Killed by the Chinese to the level of a rooming house.
The owner of the hotel is Chinese and that says it all.
The staff is asleep. Who happens to get there - be careful when checking in. Check with the inventory everything that is in the room, otherwise when you leave, you may be charged 1000 baht for slippers that were not there. We didn't change towels when we checked in. Just rolled up and put on the shelf. True immediately changed after the call. EVERYTHING is dirty in the restaurant (tablecloths, chairs, dishes, even the walls). The room is garbage.
The only plus is the location.
I was not going to write, but after reading the positive reviews I changed my mind.

Our guide advised us not to use the safe in the room, because sometimes it breaks and you will still have to pay the mechanic who will open it - 500 baht. We used the safe in the lobby - there are 2 keys: one at the reception, the other with you. Nothing is missing! They didn't take a deposit from us.
As for the cons of the hotel: 1) they don’t speak Russian at the reception, my modest knowledge of English was enough for me to explain myself ...
2) breakfast is poor...
2 tables with food, one of which is Thai cuisine, but... you still won't leave hungry! ! ! I do not believe that someone at home eats better and more varied for breakfast ...This is for you, comrades, not Turkey! )))
3) the pool, perhaps the only one closed ...dark ...damp ...we did not swim.
And now the most interesting! ! ! In the hotel we were exactly 20 minutes a day, and late in the evening we came to sleep! 2 days in Bangkok should be spent wisely, so that later it would not be excruciatingly painful!
The location of the hotel is wonderful! ! ! Tip: take a business card at the reception, there is an address, you can show it to the taxi driver so that he takes you to the hotel.
We printed a map from Google maps, indicated on it the location of the hotel and the places where we would like to go. This made it much easier for us to get around. This is convenient because at least you will know the distance from the hotel to the point where you are now and will not let the taxi driver take you in circles!
And in general, the Internet helped us a lot before arrival, in order to at least somehow navigate the city.
We went to Ocean World on our own, rode the Skyline metro, had dinner and looked at the city from the observation deck at the Baiok Sky Hotel, visited temples. If you are traveling from Bangkok to Pattaya, take a tour of Safari World. It's just on the way to Pattaya! !
How I envy you that you are only reading this review and are going on a trip! I really want to go to Bangkok again! The hotel fully corresponds to the description and photos!
Good luck! !
The hotel is located a little away from major roads, so you need to walk 15-20 minutes to tuk-tuks. But the beach is right behind the side of the pool! ! ! And it’s not far at all to Walkin Street and various entertainments, on the same tuk-tuk min. 5 go. By taxi - 100 baht (just bargain, otherwise they initially ask for 200). There are several cafes across the road where the food is very tasty. Quite inexpensive - and eat up to satiety! ! ! !
Be sure to try the fruit juices - they are just amazing! ! ! ! Fruits are also sold here, which, by the way, are cheaper than on the market. And for tourists who buy fruit before leaving, almost half is given as a gift! ! ! There is also a "7eleven" super market where you can buy everything you need: from yogurt to washcloths, shampoo, etc. , as well as top up your phone account. Prices are not more expensive than in Russia! ! ! And in the immediate vicinity there is a massage parlor. In the evenings, there are queues (although you can just sign up in advance), they do amazing massages ! ! ! ! Full massage - 500 baht, foot massage - 200 baht. I don't remember the rest of the prices. The only significant minus is that there is no exchanger nearby. Money can be changed at the hotel or nearby shops, but there the exchange rate is not favorable. Excursions bought in the agency on the street (it is right at the entrance to the hotel). The prices are cheaper and the quality is not worse.
The room was spacious, clean.
It can be seen that it was not the first freshness, but it was worth the money paid for it. The balconies are very large, in the evenings we often sat on it and drank wine)))))
The food was varied, but did not change cardinally over the entire period of rest. But we were not tired of it, because at the hotel we only had breakfast and did not try to eat everything at once (as many of our compatriots did). And every morning we tried something new. I am just now writing a review and I understand that there was no meat on the menu. There were small sausages that were not meaty at all! Although you can’t call them soy - I don’t know what they are from)))).
The hotel staff is very polite. Thais are generally friendly and smiling! And most importantly - not intrusive. The room was cleaned regularly. True, after the first day, for some reason, the foot towels were taken away and they were not brought to us again. But somehow we didn’t take a steam bath) Tipping was left to the cleaners a couple of times in recent days, the rest just forgot about it.
All in all, it was an amazing vacation! ! ! ! But not even because the hotel is superb, but because the mood was superb! ! ! ! Friends who went to Pattaya to rest after us lived in a 3 * hotel. And also had a good rest. So it's all up to us! ! !
