Completely agree with Anatoly! There is a sea in Pattaya, but it is completely unsuitable for swimming, all sewage is drained and the water seems to be "Greasy" to the touch. If you look at the sea from above, then the color of the water in the sea changes to "clean" somewhere a kilometer from the coast. Swimming in the sea is recommended only on the islands or on the military beach, where you can get there.
