Focused on reviews (separate due to the fact that they are written! ). The price was also normal. Rested for 7 days in early August (season). Took food - breakfast.
Check-in was quick, we were met by the bus and taken to the villa. The room corresponds to the photos, there was a kitchen, terrace with table, TV (several channels, it was interesting to watch programs in the original with Montenegrin subtitles), hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, electric stove heated well, a set of necessary utensils. Do not expect to cook hard, but really warm up something small. Garbage was taken out on its own, but cleaned daily. Towels were changed once every third day, bed linen was not changed.
The bed is comfortable, it was good to sleep. After 22 hours, ask not to make noise. Pros of the third line - quiet at night. No discos, sleep yourself. Also, prices in coffee shops around are lower than by the sea.
The villa itself is surrounded by a picturesque courtyard - citrus trees, and instead of grapes - kiwi.
The hosts are friendly. Everything you need will help, they say.
It will take 15 minutes to reach the sea. It is best to navigate in the direction of Becici, there are better beaches.
About food. Breakfast was in the pizzeria around the corner. Accordingly, you could take either a pizza or a sandwich, or egg products - scrambled eggs, omelet and more. In our opinion, an omelet (of three eggs with ham and cheese) was the best option. Tasty and small.
Of the small shortcomings I can note the creak of the bathroom door. I think it's easy to fix if you just lubricate the hinges.
Thank you hosts!

We were at the hotel in mid-June 2021. The hotel is great for budget travellers, which we are. The owner of the hotel also lives here, a pleasant and friendly grandfather, any issues can be resolved within 10 minutes. Hotel pros: - the room has a stove for cooking and all the utensils you need - kettle - hair dryer - there is always hot water in the shower - air conditioning (we did not use it, it was not needed) - the location is excellent - 10 minutes to the Auchan supermarket, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to the old town on foot. … More ▾ We were at the hotel in mid-June 2021. Hotel pros:
- the room has a stove for cooking and all the utensils you need
- kettle
- hair dryer
- there is always hot water in the shower
- air conditioning (we did not use it, it was not needed)
- the location is excellent - 10 minutes to the Auchan supermarket, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to the old town on foot. Budva is not a big city at all, you can walk everywhere.
- clean and tidy rooms
- garbage thrown out, toilet paper delivered
We liked everything, especially for the very modest price that this hotel cost us.
We were at the beginning of the season when tourists are just coming to this resort. At the height of the season there are a lot of people, you can’t really lie on the beach, literally on each other’s heads, and we were lucky with that, there weren’t many people, but the water was cool.
CONS of the hotel:
didn't look for.
I recommend this hotel and a big hello to Dragon.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality with which tourists from Russia are greeted. Many locals understand Russian.
Villa Todorovich is owned by a friendly, responsive to any request, hospitable host. He lives in a villa with his family.
We had a room STUDIO2 №23 on the 1st floor. The room had a kitchenette, a loggia, a shower in the bathroom, two single beds, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a TV, and air conditioning. Of the necessary: an electric stove (for heating), a small refrigerator, a kettle, all utensils, even a corkscrew, a hair dryer. There were no problems with hot water. Every day they gave me a new roll of toilet paper. Bed linen was changed twice during our stay, and towels every two days.
The place is very quiet. The beach is a leisurely 10-15 minute walk. The beach is urban and there are a lot of people, you can go by boat to another beach and it’s wonderful to stay there. The beaches are pebbly, so for convenience I recommend purchasing slippers for water sports.
Not far from the villa there is a bakery, a butcher's shop (where you can buy any meat dish and it will be cooked for you right there for free).
We liked everything very much. Many thanks to Dragan! It’s a pity we didn’t have time to say goodbye to him personally, we left for the airport very early.
If you are in Budva, I recommend stopping at Villa Todorovich. You will not regret.

Montenegro is a very beautiful country, and we traveled a lot and saw it. So I needed a spacious area or pool. Just nearby, in the city, clean and to be cleaned. Villa is, of course, loudly said. It's more like an apartment. We must be prepared, here modestly. But there are no complaints, they cleaned every day, changed bed linen and towels, and even without a tip - we left them only at the end of the trip.
The villa is excellently located, in a calm and most importantly quiet place, we had a good view from the balcony, we were lucky. On the floor there was a board with an iron, you can iron. The Internet was also, but weak and often cut off.
In general, very satisfied. Inexpensive, comfortable, clean and quiet - what more do you need!

