Unfortunately, the attitude of the Thais to the guests has not changed for the better. This manifested itself immediately at the reception - no smiles and no desire to help in anything. Only one desire was read on the faces - would you go... somewhere. Obviously, they have ceased to be afraid of the deterioration of karma. Since we didn’t have time to buy a SIM card yet, we decided to find out the wifi code of the hotel, which cost us 100!! ! baht per day. With difficulty, they made one connection, it took badly in the room, they reported to their relatives about the arrival, but we did not manage to call again. . . The territory of the hotel is small, clean, at least greenery. In general, it is far from fashionable. As part of the improvement, there are two small pools, for "entertainment" - a gym with practically no exercise equipment. Advantage - close location to the sea. On the street leading to the sea, except for the residents of our hotel, almost no one walked. There was a feeling of life on the outskirts. And to get to the places where life boils, you had to take a taxi (be sure to bargain, otherwise they will shake you out of your pants for a vacation), or 1.5 km at room 11... The room was on the 1st floor of a 2-storey building with access to the pool. Ordinary, normal, even with a beautiful exit. But …. The cleaning of the room and the bathroom was carried out only in the aisles, and other people's long hair remained lying under the washbasin and in other places. The once white curtains were stained with black and, apparently, had not been washed for three years. There was MOLD on the low table under the glass. - Wiped themselves. In the bathroom, water was dripping from the ceiling above the toilet, but after our complaint, there was no reaction from the hotel administration... Three times in the bathroom, I “deactivated” three-centimeter cockroaches... The menu in the eatery was not very diverse, and in general... not very. After all, Thais cook for Europeans, and besides scrambled eggs - croissants - jam and coffee... For a trip to the Kwai River, breakfast was ordered to go and we got it: a tiny croissant, an apple and a bag of juice!! ! Although I am not a particularly pretentious person, but... People from other hotels had boiled eggs and slices of ham in dry rations... Among other pleasures in the hotel, in cafes, in general, everywhere, there was a huge number of Chinese citizens who not only, to put it mildly noisy, but also very "democratic". You sit at a table, a Chinese woman comes up and, without any ceremony there, takes a pack of napkins from under her nose... This time the trip to Pattaya, to put it mildly, I liked less.

They settled us quickly, but not in the Pacific in the villa (ordered by us), but in the deluxe in the main building overlooking the roof). Our hotel guide spoke to the Thais in their language and the next morning we were safely transferred to our beloved Pacific villa. So cozy. On the balcony there is a table and 2 chairs, a view of the pool with magnolias, and lanterns are lit at dusk. Just enjoyed! Sea in 3 minutes. The beach is clean, the water is also in the sea. A very friendly Thai man ran up every time, laid mattresses for us on sunbeds, brought water, coconut with straws, according to our order. Near the hotel there are shops where we replenished the balance on the phone. There is also a macaroni (trolley) next to it, on which they cook ribs, chicken skewers, fish and much more, there are also fruits. There are plenty of tours nearby. agencies where you can buy excursions 2 times cheaper than from your guide. Boutiques with things (sundresses - 200-250 baht, t-shirts, slates, pareos, hats - everything you need to relax), a lot of Patek with the famous Thai ointments, coconut oil and Noni juice. The central street is very close, where it is light even at night, it is full of shops and cafes and there are Tuk-tuks, which take you to the famous Walt Street in 5-10 minutes. . In general, we are waiting, we will not wait, when will we go to the same hotel again! We definitely recommend to everyone!

