the difference is simply in the cost per MB. It’s cheaper in the contract, of course, it’s more expensive, but this doesn’t bother me, because I only need it for outings.
By the way, Wi-Fi is now widespread in Crimea, in many cafes, bars, hotels. We often found a place where you can save traffic :)