We rested for 10 days in early July, lived on the 2nd floor with a very beautiful view of the neighboring courtyards, the overall impression is very positive! It's worth the trip! Minuses: - in the evenings there was bad internet, they turned to the owner, he said that nothing could be done (normal in the morning and afternoon) - they didn’t put toilet paper, but since both the owner and the maid were in the villa all the time, there were no problems, you just had to ask Pros: + all the necessary equipment is available and works flawlessly (hairdryer, kettle, TV, air conditioning) + the sea is very close, there are many grocery and bakeries along the way, the MEGA MARKET store is also nearby + regularly and efficiently cleaned + changed towels and bed linen + there is a shared kitchen with all the necessary utensils (we only made salads, used plates, forks, knives and salt), a stove, frying pans, etc. … More ▾ We rested for 10 days in early July, lived on the 2nd floor with a very beautiful view of the neighboring courtyards, the overall impression is very positive! + a huge balcony with a table and chairs, breakfast with a beautiful view is a pleasure
+ the maid and the owner are polite, friendly, customer-oriented: always on the spot - you can ask for help at any time
+ safe (always slept with an open balcony, nothing was missing from the room even once)
+ in general, the location is convenient: you can easily walk to becici and to mogren, and to the old town
+ parking in the courtyard of the villa
+ according to the rules, the fun is at 10, but they were allowed to stay in the room until 17:00
Adviсe:
= sail to the island of St. Nicholas on a boat, 3 euros per hour, departs from the pier on the Slavic beach, fewer people than in Budva itself
= book a car in advance to make it cheaper, we rented for 1 day, paid 50 euros, Peugeot cabrialet 2004

Everything has already been written above by others, an excellent host and assistants, service for such a price is enough. Montenegro is not the kind of country to sit in luxury all-inclusive hotels and there is nothing else to look at like in Turkey. Wonderful hotel for people without pretensions! Having read negative reviews about the service in Montenegro, I was worried that this would not spoil the impressions of the rest. As it turned out, we just had too many "masters" who need to change the bed every day and clean the room. Have you been glad to rest in a shed in the Crimea for a long time? I was very satisfied. … More ▾ Wonderful hotel for people without pretensions! I was very satisfied. Very cozy hotel, located away from the noisy street. We had a room overlooking the courtyard. There is a wonderful garden in the yard: kiwi, tangerines, oranges and many beautiful shrubs. On the balcony there is a table and two chairs where you can enjoy this beauty, and at the same time eat.
I especially want to note the hospitality of the owner of the villa and his assistant. Very nice people, the owner at each meeting was interested in whether we liked everything. Another huge plus: on the day of departure, despite the fact that the agreed check-out time is 10.00, we were allowed to stay until 14.00 without any additional payments.
As for the service. Towels were changed every other day. There was no cleaning in the room, but it is quite possible to survive a week without a general cleaning.
And now a little about the shortcomings. For me, the main disadvantage was the complete lack of soundproofing, but judging by the reviews, this is a lack of most hotels in Montenegro.
Very good hotel, I recommend!

Once they forgot to give out a set of towels, they immediately gave it out and worried about everything so that we would like it here. A couple of times they turned when the toilet paper ran out and he was again very embarrassed and rushed to give it out as soon as possible. In total, the villa has 3 floors, the first - the master's, 2 and 3 - for guests. We lived on the second floor in room 33. The room is small, but everything you need is there, even a mini-kitchen with the minimum necessary set of utensils (for those who do not have a kitchen in their room, there is a common one on the ground floor). There is also an iron and ironing board on the ground floor. All things are simple, but functional and not old, everything works properly. The beds are comfortable. Lovely large balcony where we usually had a snack or a cup of tea/coffee/wine in our spare time. Cleaned well every day. The hotel is in a quiet side street, which is very convenient, and we also had a balcony overlooking the courtyard. In the bathroom, the shower cubicle is a bit small - a large person would hardly be comfortable in it, but for us girls, just right. Would love to visit this hotel again! Thank you for a pleasant carefree holiday : )

It was dumb, however, to give away my hard-earned and saved savings for vacation. Adequate price for the tour (380 euros, early booking in the spring, 11 nights) and decent photos of the villa became the main argument. Upon arrival of the transfer to Budva, we were met by a hospitable, pleasant-looking man, the owner of the villa, Dragan Todorovich. Montenegrins in general, since they traveled a lot on business trips in Ukraine and in hotels, as a rule, in the staff of aunts of Soviet hardening, who are not even used to smiling or younger, that they cannot add up their price, with the exception of western Ukraine) He took us to his villa by car, although you can there was a walk, because the distance was 300 meters, a trifle, but nice. The villa has 4 floors, it looks like a normal facade for Montenegro, there is an area for parking several cars, it’s convenient because they rented a car, and the streets of Budva are narrow, and we saw a lot of scratched cars! The room in which we lived on the third floor, simple and with everything you need, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a bedside table, a shower, a toilet, a separate balcony with a table and chairs, I consider it a good plus for the villa, there was always hot and cold water, the bathroom is clean without fungus and otherworldly smells, the beds do not creak, checked). Simple and clean. It is very important that the villa is located in a side street where there is no heavy traffic. We talked with visitors from other villas, they were not satisfied with the presence of a busy, noisy road near the apartments. I advise you to pay attention when choosing a tour, when we were looking for it we didn’t think about it, we were just lucky) On the ground floor of the villa there is a shared kitchen with appliances, cups, plates, a stove and small electric kettles. To the sea about 7 minutes on foot, cafes, bakeries, markets along the way, convenient. Arriving in Ukraine, going into my porch in the evening, I thought about what things to immediately unpack and quickly go to bed after a tiring transfer, and suddenly remembered that I forgot the cheese and prosciutto in the refrigerator of the villa Budva and, if possible, pick up the forgotten. Today I had breakfast with excellent Negush prosciutto with cheese and Belarusian bread yum-yum)))))). Have a good rest, the country is super!
