I will update the information on the hotel. The last reviews are quite old.
Just got back with my wife. The hotel was chosen at the suggestion of the tour operator. We needed a convenient location - close to the old town, hotels, restaurants and the beach. We didn’t have any questions here - it’s 7-10 minutes to the city beach at a leisurely pace. 15 minutes to the old town. 5 minutes to the supermarket and the market.
Check-in - met by the maid at the road and led to the hotel, because because of the narrow road, buses do not drive up to the hotel. We arrived early in the morning and had to wait about an hour and a half for check-in.
Number - they pointed to the floor with the number, they said that the keys were in the door and that was it. We paid for a standard double room. The tour operator said that the number itself will be determined locally. They gave me room 35 on the 4th floor. As a result - a room with an area of u200bu200bnot more than 12 meters and this is already with a bathroom. The renovation was carried out 10 years ago. The furniture is old. Two separate beds along the wall, like in a pioneer camp. Otherwise, they simply will not, the room is narrow. They asked to change the room, because we had not seen such a booth for a long time, and we paid for the normal standard, the photo of which was sent to us by the tour operator. To which they replied that everything was inhabited and would not be released soon. There is only this one.
The room itself has air conditioning, safe, fridge, kettle, 2 cups, corkscrew.
The only advantage of this room is a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. On this facade of the building, this is generally the only balcony. All other balconies overlook neighboring buildings.
Well, on trifles - the hotel has practically no territory. The reception desk is open only at the time of check-in, then it is permanently closed, so you will not be able to solve some domestic issues. Cleaning every day. Wifi is disgusting. The signal itself is good everywhere, but the Internet worked for 5-10 minutes a day, if you're lucky. As a result, they used roaming. If you take with breakfast, the cafe with these breakfasts is 300 meters away.

Remembering the review, I am in this villa. I am delighted with the villa: -excellent location. 6 minutes to the beach, next to a large supermarket (open from 6 to 24), market, bakery, small shops, bus stop -quiet. unlike expensive hotels on the first line, where it is very noisy and the road is buzzing until the morning, this villa is quiet - clean every day without requests - the room has everything you need: air conditioning, mirrors, a kitchenette, a good bathroom with a good shower, clean, good white towels, a fabulous huge balcony with a table with a stone top and wicker chairs, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a TV, a stove, dishes (even a Turkish ), - met with lemonade and raki at the entrance, nice -downstairs on the 1st floor tables with chairs where you can dine - the rooms have independent safes Minuses: - bed.

Rested with my husband at Villa Salus from July 27 to August 10. Upon arrival, we were met with juice and crayfish (local vodka), placed immediately. The hotel is not bad, located in a quiet place surrounded by its own garden, where tangerines and kiwi grow. All infrastructure is nearby - shops, restaurants, pharmacies, bus stop.

The hotel is not bad, located in a quiet place surrounded by its own garden, where tangerines and kiwi grow. All infrastructure is nearby - shops, restaurants, pharmacies, bus stop. True, it was far from our beach (we went to Mogren 2 - the cleanest, but the most remote beach in Budva). Husband strained for 25 minutes in the heat to carry a heavy bag. The hotel is very clean, cleaning every day, bedding and white towels (towels changed every day, bedding - once a week). All furniture and utensils are clean and fresh! The room has air conditioning, refrigerator and safe. The kitchenette had everything you needed - plates, bowls, spoons, forks, knives, pots for boiling water, glasses, glasses, a corkscrew, etc. There is no iron. Laundry and ironing - 1 euro per item! Our room was on the ground floor, so we had a terrace where it was nice to have breakfast and drink wine in the evenings. It is better to close the doors to the terrace at night, because. walks a family of black cats)). The only negative in the room - we got two beds, instead of one large, as previously agreed. Of course, we moved them, but we couldn’t sleep in an embrace).
From myself I can say that if ever to Budva, then feel free to visit Villa Salus. I recommend!

Good hotel, nice hosts, they treat you with delicious limoncello upon arrival. Far from the beach, but you need to go along a beautiful and pleasant road. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious (which is important for Montenegro). Clean regularly, do not steal. All in all, a great experience.

We liked it very much, we chose this villa for a reason! perfect location, relative to the beautiful Mogren beach, old town, market, supermarkets! from the conversations of Russian tourists on the beach, we realized that many had problems with the lack of hot, and sometimes just water, we didn’t have this, the villa has its own well, the pressure was such that the shower escaped from the hands : ) people also complained, that the rooms are very small, which we can’t say about Salus, a beautiful spacious room with air conditioning (working perfectly), snow-white linen and towels that were changed every day, by the way, cleaning was also done every day.

