up with the bus on a motorcycle taxi and after the excursions they dragged them around all sorts of souvenir shops and spices, etc. where everything is much more expensive. Opposite the hotel took excursions to the "Oleg tour" on the river. Kwai and others, the seller of Light from Russia did not deceive everything was a super guide, an excellent name is Vlad (from Orenburg), a rich and interesting program. The hotel as a whole was very satisfied. Recommended! Have a great holiday everyone. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

It was love at first sight, Thailand is a wonderful country, I was here with my girlfriend for the first time in July 2012, the hotel is super, I liked everything very much. The water in the pools and the sea is cool, but still preferred the sea))). The beach is great, but the sunbeds are paid! Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their professionalism, smiles, readiness to solve any problem. Vacation was a success!

The hotel does not have a special territory, but there are three pools. We were settled in a room on the fifth floor, there was a balcony, a view from the windows to one of the pools. If you look ahead, the road will be visible to the left, but it was not noisy from it. The room has an LCD TV on the wall opposite the bed, with a shower, the room is separated by a glass wall with a curtain. They cleaned, changed towels, bedding and bath accessories every day. The breakfast served delicious food, but everything was a little monotonous. Any side dish with chicken or pork, sausages, egg dishes, vegetables and fruits. The hotel staff do not speak Russian at all! Some speak English, but still managed to explain something, as they are all pretty understanding and attentive! In general, we had a great mood, and we had a great vacation!! ! If we go to Tai again, then only to this hotel and through the same tour operator!

Swimming pool: 3 pieces, very clean, not many sunbeds, but somehow there was always enough. The sun by the pool is only in the first half of the day mainly, the bar is open, the prices are very low, towels are issued. A huge minus - the pool is open from 7 to 19. We talked on excursions with Russian tourists, many complained about such a restriction. Territory: it is not, only 3 pools. Food: delicious, no one will leave hungry. There is always rice with vegetables, 2 types of sausages, ham and chicken, sometimes meat, toast with 2 types of jams, yogurt with all sorts of cereals and fruits. From fruits - always watermelon and pineapple, sometimes even an apple and some local fruit. Tea, coffee - not very tasty, there are juices and water. Staff: English-speaking, there were no problems, they asked to bring chairs to the balcony, after 5 minutes we already had them. As everywhere in Pattaya, everyone should be given a pretty penny, at least 20-30 baht. The TV did not work, they just brought us a new one and hung it up, everything was fast, without problems and fuss. Room: air conditioning, LCD TV, kettle with cups, a huge bed with a comfortable huge blanket, 3 pillows. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste. There are no slippers. The closet is uncomfortable, there are no shelves, only coat hangers for clothes. The balcony is small, but enough for two, there were 2 chairs and an ottoman. A cool idea with a bathroom - a glass wall, suitable for couples : )))) On the first day, we didn’t get our bearings a bit, the guide told us incorrectly where we were, so we went the wrong way. It is easy to get to the center on foot: you leave the hotel to the courtyard, there are 2 exits to the street - directly opposite the entrance and to the right of the entrance. If you go straight, then immediately turn left and walk down the street to the very Mike Shopping Mall, go through it and that's it, you are on 1st Street, from there you go left towards Walkin Street. If you return back the same way, you will not get lost, there is a sign. In addition, the Cherry cafe is very convenient, they have a sign - a big cherry tree, you can see it from afar, there is a turn to the hotel in front of it : ) If you go through the exit on the left, then immediately turn left, go to a wide street with active traffic, without crossing it you turn to the right and you stomp all the time straight, you rest directly on the signboard of Walkin Street.

We chose the hotel literally a week before leaving on vacation. And lo and behold, we were lucky, we were not disappointed even once. The hotel is located closer to 3rd street, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk to May shopping pier, and there the beach and the Festival are already very close. left a very pleasant impression.
