The hotel is located 13 km from the center of Pattaya. Built in 1988, last renovated in 2013. From here you can easily get to the main attractions of the city. The hotel is suitable for a family vacation, a romantic getaway or a vacation with friends.More →

I was with my wife and two children aged 6 and 12, there was something for everyone. By the way, food for children is not a problem, nothing spicy, cereals and soups for every taste, just like at home. The hotel guide spoiled the impression a bit. Tried to sell the tour 4 times more expensive than it costs in the yacht club next door. When they found out the price in the aquamarine yacht club, the jaw almost fell off. Really 4 times cheaper. Anex, what are you doing? In general, as a result, the hotel is super, the sea is super, the weather is super, the food is super, the Aquamarine Pattaya Yacht Club is super, Anexu is not good for the prices for excursions

Gorgeous swimming pool, gym, table tennis, beautiful garden on site. An ideal place to relax with children. The sea is close. The staff hardly speaks English. There is even a ticket office in Russian, although it is almost always closed, but there is a telephone and they answer in Russian. In extreme cases, you can go to the kolan by tuktuk, or go by tuk tuk to the military beach, near the Ambassador Hotel, on Sukumvit, they have a tuktuk parking it’s directly written where we’ll go, it’s cheaper there than in street agencies two times, and than hotel guides four times

The territory is well-groomed, clean and constantly under the supervision of security and all staff. Accessibility to the center of Pattaya 20 minutes by "tuk-tuk", or 10 minutes by taxi. The most important thing is the choice of rest: I wanted to hang out for 10-20 minutes and that's all Walk, I wanted to relax for 2 minutes and you are in a beautiful area or without leaving just in the room By the way, there are three Russian TV channels. Get bored go on tours. (the price tag is very good in terms of availability, there is good competition in the literal sense of the word, there is always a choice).

We traveled with the whole family, two adults, three children. We took the most expensive room in the Ocean building, or rather, two combined rooms with balconies and sea views. 4+ there and does not smell! The rooms are ushatany, ants, housekeeping is disgusting, the linen is old and leaky in places, the ventilation does not work, the bathrooms stink of feces, there is nowhere to sit on the balconies !!! ! The rooms are ushatany, ants, housekeeping is disgusting, the linen is old and leaky in places, the ventilation does not work, the bathrooms stink of feces, there is nowhere to sit on the balconies !!! ! The sea is sometimes very dirty. The beach is dirty. There are not even umbrellas and old broken sun loungers on the beach. And, what infuriated me at all - the pools close at 19.00 !!! ! And in the evening it is dangerous to swim in the sea, a lot of jellyfish, even during the day they sting sometimes.
Now the pros. Breakfast is bearable. There is a good market in the area. Three pools, one of which is for Ocean guests only. The largest and deepest pool, however, is very dirty. Plenty of smoking areas. The territory is clean. There are no more pluses. If you take a cheap number, then it's okay. But do not try to take expensive rooms in Ocean and odd numbers (view of the garbage from the window).

Monitor lizards on the territory of the hotel as a local attraction, everyone feeds them.
Breakfasts are standard in almost all buildings, fruits and pastries are added at 4-5, but we already had enough food.
The sea is warm, the bottom is good, I am glad that you can swim at night and sit on the shore in armchairs. Very soulful.
Our room was IW large and blue on the 3rd floor overlooking the main entrance to our buildings.
Linen is clean, towels changed.
In general, I liked everything.
I will come again.

