I specifically took this hotel so that my husband felt like a king after a long work at home)) In the room there is a seating area - a sofa, armchairs, a chest of drawers, a table, a telly. And the bedroom is a large bed, we also took an extra one. for a daughter. Also telly, chest of drawers, wardrobe, safe. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, hair dryer, brushes. paste. a shower cap)) On the 8th floor, a restaurant, on the 9th floor there is a spa salon, they did a foot massage every evening, not bad)) and the pool is also on the 8th floor from the restaurant you can see how they swim. We did not swim, somehow it did not work out. It rained at night, with thunder and lightning, in the morning it was dry, as if nothing had happened! On the 1st floor of the hotel there is a tour company, the Thai Charlie works there, a very helpful guy! We bought tickets for Koh Samui from him, a VIP bus, the price is 1.050 baht. We arrived at Marina Villa, Lamai Beach, asked to show the rooms, chose a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony, the hotel has 2 buildings opposite each other, but no one interferes. On the 2nd floor, palm leaves covered us from prying eyes. We really liked the hotel, the green area - palm trees, flowers, birds, cleanliness! Two swimming pools, one bigger and one smaller. Palm trees all around! A restaurant overlooking the sea, it's all so close - a few steps from the restaurant and you're at the sea)) Nice rooms, you can see the recent renovation, everything is clean. The rooms are all the same, if you need extra. a bed will be put up for 300 baht. The room has a large bed, a large wardrobe (which is rare, usually very small), the entire length of the wall is like a countertop with a mirror on the wall. , safe, on the balcony - tables, two chairs, all made of heavy wood, clothes dryer - everything dries in 1 night, even faster. The bathroom has a normal shower. , there is a water heater - Panasonic. In general, we really liked the hotel - the sea is 1 minute and you are on the beach. We had room 322, near the pool, so from the room it was straight in a swimsuit into the sea! The pool is not closed at night, you can swim. Just be quiet please! Appreciate it - the pool is open, swim, enjoy, why yell in the bad voice of a song ?? ? the hotel is just super and the staff too. They clean up quickly, they went to the beach for 15 minutes, they came, they already cleaned everything. We stayed in this hotel for the whole time, for a month! baht = 2.000. We agreed for 1.400 for a room for three)) Maybe you can find it cheaper, but we didn’t. I liked everything so much and arranged! Price-quality, and this is a 2-star hotel! Massage is the best, as it turned out "and we did it in different places. And in salons on Koh Samui, and in Bangkok, in Pattaya, Cambodia, on Kwai. The best on the beach, right next to our Marina. We rented a car, in the same place in the Marina 800 baht per day. The husband forgot his rights at home, there was only a copy, but they didn’t look at it either. We didn’t see a single policeman, I got used to left-hand traffic right away, sat down and drove off)). The traffic is not as intense as in Pattaya, but there are a lot of dangerous closed turns, descents, ascents. But my husband really liked it, they traveled the whole island, everyone looked for themselves)) Taxi is expensive on the island for 200-300 baht, he will still think whether to go or not. There are few TTuk-tuks, the minimum price is 50 baht. At first, when the car had not yet been taken, they went to Lotus for 200 baht there and back the same amount, once they bargained for 150. And then we figured out where to go and it turned out that there is a short road and then walked a couple of times)) The restaurants are wonderful, especially the Brazilian one, very tasty and the portions are large. I liked Koh Samui very much, I think we will come more than once !! ! But I didn’t write about the sea)) The sea is clean, a few steps and depth, although I don’t know how to swim. I went above the waist and splashed! There are no tides or tides. at least pronounced. In early July, there were very few people, the sunbeds were even at 10 am. at least at 2 pm)) Then, somewhere from the date of July 15, there were more people and a lot with children. In general, then there were sooo many children)) Were in Chaweng, another sand. like flour, the tides are strong, and there are a lot of people, and the merchants are just a hoot!! ! We liked Lamai more, you can go for a walk to Chaweng, there is more shopping and restaurants too! But everything is more expensive, even hotels, we asked)) From Samui to Pattaya, also by bus. In Pattaya, they lived in an apartment, filmed on Jomtien with a friend. Also super, but the sea is muddy due to sand and silt. In winter in the same area, the sea is more transparent, apparently summer)) And there are jellyfish, because of them I didn’t swim there much. only sunbathing, but it was hot so I wanted to swim.