After reading a dozen reviews about the Prima villa hotel, I was already mentally prepared to set up staff with torn, soiled, hand-scratched sheets, towels, walls, missing mugs, spoons, slippers, to impolite maids who only think how dirty you can clean room, to huge furry monsters that are waiting for you to fall asleep, and lie down on a pillow nearby, and, of course, to a ten-meter layer of water in the toilet. … More ▾ After reading a dozen reviews about the Prima villa hotel, I was already mentally prepared to set up staff with torn, soiled, hand-scratched sheets, towels, walls, missing mugs, spoons, slippers, to impolite maids who only think how dirty you can clean room, to huge furry monsters that are waiting for you to fall asleep, and lie down on a pillow nearby, and, of course, to a ten-meter layer of water in the toilet.
Maybe this is luck and a positive attitude to rest, but nothing worse than the lack of cheese at breakfast in the hotel, and in the country itself, has not happened to us. Everything that concerns impressions about Asia as such, about the places visited and about entertainment: everyone's business is purely subjective, but I will try to give an objective description of the place of stay.
We arrived, of course, earlier than the set check-in time (14:00). We got up to the room after 40 minutes, it doesn’t matter, you can wait so long, not in line for the sausage. If you read reviews about 3-star hotels, then you will not be upset by the absence of ermine carpets on the stairs and the elevator inlaid with sapphires. The only first impression about the hall was: “dusty and shabby”, but then the eye blurred and did not pay attention to it.
Deluxe room. Spacious, clean. Safe: working properly, bar: a standard set of water and beer, which you can safely drink, buy at a nearby store and put back. Every day a bottle of water, coffee, sugar is provided free of charge per person; for two: shampoo, conditioner, soap, cotton swabs))) and a shower cap). 2 large towels, 2 small ones are changed every day, bed linen every three days. There are two pairs of slates, an umbrella!! ), a kettle, tea accessories, booze accessories), a TV (I have never turned it on, I can’t say anything), a bed, bedside tables, a table, an armchair, two chairs on the balcony, a wardrobe and even hangers in it . There is a bath, shower, hair dryer, nothing comes from anywhere.
Breakfast until 10:30. The set is constant, but you can diversify thanks to your imagination, changing dishes every day. Boiled eggs, fried thin and not so, chicken sausages, pork, ham, chocolate flakes, simple, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, fruits, juices, tea, coffee, toast, buns, pancakes, rice, potatoes, traditional Thai soup, some kind of vegetable crap and a lot of boilers, from which I never took anything, we don’t know, we don’t know. My super breakfast: fried toast smeared with sauce, lettuce, ham, onions, cucumbers and even a bunch of green onions on top))).
Ahh, I forgot, but you probably already read that when you check in, you give a 100 bucks deposit, which you will safely return to your wallet when you leave. Just don't lose your receipt. And, how nice it will be in duty free, when you are no longer with a penny or a shish, like a couple of hours ago, you return home already with a hundred dollars)).
Internet is paid, 50 baht per hour, 120 baht per day. I don’t see anything wrong with this, “Instagrammers” can endure to any cafe (almost everywhere there is free Wi-Fi), ordinary people can relax and throw gadgets into the sea, or, like us, sometimes buy for 120 baht. Anyway, you will spend half of your vacation on excursions and outside the hotel, so it makes no sense to take Wi-Fi every day.
You go to the beach or to the pool (two of them, normal, correspond to a three-ruble note), take towels from the porter, sign in his ledger that you took such and such a number of towels and return strictly before 19:00, again against signature))). If you still forgot to pass, smile))). One of our compatriots, going to a social event in the evening)) gave a towel along the way at one in the morning, and nothing chic smile, drunken squint, and you are forgiven. And the other child somehow wrote down the number in a skewed way, as a result, he passed 3 instead of the indicated 4. Without knowing a word in English, she yelled soooo... it didn’t lead to anything good.
About English, even if you know it, the staff terribly swallows words, and draws sounds that even the most avid linguist will hardly understand them. Sign language: that's what they understand perfectly)).
And by the way, 5-7 minutes to the beach. By location: North Pattaya, in my opinion, is the best option. A normal beach, with clean water, no nailed packages, gobies, bottles, snags. At high tide, maybe some leaf will hook you. For me, the situation on the beaches of Koh Lana is identical. In the center, yes, tin. We chose a hotel only in the North according to the principle, it is better to drive with a breeze on a tuk to the center for 15 minutes, more precisely to the “cesspool of debauchery”)) and live in a quiet area with a cleaner sea than in noise and stink. Party-goers and ardent shopoglies, of course, are more prudent to choose a hotel in the center. And if you are an old, rotten perverted grandfather of German origin, who, after traveling to Thailand, has the next stop at the cemetery, you are right in the center. Sorry for the black humor)) but without exaggeration we saw the grandfather of 85 years old))). There, neither the necessary limb rises, the sand pours there. And they also say only Russians in Pattaya, not a damn thing like that, there are only Germans with secrets))
Near the hotel there are two local Maria-Ra, good money exchangers, fruit, shawarma, pancake makers, florists, for massages it is better to go to Naklua street itself, along which tuks drive (at a quiet pace for about 10 minutes).
Attention: there is construction going on next to the hotel. Our room faced the opposite side and there was no noise. But people living in rooms with windows on the construction site, I think, strained to squeal somewhere from 8:00 in the morning and maybe until 17:00.
So, analyze well what you want to get from your vacation, how much time you will spend in the hotel, arm yourself with a good mood, protective cream and go towards an unforgettable vacation.

