The rooms have 2 beds - wide and narrow, or a sofa as a second bed. TVs are modern with flat screens. Wifi is not perfect, but ok. Contacted via Skype with the house from the room and from the pool. The bathroom is clean and bright. On the one hand, there is an exit from the hotel to the street with brisk traffic, on the other, an inconspicuous exit to the hill of the Golden Buddha. There, the locals go in for sports - mostly running. There is complete silence and tranquility for those who are tired of the noise of the big city. This was our third visit to Pattaya and our third hotel. Definitely now we will only stay at Rita Resort & Residence 3 *. The hotel definitely works out its 3*!

We went to the island of Koh Kood, really liked it. Last time we visited a lot of excursions, mostly educational, this time we decided more on the islands - we wanted to lie down like an asterisk. Were on Koh Kood, Koh Lan, Koh Samet, Blue Lagoon. Coconut Island is not in competition, the road is not close, but the beauty of the island is indescribable. A trip to Cambodia is planned ahead. I will gladly choose the Rita Resort hotel, if the cost of the tour permits.

There is no deposit at the hotel. The location is generally good too. You can get to the center by tuk-tuk in about 5 minutes. They don’t swim in the sea in Pattaya, but it doesn’t matter where you go to the islands. The only bad thing is that there is no laundry and iron. I had to buy an iron (159 baht). Thais don't bother ironing at all. For them, mint means clean. There are so many excursions that 10 days was clearly not enough for us. It is necessary to go to 20. During the rainy season, heavy rain during the day was only once. Despite the fact that the hotel is good, next time we would choose a hotel closer to the center or to the beach street. Well, we, as "real Russian people" - adherents of reliable and safe, chose on the advice of a girl from a travel agency, as well as the services of the same tour operator advertised by the guides of the Biblio-Globus company, I do not want to repeat in the title. They really intimidated us that other agencies can throw us and will not be responsible for us and that they are the best in Pattaya! Although other people went and everything was in order, and much cheaper! One excursion we had was free, however, like everyone else, it was probably a snake farm with a park of million-year-old stones, as well as a sightseeing tour of Pattaya. Our esteemed hotel guide named Artem, a rare asshole, said that we had an excursion to the orchard, without explaining that our snake farm was included there, convinced us and many others, for an additional fee - 100 baht per person, to go to the crocodile farm. The only thing we were armed with before this trip was the text in the printout of this excursion, issued by our esteemed asshole Artem at the very beginning, in which it was written that you need to have comfortable clothes and sunscreen (creams, sprays, etc. ) . The ship, or it would be correct to call it the vessel on which we sailed, was equipped with an excellent team led by the captain "Hook" - a rare character, and of course his sparkling humor. In general, we seemed to sail safely, drank coffee with donuts, then had lunch. Then my wife and I climbed to sunbathe on the upper deck. Before arriving at the coral island, a huge cargo ship passed in front of us. Our captain, led by his team, without thinking for a long time stopped to let him through, but as soon as he passed us, he immediately rushed on at full speed, apparently in a hurry. However, the surprises did not end there, no one initially warned us that the landing of wild monkeys on the island is paid - 20 baht per person. Well, that's not scary either. Our tour included visiting 3 (three) islands. Instead, we only visited two, and on the third we were kind of not allowed in because of the exercises of the naval forces of Thailand. In fact, we were a wonderful tour operator, leaked us to some street agency on the cheap, because there were only 6 (six) of us. The people who sailed on this vessel with us called the excursion "Sea Adventures", which included a visit to 2 (two) islands. This explains the sudden start of the exercises and the ban on visiting the island. which simply did not exist! And what difference does it make to us? We didn't pay for this! In short, the day went to hell and was simply lost. We collectively, under my strict guidance, wrote a claim to the Biblio-Globus, in which we demanded the return of the difference in money and other unplanned expenses (landing on the island of monkeys). We called our beloved guide Artem and asked him to accept a claim from us and sign on the second copy, as normal people usually do, to which he replied that he would not sign anything, because. not authorized to do so. Of course, we tried to explain to him that there was nothing shameful in this and that it was quite normal, but it was useless. He told us to leave it at the reception and he or his employee will pick it up. Naturally, this did not suit us, in particular me, because there was no guarantee that this claim would hit the right place. We called Artyom's boss, explained the situation and demanded that one of the company representatives formally accept the claim. After long negotiations, Artyom's boss, whose name is Vladimir, nevertheless agreed with my arguments (not without emotional ones). Artem called us back and said that he would accept the claim, but not today, but in two days. And the next day after that, we had to fly away. He naturally agreed, saying that he would call in two hours later. . Arriving three hours later, he accepted the claim, of course, while receiving far from flattering reviews about himself and the company in which he works. In short, we fought for 6 (six) hours so that this supposedly largest company would accept the claim against us. Of course, the money was returned to us, but as they say, the whole thing did not end there. The day before departure, our wonderful hotel guide Artem, no doubt the face of the Biblio-Globus company, was supposed to call us and tell us the time of departure from the hotel and the exact time of departure. No, this nonsense, of course, called in the morning when we were not in the room (we were in the pool and therefore did not take the phone with us) a couple of times, well, like it was noted. Then until the evening, not hearing not spirit. And our flight was originally scheduled for 11:20. Accordingly, we had to leave the hotel early in the morning. We have already begun to get a little nervous, because there was no call, no information at the reception, which reputable agencies always leave. Before that, they flew from Tez-Tour and Pegas-Tourist, no complaints. T. to. there was simply no money on the SIM card donated by Biblio-Globus due to negotiations on accepting the claim, we decided to call this motherfucker from the reception at 20:00. As I expected, he will say that I called you, but you did not pick up the phone. . . But let us fly away tomorrow, but he didn't tell us anything, not at any time, nothing more! Then he received a couple more flattering words addressed to himself and to the company, and, like reassuring us, he said that at nine o'clock in the evening a note would be sent to the room, which would indicate the time of departure and departure. Well, of course, he said what time the departure would be on the phone. And apparently this seemed to him enough, because we never received any note afterwards. Well, what can I say, summing up, the lauded company turned out to be nothing more than a rare sharaga, which, to be honest, I would not want to get involved with later. If, of course, we have to, then we certainly won’t take any additional services in the form of excursions from them. Although in the reviews before the trip I read rather positive remarks addressed to them, in reality everything turned out to be very, very bad. .