I was in Thailand in February 2017. I chose accommodation in Ambassador City (Pattaya) - 1 line with its own beach. And now I'll tell you what I'm dissatisfied with: 1) We stood for 2 hours in line for a visa. There were a lot of people, and there were few windows for selling visas. And now I'll tell you what I'm dissatisfied with: 1) We stood for 2 hours in line for a visa. There were a lot of people, and there were few windows for selling visas. Take money for a visa with you right away - 1000 (and from 02/28/2017.2000 baht, so as not to stand in line at the exchange office. Through the application "CHANGED" I bought baht in Kyiv. 2) When buying a ticket, they did not warn that a 4 x 6 photo is needed for a visa. 3) Everywhere in this country, the ticket includes ONLY breakfast (the choice of dishes is sufficient). But one breakfast is not enough for the whole day, so I spent a lot of time to find vegan food. The choice is very small (coleslaw, rice, potatoes and fresh juices). Fortunately, there are a lot of different fruits. But I'm not a fruit eater yet. In all other dishes, either meat or seafood. 4) Almost the entire coast in Pattaya has a dirty sea. You can go to places where the water is cleaner, but you have to get up early and pay a minimum of 100 baht ($3). 5) When checking into a hotel, they take a deposit (minimum $ 100). The agency did not mention this. If something is broken in the room, the cost will be deducted upon departure. 6) At the reception, Thais understand little Russian, despite the fact that 2/3 of the tourists in the Ambassador speak Russian. 7) The sand on the beach is dirty, there are no umbrellas, sunbeds (there are only fabric chairs). At the pool, where there are umbrellas and sun loungers, places are taken early in the morning. At 10 o'clock it is unrealistic to find a civilized place somewhere, all that remains is to lie on the sand on a towel under the scorching sun. At lunch time, many leave, and leave their things on the sunbeds. Half a day the sunbed is empty, and in the evening they come and just pick up their belongings. And I myself do not din, and I will not give to another. 8) Inflated prices for the proposed excursions by the operator. Yes, a clean beach with yellow sand and clear water, but $ 150 for TWO days on the island is EXPENSIVE. 9) And in general, unrealistically high prices for EVERYTHING (from beach slippers to local fruits). 10) At the airport in Bangkok, in addition to water, they PERMANENTLY took away the POWER BANK (mobile charger).
Therefore, everyone who wants to just relax comfortably, swim in the clear sea, not bother with food, quickly go through all the services when entering the country, see the grateful smiles of local residents, go to Egypt !! ! You will not regret!! ! For the money that was spent on Thailand, I could go to Egypt 4 times (for the same number of nights). Impressive???
All wise decisions!
Who will have questions, write, call.

Good day to all! Rested at the Ambassador Garden Wing in early September 2016! As for me, the hotel is good! The room is clean and kept clean all the time taechki. Since I was vacationing with my family, this hotel was very suitable for us! The hotel is far from the center, 30 minutes by tuk-tuk to the center! We were in the rainy season, so the sea near the hotel did not really please us (always dirty). After meeting with the hotel guide, we bought a tour to the island of Samet from them (we were lied to like lo. . in! ). After a couple of days of adaptation, we went to explore the surroundings! Found; a food market across the road, a bunch of massage parlors (massage is almost for nothing - only 200 baht, in Moscow you would definitely have to pay 2 thousand for such a thousand). In short, there are no problems at all with the infrastructure near the hotel! In the same place, across the road, we stumbled upon a tour package company - "Syuda Tour". Special thanks to the guys for the tours! They helped us save time and money! We went from them to Kwai, to the zoo and to Princess Island! Everything is just top notch! And do not listen to the fables of hotel guides about the poor service of street agencies! Everything was great! We stayed in Pattaya for 14 days. I would like to come back here in the season when it will not rain! And so I recommend the Garden building to everyone! I read a lot of reviews about this hotel and its buildings! And we stopped at Gardena, and we don’t regret it a bit! After talking with tourists from other buildings, we realized that we had made the right choice! Thank you all and have a nice holiday!

Oh, and a little secret for those who are interested not only in splashing in water, we were told by an elderly Russian couple from the hotel: next to the ambassador there is an inconspicuous office of the Alyonushka Tour company, not everyone knows about it, but they sell excursions to all popular local locations , only one and a half to two times cheaper than most of the local offices like the same Pegasus tour. If you take one excursion, the difference may not be so fundamental, but we traveled all over Pattaya and the surrounding area with them, as a result, the savings turned out to be still solid. They paid directly in rubles, at a rate even more profitable than in neighboring exchangers. I won’t tell you the exact address now, it would be easier to show on the map, but the phone number has been preserved, if suddenly someone needs it: 0805672615
And returning to the topic of the hotel itself - the only thing that we did not really like was the sunbeds on the beach, or rather their number. Alas, not always enough for everyone (

I lived in Pattaya for two months, mostly renting an apartment, but at the very beginning, for about ten days, I lived in the Ambassador Hotel, in the cheapest room, because I didn’t fly there for luxury. Although I would not say that the room was bad - cozy, quiet, clean. In fact, I only spent the night in it, and spent the day training in Muay Thai, but I can still say that the hotel is not the worst, at least you can meet a lot of interesting people here, both Russians and Europeans. … More ▾ I lived in Pattaya for two months, mostly renting an apartment, but at the very beginning, for about ten days, I lived in the Ambassador Hotel, in the cheapest room, because I didn’t fly there for luxury. It won't be lonely. By the way, after I moved out and started renting an apartment, I returned here several times, or rather, to a nearby travel agency called Alyonushka Tour. I bought excursions around the country from them, the coach suggested - he says “it’s not for nothing that you came here for two months, at least look at the sights, ” and this seemed to be the most budget option. If you're here, take a look. And so, if you come for a long time, I still recommend renting an apartment, it will be both cheaper and more convenient for you.