Upon arrival in Tai, we were met by representatives of our tour company and taken to the place of stay without any incidents. The only bad thing is that the hotel administration does not have a single employee who speaks Russian, you have to wait for your representative of the tour company to appear. The check-in to the room was quick, since we arrived after 14:00 and we didn't have to reap. We liked the room, everything was clean and tidy, the windows and balcony overlook the pool with sea water. The room was cleaned every day, towels were also changed every day, bed linen every other day, toiletries were always updated as they decreased. We have no complaints. If everything suits you, you can leave a tip in gratitude at your discretion. Every day you can take a towel from the administrator for going to the beach, if you need it. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is not very varied, but you definitely won't leave hungry. There was one minus there was construction going on nearby. But even here everything is not so bad, during the day, as a rule, we were not in the room, and after 17.00 there was silence. You can sleep peacefully at night in silence, unless, of course, someone suddenly wants to take a dip in the pool at night and then sit with friends over a glass of another kind before dawn. I advise you to relax here to everyone who is not pretentious about living and comes to Thailand in order to swim in the sea and not spend a lot. Lunch and dinner can be easily bought from vendors on the street, do not be afraid to get poisoned, if you see that the locals take it, then it is certainly fresh. And you can also safely dine in any cafe there are a huge number of them, but it will be a little more expensive. A huge selection of massage rooms and beauty salons are all located close to the hotel. There is also a fresh water pool, if you don't like salt water or after the sea you want something else. Getting comfortable here is much easier than it seems at first glance, there are a lot of Russian-speaking vacationers, so if anything, you can always ask and they will help you. We were in Thailand for the first time, but we really liked it, so we will definitely return again and possibly to this hotel.

A deposit of $100 is required upon check-in at the hotel. Quick check in and quick check out. The staff is rude, unfriendly. The rooms near the large pool are small, uncomfortable, ill-conceived. My opinion is that those who went on vacation to Thailand, or in general, for the first time abroad, will like the hotel, for example, my 64-year-old mother would be delighted with this hotel. But if you appreciate good service, well-trained staff, and well-mannered neighbors, then this hotel is not for you!! !

This is my second trip to Thailand, and the last time we stayed in a 4-star hotel, but I can say with confidence that this one is better in all respects. Conclusion: If you have absolutely adequate ideas about what a 3-star hotel should be and you don't expect lobster for breakfast and football field on site - you will be very satisfied. I did not find a single negative, I definitely recommend!

There is a good cafe to the right of the hotel, everything is very tasty and not expensive. The only thing that bothered me was the walking road to the dolphins-interchange to leave for the center. But after three days you get used to it. Still, walking is good. So I can recommend this hotel to everyone who is on the threshold of choice. Go and you won't regret it!

Very linen and towels! grey, stained walls, battered furniture, dirty windows. Wet cleaning of the room for 2 weeks was not once. The pool is dirty, bleach is poured into it, in the morning the water is clear, and in the evening it becomes cloudy. They take a deposit of $ 100, which they then try to "squeeze out". By the time they left the hotel, many compatriots found a bill for the damage caused by the room. They just stole a glass from one couple and presented them with a bill, a granny of 70 years old - a sheet covered in bloody stains. . . she was very indignant, and tried to explain that she had already left that age. The hotel guide from Tez tour named Metin is simply K. . . l! His motto is: "Tourist! Buy excursions from me, and solve problems and questions YOURSELF" Breakfasts are the same every day, they do not deviate from the menu for a single dish. Internet only paid, hour 50 baht. The sea is close but VERY dirty. The restaurant at the hotel, apparently depends on the chef, they ordered pizza twice, it was delicious, and the third time they brought a burnt cake in sour tomato paste. . Who needs only to spend the night, and do not care about cleanliness. . . I recommend this hotel.
