We have been there 10 times already. at different resorts. What you are trying to formulate does not add up. In Thailand, most hotels are almost without territory, and those that have territory and entertainment such as slides are not cheap at all. Not to mention the water park. My family and I rested in Thailand both in March, April, and in August, and in August - 4 times, three of them in Pattaya, once in Phuket. From my observations, I can say that in Pattaya the rainy season is a great time to relax. Yes, it is more humid, yes, it can rain (and not only at night), but all this is not a burden, there is a lot of sun anyway. Warm water.
