We were in Budva in August 2017, the hotel corresponds to the declared stars, we lived in a spacious studio room with two balconies, there is a mega market nearby, a lot of cafes, basically. budget type. In the room for 10 days, the floor was never washed, but the garbage was removed and the towels were changed regularly every 3 days. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms, but periodically (in the evening) crashes. The villa is located a 10-minute walk from the municipal beach, but the beach is dirty (cigarette butts, garbage), the sea is also not very clean, it is better to go to Mogren - it's about 20-30 minutes walk, but the sea is very clean, the beach is sandy, sunbeds are cheaper (set 2 sunbed and umbrella on the first line 15 euros / day).
