My friends rested in Lidia Villa, so they advised me this place. The only thing, perhaps the time for rest was not entirely successful, at the end of September their season ends, and then construction work begins, cars began to drive often. . . such a moment. In general, it was very cool, clean, tidy, put things in order every day, I have no complaints either to the villa or to the owners themselves.

Meals were not included in the tour, there was a small kitchenette, everything was fine. There was no pool, but on the territory itself it was not bad enough, there were palm trees, I think there was a barbecue, a table. Shops in the area are 3-4 minutes walk, it took 5-6 minutes to walk to the second store, everything is pretty close. As for the proximity to the sea, I will say that there is a residential area, then a park area, then the sea. Go to the park area for 10 minutes, then to the sea for another 7 minutes. . In general, you can easily walk to the beach in 15 minutes. Guides at the hotel offered tours, but I did not use their services. , the amount is quite tangible. Since I was driving on the recommendation, I already knew where, what to buy. And to be honest, the cost of excursions for guides was an order of magnitude higher than in local agencies. If you go, say, on three excursions, and take the difference from each of 10 euros, then the amount will be tangible. . I could rate the hotel with the highest score if I had a different room. I lived in room 4, but rooms 2 and 3, in my opinion, were much better, they are located in such a way that the windows overlook the courtyard, and not the street, so they are quieter, calmer. My room was not like that, and this is already discomfort, so I will give the hotel 7 points. Everything else is great.

Everything is wonderful, the villa is beautiful, the hosts are wonderful. Great service. Large territory, beautiful large garden, large terrace on the second floor, like a balcony. There was no pool on site, but once again I note that there was a large garden, which I really liked. The room is also fine, cleaned daily, everything changed.

Very surprised by the previous speaker as the room is very clean, cozy and tidy. Towels and bedding were always clean, changed quite often, cleaning was done daily. The fungus in the air conditioner was not found. Wi-Fi is free. Lydia treated us to delicious pie, figs and plums from her garden. As for the furniture, she is surprised, or they managed to change it in two weeks (which is unlikely), or the commentator girl exaggerates.

The owners had a good attitude towards children, I did not notice any irritation. I always saw Turgut at work, he watered the garden or did work near the house, I never saw him with a cigarette (perhaps he quit smoking before our arrival? ))) )
The hosts are very pleasant and well-mannered people, and next year we will definitely come again to Villa Lydia.

Yesterday we returned from this villa. Rested family: two adults and a small child (1.4g). Villas found on reviews, but not everything is true. The villa is not intended for a holiday with a small child, primarily due to the attitude of the owners of the villa. It was obvious that the child irritated Turgut.
1. Number.
We stayed in room #1 overlooking the garden and the road. The room needs renovation and general cleaning. The doorways are peeling, the tiles on the floor are cracked, the kitchen furniture is old, the doors on the kitchen furniture are skewed, the refrigerator is old. Due to the crooked door of the kitchen cabinet, which stands next to the refrigerator, the latter does not close well. There are enough dishes, the dishes are normal. The teapot was dirty with a coating inside. There are a lot of ants in the kitchen, it is impossible to leave open food on the table. There are 2 sofas in the room, covered with clean bedspreads, but there are a lot of crumbs and dust under them. Under the kitchen furniture cleaned badly. There is a layer of dust under the bed and bedside tables. The bed is new and very comfortable. Feather pillows are soft and very comfortable.
The air conditioner in the room is old with fungus inside. We were afraid to turn it on and asked the owners to clean it, but this was not done. As a result, it was hot in our room for 11 days. Bed linen and towels are clean. Towels were changed daily, bedding - 1 time in 7 days.
Directly under this number on the 1st floor live the owners of the villa (Lydia and Turgut). On the 1st floor, under our windows, there is a large table where the owners of the villa like to sit in the evenings with their friends and chat loudly. Turgut smoked at the table and all the smoke came into our room, which was very annoying when our child was sleeping in the evening.
2. Territory.
The territory of the villa is green, well-groomed, really one of the most beautiful of those nearby. The territory is small.
3. Hospitality of the hosts.
Clearly overrated by tourists. Due to the fact that the owners live in the same house on the ground floor + in the evenings they arrange gatherings with their friends, one gets the impression that you are a guest, a free vacationer, and not a tourist who paid money. You're under constant supervision, which is really annoying. Because of the obviously dissatisfied looks at our child (it is clear that the child is noisier than adults, although not always : )) we spent most of the time in the park. Several times during our stay, the hosts treated us to Lydia's delicious pie.
4. The location of the villa.
The villa is located 10 minutes fast walk from the sea. About a third of the way is occupied by the road along the canal and the area of other villas, then you cross the road and find yourself on the territory of the beautiful park of the Alexander Hotel. In this park we escaped from the heat. Not far from the villa, shops and a supermarket, restaurants. A very beautiful old town is within 30 minutes of a leisurely step.
We will not visit this villa for the second time.

Very happy with the choice! The hotel was found based on reviews on the Internet. Everything corresponded to what was stated: studio 2 + 1, kitchenette (tiled surface for 2 burners, refrigerator, cabinets, dishes), 2 beds and a sofa, table, floor lamps, wardrobe , bathroom. And how not to remember our favorite balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains, the street and the garden! Here we inhaled the aromas of oleander, enjoyed the taste of olives, Negush cheese, splash, savored the king prawns prepared for us according to his own special recipe by the owner of the villa, Turgut.

