And, of course, he fed us fairy tales that we definitely need to come to a meeting with a guide, because we can change the airport of departure from Bangkok to Utopao, I think this is a scam. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, finally settled right away, got the room in building 2 (there are 3 buildings and villas in total in the hotel). I saw how our compatriots collected rolls in bags)) yes, a lot, I thought that they would eat only rolls all day? After all, tomorrow morning they will bake new ones for breakfast! The hotel is dominated by Russians and Asians. Breakfast in building 1, on the ground floor next to the reception. Swimming pool for all buildings, it is small. It is located opposite the 1st building, up the stairs. It is small, open until 8 pm, there is a separate small jacuzzi area (if you can call it that), a few umbrellas, but there are always free sunbeds. They came to the pool literally three times, because all the time they were on trips on excursions or they themselves went to the island of Koh Lan. We went to a meeting with the guide, but the prices for tours are simply unrealistic at Anex. Like last time, we bought excursions at Nika Travel from Alexander. The second time we went to Kwai, and the tour became even better, we spent 3 hours at the waterfall. This is the kind of tour that you want to visit again and again. And what is the cost of a night in a hotel on the river. From the new one - Princess Island, we had a guide Nastya with us, a good underwater world, an interesting excursion and a beach holiday, Odyssey is also great, the guys themselves watch the beach of the island. In this hotel it is better to immediately ask for odd numbers - they overlook the courtyard and the pool, it is much quieter here at night. Even numbers can be very disappointing, because all these numbers below the 6th floor "look point-blank" at the wall of the opposite building. In terms of nutrition (breakfasts) - there were no special complaints - I was surprised by the good quality of sausages and ham, we also ate scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs and rice + fruits (pineapples and watermelon), toasts with jam, but we did not understand the local hotel cuisine. There were no special complaints about the service either: they cleaned every day, changed towels, bed linen every other day, sometimes they “forgot” to put tea / coffee and shake out the ashtray on the balcony. IMPORTANT! The hotel does not steal. At least we were lucky: we forgot to close the safe (it was wide open), there was a very decent amount of money in it - they didn’t touch anything, they didn’t take it for a tip)))) We also want to recommend the travel agency "At Shurik", located a minute's walk from the hotel ( when you exit the hotel, go right and then left towards 3rd street (the agency will be on your right hand). Bed linen is not changed at all! asked people - everyone is like that! not even once in 2 weeks! In all hotels every other day, or even every day! Towels need to be checked - they won’t put it in, you will have to pay at check-out, so instead of relaxing, you had to deal with towels. 3) The pool is small, located on a hill at the level of the second floor, they came and looked and did not go in anymore - it was full of people, it was impossible to swim. 4) Breakfasts This is nonsense, but damn for all the days maybe 2 dishes have only changed - it’s impossible to eat the same thing for 2 weeks, it’s boring! the last few days I didn’t go at all, but went to a cafe. Finally, I’ll say that I hope my review will be useful to you.
