A year ago I flew to Egypt from Pegasus, everything was fine. At the airport every hundred meters there was a man from Pegasus and explained where to go. The hotel was placed quickly without any problems and surcharges. We bought all the excursions from them, we decided not to save money, and rightly so, in our hotel many were deceived who bought on the street. Even when we overslept our diving trip, they got it back for only $5 per person. The hotel guide even quietly exchanged rubles for dollars for us, at the normal rate. Impressions from Pegasus are good, don't be afraid to go, everything will be very good.

and we had punctures constantly with Pegasus ... the 1st time we flew to Taboo, so there the hotel was completely Pegasus, there were many complaints, but the hotel guides only shrugged their shoulders, then, having gained courage, openly offered sex, and 3 girls from our company (there were 6 of us in total ).
2nd when we flew, Pegasus didn’t give us 1 return ticket, we noticed this only at the airport (of course, we didn’t see our Vienna, but the fact remains), and about the hotel guide, having learned that we won’t take excursions, he didn’t help us (we lived in a hotel 22 days).
The 3rd time we just took tickets from Pegasus without a hotel and upon arrival they didn’t give me a form to fill out, without which they didn’t let me into the country, arguing that we didn’t take the hotel, I asked the tour for the Teza ... they also took the ticket back from Pegasus but in the office ( in charm) so my friend flew away earlier because the visa was running out and didn’t have time for the plane, they came and asked me to rewrite my ticket in her name, they did everything at no extra charge, it was very nice ...
in short, it’s not necessary once in a while ... we ourselves are waiting for tickets again on the Pegasus website;) because only they sell. and do not trust anyone, do not take excursions from hotel guides 3 times more expensive.

We flew with Pegasus twice and were very pleased. Very clearly met, saw off, there were no failures. Excursions were also taken from Pegasus. And I liked it too. Excellent buses, competent guides, good drivers. And this is very important, especially on long-distance excursions, to Cairo, Luxor.

I didn’t fly with Pegasus myself, but in Sharm at the Sheraton, the hotel guide from Teztour was absolutely incompetent and was constantly absent, we solved all informational issues with the girls from Pegasus and they never brushed aside "foreign" tourists, for which we are very grateful.
