You open any air ticket aggregator site, enter the dates you need - and you see all the offers. From the cheapest to the most expensive. AirBaltic, unfortunately, has never been cheap enough. But, on the other hand, Riga is their base airport. And they fly there from Kyiv every day and several times. At UIA, you just need to catch stocks.
