About two years ago I went to Tunisia, there was a need to see a doctor, the insurance company (with a not overdue date) threw it away, didn’t answer anything intelligible to calls (at 5 bucks / min). Upon arrival in Kyiv, the office of the insurance company "EUROPEAN INSURANCE COMPANY" was informed that my calls from Tunisia were not recorded!!!
