There are a lot of Indian clothes in Belgrade ... Pure cotton .. For example, a dress costs 2000 dinars (20 euros), there are more expensive ones .. Shoes from 1000 to 5000 dinars (very decent) ... A lot of Czech things ... I bought a decent swimsuit for 1000 dinars (10 euros) .... There are also swimsuits (just super for 5000 dinars) .. From all your questions, I can very confidently answer only that it is worth visiting Montenegro! Worth it is not even the word. It's just heaven on earth! I can't just advise on the flight from Minsk because I flew from Kiev. I know that both in Ukraine and in Russia travel agencies offer very affordable options for recreation (along with expensive). The airport is in Tivat. from there by bus you will get to Budva, Becic, etc. True - if you like a party, if not - then Bechichi, Raphael and fur ... Farther...
