Booked this hotel for 6 nights. Booking. com lists this hotel as 4 stars. I booked a room with the promising name Premier 1 bedroom.
I really liked the photos of the hotel on the booking site. The description reads: "The suites and studios are decorated with Asian dé cor and hardwood furnishings. All are equipped with a safe and tea/coffee making facilities. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and toaster. "
In fact, the hotel has a beautiful hall only. And plasma in the rooms. Nothing more. When I saw the prime minister's number, I felt bad. Shabby old furniture, dirty walls. Stained furniture. Bed linen is old grey. I didn't even want to take off my shoes. It was so unpleasant to step on the floor.
We asked to be shown better rooms, but they didn't differ much.
Since they were very tired, they decided to spend the night, and in the morning decide what to do next.
Sleep failed. Our air conditioner was buzzing from the next room, so no earplugs helped. The cockroaches were the last straw. After tormenting until the morning, we went down to breakfast. It's sad there too. I could only eat an egg and bread.
We decided to urgently change the hotel to booking. com already afraid to contact. The photos are completely different than the reality. We walked around the area and found a wonderful room.
There were no problems to return the money for the remaining nights. The staff is probably used to people moving out of the hotel. The staff is polite and pleasant.
I've never packed bags as fast as from here. In 5 minutes, backpacks were packed just to escape from this hotel.
In the hall itself there is a large screen on which slides of numbers are shown. But in fact, the rooms are completely different from the photo. They are old and dirty.
In Pattaya and Hua Hin, we had to stay in guesthouses. I must say that the rooms there were cleaner and the furniture was newer. And they cost pennies.