Upon arrival, it became difficult to breathe. The air is hot and humid, like in a sauna. The police met us, they did not let us out of the plane for a long time. The police met a youth company of Muscovites-majors who, having drunk, decided to smoke in the toilet of the plane. Their prisons are terrible, God forbid to get there, but they paid off. The asking price is $60. The plane landed before dawn. Bangkog, the capital of Thailand. Huge airport. It is so big that electric cars drive inside it, transporting VIP passengers. Thais are like children, clean, open. You can't shout at them, they won't do anything. We arrived in Pattaya, at the hotel, when it was already dawn, the sun began to bake (9 o'clock in the morning). The receptionist said to wait. Check-in will be after 12:00. I flew in hungry and angry, spent the night on the plane, not sleeping, not eating, walking around looking for where to eat. On the territory of the hotel you can eat and buy everything you need, you don’t have to go out into the city. I was very afraid of being poisoned. I did not dare to eat outside the hotel. And I think I did the right thing. Even on the hotel grounds there is fraud and vague ideas about hygiene. For example, on my arrival, when they were fed on the territory of the hotel, on the street, in a cafe, at first, in borscht, there was a piece of meat and sour cream, as expected. And in the future, meat and sour cream disappeared. The woman who poured the borscht and put mashed potatoes on the plate considered it normal to move the mound of mashed potatoes from the edge of the plate to its middle with her bare hands. And this is a staff member of the hotel. You can imagine what is going on outside the hotel. . My budget was limited and I tried to eat well for breakfast. My tour only included breakfast. Breakfast is ordinary, light: toasters, sausages, vegetable salads, light, scrambled eggs. Don't know what, but eat as much as you want. In the evening I went to a cafe, on the street, on the territory of the hotel, took borscht, mashed potatoes and goulash or a cutlet. The cafe is located by the pool, next to the hotel's beach. There are cuisines of the peoples of the world. And American food with fast food and Western and Eastern and Russian (borscht, mashed potatoes, meatballs, tea). Dinner came out to me at 100-200 baht, this is in rubles, then, 200-400 rubles. The sea is outrageously warm, not at all refreshing, the water in the pool is the same. There are almost always clouds in the sky and besides, the breeze blows from the sea. Sunbathing there is somehow not very good. Do not compare with Egypt (always clear, blue skies). In Egypt, and breathe easier, there is no such humidity. The room is clean, always cleaned, no tips, no problems. but it is impossible to breathe without the air conditioner on. It was very difficult for me. I have a sick heart. Hotel guide, Mohammed, an Egyptian, an Arab, a swindler and an insolent. I went from Tez-tour. The next day, after arrival, there was, as usual, an information meeting (a meeting, a meeting of novice tourists with a hotel guide. Which immediately began with threats. Mohammed said that not a single tourist would leave the hall until he bought at least one excursion. All excursions they are expensive. Outside the hotel, in the city, you can buy the same excursions for half the price of Tez-tour excursions. But, I think, it will hardly be possible to present claims to excursions bought in the city. I bought three excursions: Cambodia (Angkor Wat, a wonderful excursion), the zoo (not bad) and the Kwai River (did not like it, although our Russian tourists were delighted with it). For all the excursions, I gave about 24.000 rubles, which is about 8.000 rubles per tour. The tour cost me 45.000 rubles, for a week, accommodation and breakfast. And another 10.000 rubles for meals, dinners and lunches (this is very modest, without frills). All expenses for the rest amounted to about 80.000 rubles. The tour of Pattaya from Tez Tour was free, but that's just the shops. Tiring, but it's better than sitting in a room. This is how I rested, in general terms.

Hello! We are going to this hotel soon with my mother. In Thailand for the first time. Very interested (preferably in detail), how to get there? To the center, as I read on the Internet, by tuk-tuk (with a transfer). And how to get, for example, to the nearest ferry (we want to go to the islands)? Or before the festival? To mini siam? If it’s not realistic on a tuk-tuk, then tell me, at least the approximate price of a taxi to a particular place, in order to navigate the prices). Thank you in advance

I'm going for the first time. Is it possible to arrange with the staff to prepare a romantic evening? I would only like to have a picnic on the beach with candles, flower petals and fruits, or the same thing in the room. And approximately how much will it cost?
