In general, they were very dissatisfied and in this hotel more than a foot.

We decided to go to Tai before the new year. Bought a 9 day tour from Coral travel. We read online reviews about this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. Ratings 4.5 everyone is happy, advised to go to the 24th floor of the hotel, there is a Vietnamese restaurant and a great view of the coast. They brought us to the room and there was dirt everywhere, and we arrived at 8 am, and only checked in at 5 pm in a dirty room, we had to force the staff to at least remove the garbage. A very old and noisy air conditioner without any adjustments, you turn it on cold, turn it off hot. The condition of the hotel is very bad, it seems that the owner has scored on his business, the general feeling of abandonment. On the refrigerator is a list of what should be in the refrigerator - we open it, and there is only ice. Okay figured it out. In the morning we go to breakfast and then they just lose their nerves, there are no sausages, no meat, no pastries, NO EGGS. What to eat? Cabbage, pepper, cucumber, tomato - if enough, toast (my toaster fries faster). They became indignant, the eggs were shaken out of them, they ate toast and drank coffee. Such breakfasts certainly spoiled the holiday. On the same day, we are sitting in the lobby, three self-confident Russian guys come in and say to the reception: back my deposit, fuck your hotel! We couldn't do that, it's good that it's only nine days. By the way, we didn’t get to the Vietnamese restaurant, because. it has not been working for a long time, the menu in the hall is overgrown with dirt. It's a shame that we read FALSE reviews about this hotel, we would not have gone there. The location didn't scare us. We always ride a motorbike. If someone is without transport, add the cost of a taxi, tuk-tuks do not go there. Due to the fact that the hotel is located on a mountain there are constant winds. Good things about the hotel are the swimming pool and parking. There is no territory of its own, there is a garbage dump and thickets around, you won’t find it.
P. S. Laudatory reviews on the Internet should be treated critically! Pattaya Hill Resort is the worst 3 star hotel we have ever stayed in!
