We had money stolen from our room for two days in a row, the first time from a bag of 500 baht the next day 1000 baht. attempts through the administrator to call the cleaners to order did not lead to anything, we became the worst guests in the hotel and the staff became more rude. the hotel guide also didn’t help in any way and didn’t advise the police, since this service is paid for and we won’t find the truth there. And yet this guide actively and very obsessively sells excursions at a double price, it’s cheaper on the street. His name is Mikhail Turina. We didn’t take anything from him and therefore we didn’t see him again. in a difficult situation, they found him through the hotline, he just did not pick up the phone

Cleaning every day. The staff is smiling, only the administrator at the reception does not speak Russian much. By the way, he is very polite, addressed on various issues and he always tried to help. Beach towels are also given there for free, under the record, return in the evening. Wi-Fi is free, ask for a password upon check-in, it is changed every seven days, for some reason we were not given a new password in recent days. The pool on the 4th floor is normal and the view from it is beautiful. Breakfast is normal: rice, noodles, sausages, vegetables, fruits, toast, tea, coffee, juice, the same every day. If you are going on an excursion early in the morning and do not have time for breakfast, then in the evening hand over coupons to the reception and take your dry rations with you in the morning. I don’t advise you to swim in the bay, the water is dirty, although the locals flop, but walking along the embankment in the evening is beauty. From the hotel to the right there are many cafes, shops with clothes and souvenirs, 7/11, if you drive further to Pattaya Park, then there is a big market, if you go to the left there are only cafes and massage parlors. The clean beach and the blue sea are on the military beach, the guides have it, but you can also get it on your own. They offer a lot of excursions and all of them are interesting, they didn’t like it, they just brought them to shops along the way, and if the excursion is long, then not one! .