By the way, Turgut met us with bread and assorted national products - cheese, prosciutto and olives. And on the second day, having come from the beach, we found not only a cleaned room, but also noticed a still warm dessert on the table - a pie baked by Lydia with cottage cheese and dried apricots.
The owners are an unusually hardworking couple. We have not seen such a garden as Turgut's in all of Budva. Oleanders, palm trees, apple trees, pear trees, cacti, aloe and olive trees delight the eye. Fountain, lawns, deck chairs, a well, colorful plants in pots. . .
Cheerful Lydia is the guardian of cleanliness in the house. Daily cleaning of the rooms, frequent change of towels, change of bed linen - this is her concern.
Wi-Fi in the room catches. Constantly communicated with relatives on Skype.
Within walking distance are shops, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, popular here Myasara and Pekara. 8-10 minutes walk to the beach.
The owners are very nice people! Turgut met us and took us to the bus to Tivat airport. We are very grateful to them. They made our stay comfortable! Recommended!

My family and I (me, my beloved husband and our girl Evochka) had our first vacation in Montenegro. We were lucky to relax in one of the most beautiful and magnificent villas in Budva - Lydia. To be honest, she was also advised to us and we were not mistaken at all. First of all, these are the owners (Lydia and Turgut, and of course the most important resident of the house - Arap, a wonderful, and most importantly very smart dog! ) We have never met such a warm welcome once.

Despite the fact that Vila was declared as without meals, every day Lydia delighted us with her pastries, Turgut helped cook shrimp, treated us to delicious Rakia and cheese. Due to my workload, I was only able to write a review now, but still I think it will be useful to someone. Location 10 min. from the beach. Walking through the park and the embankment. Near shops, cafes and restaurants. Lydia and Turgut will always tell you where to go, where to eat, what to see. I have a delight that cannot be expressed in words! I want to send a big hello to Lydia, Turgut and of course Arap, wish them the same inexhaustible positive life and only grateful guests! We promise that we will definitely return, as our child began to ask to go back to Lydia in a week.
And also a huge thank you to Miroslava, a representative of the Lyubosvit company, because without her this vacation would not have been so interesting, complete and memorable!!!
Anya, Slava, Evochka!

Rested for 2 weeks. The first place where she promised herself to return. Clean, comfortable, friendly hosts, close to the beach, shops nearby. Tennis courts nearby, you can play. Lots of car rentals nearby. The garden is very cozy, the best place in the house is a balcony in flowers, where you can have breakfast, dinner or just relax.

Tennis courts nearby, you can play.

The garden is very cozy, the best place in the house is a balcony in flowers, where you can have breakfast, dinner or just relax.
Feeling of detachment and solitude. the hotel does not compare! When it gets boring, you can walk 10 minutes and you are in the city, and there is movement around the clock.
Lots of beaches nearby to choose from.
we really liked the beach near the Kairos cafe (towards Becici) Pebbles, sun loungers + umbrella with curtains! + table.
Expensive (10 euro set), but few people, clean water and a villa nearby.
Mogren is beautiful. but very crowded and far away.
In the area of the boat pier near the old town, directly by the sea
sell fresh fish and shrimp.
There are huge shrimp.
Buy, you will not regret it. Just ask Lydia, she will teach you how to cook. It’s simple, like cooking, but it’s a completely different taste! We don’t boil shrimp in boiling water anymore! Yes, and our shrimps are a parody of those in Budva.
Shrimps and local beer on the balcony in the evening - oooh!
There are a lot of memories, all positive. You only need to go for 2 weeks to lie down and ride and take a walk... To be imbued with color... And to understand that you need to return, be sure !!! !

Villa Lydia is really as good as it is described. I was looking for a place to stay on this site and I am very glad that I was not mistaken. The only problem arose with charter flights from Kyiv, VizeAir was delayed wherever it could, so you need to be ready for this. In Boryspil, you can wait for your flight with relative comfort, but the airport in Tivat is not at all adapted to this.

If the flight from Tivat is delayed, do not rush through customs and passport control, it is better to take a walk around the airport. The waiting room is very small, when two or three charters try to fly away at the same time, there is not something to sit down, there is nowhere to stand. Drinking water is sold only in Duty Free, the toilet is basically a warehouse / garbage dump of boxes. Of course, these temporary inconveniences will not spoil the impressions of the rest, but you need to be mentally prepared for them.
Villa Lydia is really very beautiful and comfortable, the location is wonderful, it was always quiet in the evening. There were no problems with food. The Kangaroo restaurant is located nearby, with good cuisine and reasonable prices (vegetable salad 1.5 euros; a portion of veal cutlets on the bone, these are two cutlets with potatoes - 5.9 euros; fish fillet (2 pieces plus a mandatory side dish ) - 3.5 euros; 0.5 l of draft beer - 2 euros). If you don’t want to go to a restaurant, you can buy meat in the store opposite it (chicken, pork, a variety of sausages, meatballs, etc. ), which will be grilled with spices in front of you (3 pork cutlets on the bone - 2.7 euros). Nearby is a supermarket, a liter of yogurt 1% fat 1.2 euros, a bag (375g) of corn flakes 1.78-2.75 euros, 0.5 liters of still water 0.5 euros. It is better to buy bottled water for drinking and cooking, tap water, although drinking, gives a precipitate. The beaches are all in good condition, but to feast on, as we, perhaps, will not succeed: 1.5 euros for a head of corn is still a little expensive. We rented a car, were very pleased with both the vehicle (Toyota Yaris, manual, 60 euros per day) and the trip (excellent quality roads, everyone follows the rules, at least in the mountains; and amazing landscapes outside the window, plus the opportunity to stop when you want , and see and capture everything). At some rental points, there are restrictions on driving experience (at least 2 years) or age (at least 21 years). Gasoline 95 costs 1.2 euros per liter, so economical small cars are popular.
In general, I became stronger in the opinion that when going to countries like Montenegro, it is more interesting and informative to rent a room in a villa or an apartment. Especially if the owners are as welcoming and friendly as Lydia and Turgut.
