I will answer some of your questions, Mahdia is a developing resort and, unlike Souss and the Monastery, neighboring with a large tourist infrastructure, there is nowhere to go outside the hotel, and therefore I recommend taking All meals so that you at least have unlimited access to drinking water and other drinks.
