The sea is actually dirty and muddy, but if you sail 5 meters from the coast, the situation changes))). My opinion is that if you want an impeccably clean sea, then fly to rest on the islands. (Phuket for example.) Food at the hotel is good. (by Thai standards, this is not Turkish All Inclusive for you) Spa prices are average, there are spas across the street from the hotel, where prices are lower. There are also a couple of cafes across the road, the prices there are also average. About no taxis, I do not agree!!! You can get to the center at any time of the day and back to the hotel in the same way. Moreover, the price of a taxi will be much lower than in the season. The hotel has its own shuttle to the center (for a fee). To the nearest supermarket by tuk tuk 10-15 minutes. There is a free internet cafe on site. There is no 3 + 1 accommodation in this hotel, it is easier to book 2 rooms in the main building. In general, I liked the hotel.
