Firstly, almost all cruise companies work only through agents, especially in the CIS markets, incl. Ukraine. We've been through it. We tried to order on the website of the cruise company ourselves, went through almost the entire booking, but stumbled on the question "are you a resident of the USA or Canada?". It turned out, if not, then only through a local agent. Secondly, especially if you are going on a cruise for the first time, someone should competently tell you about this type of vacation, suggest and help you choose. Otherwise, you risk buying a pig in a poke.
