The pool in the pictures is large, beautiful, but in fact it is very small, we didn’t even swim in it. The rooms are clean and comfortable too. We really liked the room. It was completely white, cleaned, everything is new, there is nothing old. We were seated very quickly. We just got off the bus and we were seated immediately, in about five minutes. In terms of nutrition, breakfast is the same every day. Not a buffet, but takeaway food, like a standard American or English breakfast. The rest of the time we ate in cafes nearby - the choice is large and the prices are small. Service is good. Rest is always good. The city and nature here are very beautiful, and indeed Thailand is very beautiful. We were especially impressed by the excursion to the River Kwai. I want to come back here again.

Arrived, checked in on time. The rooms were given better than expected after reading the reviews. The rooms have everything to wash, cook, relax and sleep. In short, the beginning was wonderful. We (and there were 4 of us) had 3 gift tours from the host tour. agencies. The first tour was frankly bad, but the other two are just wonderful!
There were no signs of trouble. . .
A couple of days later we went to Cambodia for 2 days. (the tour was bought in a travel agency from outside, not in Ilves). Upon arrival at Emerald 3 * at night, they opened the doors of the rooms with the keys (we did not hand them in before leaving, we left the hotel at 4 in the morning, we were in a hurry, we forgot).
In the rooms (in two) everything was upside down - wardrobes, bedside tables open, things scattered, bags open and empty lying on the bed and near . . And all this behind closed doors (entrance and balcony)!
We called the travel agent and heard in response that it was not necessary to buy a trip to Cambodia on the street - in this case, this happens... After all, we allegedly gave all the information about our stay to other people. But here a misfire occurred.
In addition to the number of people who are going on a tour, the name of the hotel and your name - no more information - we agreed on the phone, paid into the hands of the driver who drove for us and EVERYTHING!
The hotel was asked to show the recordings of surveillance cameras - they are on the first floor, and in the corridor on our floor. records in the office. The next day, our guide arrived and said that the cameras were broken - they hadn’t been working for two weeks already... Having written a statement about what happened to their travel agency that sold us check-in at this hotel and Ilves, they began to wait for an answer.
