Small hotel with very nice staff. Of the shortcomings that everyone is interested in first of all, these are breakfasts! They get madly bored, although there is a choice, but it’s still almost the same thing for 2 weeks, even if you alternate. Even if you order breakfast with you, then the most meager dry ration is in this hotel! They give you a sandwich with tuna and a box of juice.

Even if you order breakfast with you, then the most meager dry ration is in this hotel! They give you a sandwich with tuna and a box of juice. Therefore, it is better to take whatever your heart desires in supermarkets. Nearby, by the way, there is a FamilyMart in which they cook food with them - very convenient and cheap!
Also of the shortcomings: the lack of a kettle in the room (in the lobby there is a cooler with cold and very hot water), no toothbrushes (you will have to take it with you) and a hairdryer on request. We also lived three of us in a room and sometimes we were forgotten to put 3 towels, not 2.
There are certainly benefits too! We loved the pool located on the 2nd floor! It is very convenient that you can wallow and no one passing by will stare. A quiet place (and the nightlife is in full swing there until 7 am) is conducive to relaxation. Also, the staff is always ready to help. Especially the elderly always smiling Thai man : )
I think that next time I will not refuse to stay in this hotel again

Excellent hotel! Lived there for 2 weeks. Was very pleased. Located approximately in the middle of Jomtien, less than 100 meters from the beach and tuk-tuk, the beach is much cleaner than in central Pattaya A small hotel - therefore very calm and quiet (no crowds of drunken Russians or noisy Chinese), quite modern furniture, plumbing, quiet normally working condo (water flowed from it in the 1st room - so they immediately changed my room without talking), safe in the room, free WiFi Internet (you just need to ask the reception for a network access key), a huge bed, everything is clean and tidy.

A small hotel - therefore very calm and quiet (no crowds of drunken Russians or noisy Chinese), quite modern furniture, plumbing, quiet normally working condo (water flowed from it in the 1st room - so they immediately changed my room without talking), safe in the room, free WiFi Internet (you just need to ask the reception for a network access key), a huge bed, everything is clean and tidy. Linen is changed every 3-4 days, cleaned (if you hang a sign) regularly. Downstairs there is a small restaurant (breakfast without choice - the standard so-called American), the menu is not huge, but they cook well and the prices are quite humane. In general, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. An additional plus for Russian tourists is that the owner is a Pole and speaks Russian well, so there will be no language problems.
The specifics of the hotel - the restaurant and reception close at 22.00, the entrance to the rooms is separate - in no case should you forget the key, otherwise you will have to spend the night on the street))
I lived in the hotel all the time with a constant Thai girl - no problems, the entrance with her is naturally free, regularly fed her downstairs in the restaurant - no one looked at me as an enemy of the people, on the contrary, a couple of times they even gave her a free breakfast))
If you need laundry - at the reception you can also agree on this (naturally already for money), they will wash it and give it back the next day in the best possible way.
The only negative in my opinion is far from the center (20 minutes by tuk-tuk), but the rest is only pluses (the hotel does not have a pool and territory - probably for someone this is a minus, I didn’t need it).
In general, many thanks to all the staff of the hotel, I definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a quiet good cozy hotel for little money

1) hotel: new, clean, beautiful, though there is no territory at the hotel, the pool is on the second floor, the reception is like in a good five, the staff is friendly, helpful; 2) rooms: the furniture is new, beautiful, the shower is super, the plums are more or less, the bedding is not very good, the view from the window of the 3rd floor is BOMB (room 312 view of the pool), the windows of the entire 2nd floor overlook a dirty wall (wall literally a meter from the window); 3) cleaning every day (while having breakfast, everyone had time to clean) left 20 baht every day; 4) breakfasts: (only went twice) were very dissatisfied, the plates are washed on the street in a basin, so it’s better to have breakfast somewhere else, for example, across the road from the hotel, there is a European restaurant, for 170 baht (5 -6 dollars) for one person, you can have a good meal (the cue ball is huge, french fries, the salad is very tasty); 5) location: a quiet place, for family holidays, discos and entertainment is far away, 10-15 minutes of slow walking; the hotel is located on the third street, it is very far from the beach, but it does not matter, because you will not swim there anyway, it is very dirty there; if you want to return to the hotel by tuk-tuk or taxi, take the business card of the hotel with you, as the hotel is new and they don’t know it yet; 6) shops: at least three seven-elevens, this is a grocery store (there are a lot of them in Pattaya, on every corner), and no matter which way you go, you will stumble upon it everywhere, there are many small shops with clothes, they are also everywhere.

The hotel is small, but brand new, not gouging. Located in the city, among the houses. Didn't like the location. Breakfast too: scrambled eggs every day and a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers every day, and that's it. There is nothing to choose from, fortunately, they were constantly on excursions. There is no bar, restaurant, or even a canteen.
