On both counts. Breakfast is like a complete dinner. There is a European line, there is an Asian one, hot dishes, soups, seafood, desserts - it's all at the same time. There are kitchens usually not in the rooms, but in the villas (see hotels in Yalung Bay, for example, Ritz Carlton or the former Crown Plaza), there is a small kitchen area with everything you need in the rooms of building 3 of the Baohong Hotel in Dadonghai.