Very friendly staff who understand Russian!
Excursions: we took a tour of the three canyons and drove across the country from south to north and back in a day! I was struck by the purity of the turquoise rivers, and the height of the giant mountains! excursions are conducted by local Russian-speaking guides, and their funny accent and love for their homeland make the excursions especially colorful. We also took an excursion to Albania, it was very interesting, but at the end we concluded that we could not spend the whole day, but only go to the border town of Shkotor, buy cognac there (and this is the best thing we liked in Albania, i. you can’t buy such a wonderful cognac for any money) silver jewelry and go home!
In general, I liked everything very much, the only thing I would like to stay longer, 2 weeks is the best option: 1st to visit the sights, 2nd to lie on the beach!

Thanks to the authors who recommended these apartments. The apartments are really well located. To the Old Town and Mogren Beach 10 minutes at a very slow pace. Market, supermarket, bakery 2 minutes walk. The yard is clean, cozy, with fruit trees, next door is the Butua hotel for people with disabilities.

The apartments are really well located. To the Old Town and Mogren Beach 10 minutes at a very slow pace. Market, supermarket, bakery 2 minutes walk. The yard is clean, cozy, with fruit trees, next door is the Butua hotel for people with disabilities. The room was paid for a single room, but a spacious room for three was provided on the spot, at no extra charge, on the third floor. The room has a refrigerator, TV (Russian-language channel one - one), Wi-Fi worked smoothly, without a password; there is a hair dryer, soap, shampoo. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Removed carefully.
I didn’t order breakfast because I had a dream to have breakfast in the Mozart cafe near the walls of the Old Town : ))
The hotel is quiet and the soundproofing is good.
The owner of the apartments is a nice young woman, the attitude towards the guests is very attentive. Lemonade and raki were offered upon check in : ))
The host party - Prometheus tour - has nothing but good things to say about them! Everything is clear, friendly, without delay. The proposed excursions did not take place due to the small number of tourists at the end of the season.
Beautiful country, wonderful climate, amazing nature, complete relaxation !! ! Looking forward to next season! : )

Nice, cozy villa in the center of Budva. The room we got was not big, but we chose it because of the wonderful balcony overlooking the mountains! By the way, there are very few rooms with such a view, mostly it is a view of other villas or a wall of a neighboring hotel) The room has a refrigerator and a hairdryer, glasses for water and a corkscrew.

The only pity is that there is no kettle, but in a 2-minute walk there is Pekara with excellent pastries and coffee. The location of the villa is very good, 10 minutes walking distance to the old town, as well as to the bus station. For Budva, in my opinion, an ideal option. Happy holidays everyone!

Very nice villa, I can say frankly located in the city center, the main thing is that very close to everything is located what is needed for existence. To the city beach in a stretch of 10 minutes, but a huge BUT, where there are many yachts, ships and motor boats from which there is a little dirt in the sea, ie working off fuel.

In the sun you can see fat (like a rainbow) divorce from fuel. And to the beautiful beach MOGREN 20-25 minutes along the waterfront, that's where heaven is on earth (but a lot of people, almost sitting on their heads, if with his bedding sat on the pebbles for free). And for the money the prices on the beach are as follows: Two sunbeds with umbrella and soft bedding 20 euros all day, still water 0.250 ml 1.5 euros (although everywhere 0.60 - 0).
80 euros for half a liter) Before reaching the beach moraine there are a couple of private beaches, the one that is closer as it is called I do not remember (it is surrounded by a bamboo fence and is going to come soon David Guetta) there is the same set of two sunbeds with umbrella 22 euros, but it is very pathetic and respectable, there are people of a very high level (near the hotel was a huge number of Maserati, Lamborghini and Ferrari) capacity as in Mogren. The menu on the beaches is very diverse, you can have a snack and eat a lot. As for the villa, I can say that the rooms are good, clean, spacious. Not an important fact is a small kitchen (there is a stove and sink, but why? To cook you need a hood, frying pans and saucepans and this is nothing. It would be better to put a microwave and kettle.
There are 2 small and large Turks in which we heated water for coffee and tea) We cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, but I did not notice the linen when changed. The main thing is that the beds are made every day.
Wi-Fi is everywhere two access points, but for some reason floating (ie no) saved on mobile communications, said on Skype. By the way, Wi-Fi is available on almost every beach where there is a cafe or restaurant. The shower in the room is not airtight 3 people bought and there is a puddle. The funnel in the shower is broken, pours in different directions (probably fell on someone and crashed) and so everything is great, breakfasts are good, the area is small enough to be photographed.

Very very liked! Friendly hosts, helpful staff. Liked everything. Interior, spacious balcony. The fact that Salus is not located on the seashore did not spoil the impression at all. In the evening in Budva, on the Embankment it is quite noisy, and the hotel is just wonderfully quiet. The walk to the sea was not tiring, we walked with pleasure.
