They fly from Sri Lanka to the Maldives ONLY for a beach holiday. All Maldivian excursions are fiction to dilute the beach (diving) holiday. There is nothing to do in Male even if you live half an hour away from it. on Paradise Island, they only spat and regretted the time spent.
