Has anyone taken dogs out of Tai? How problematic is this? I know that a certificate can be issued for export in Pattaya, but what happens in Russia at customs - will they let you in or torture you with checks? In Pattaya, you can buy a Chihuahua (mini) for $200. Or the export of other animals or birds (a large parrot or an iguana, for example)?

in order to take the dog out of Thailand to Russia, Ukraine and Europe:
1. You will need two documents to transport dogs by plane:
Export License (Export Certificate) - valid for 3 months
Health Certificate (Health Certificate) - valid for 10 days. These documents are issued by the Animal Quarantine Office of the International Airport within three days upon submission of the following documents:
