Good afternoon. Stayed with my husband in August for 10 nights. We booked a tour without meals. A girl met us at the hotel, took us to room 202, showed us where the safe was, explained how to use it. The safe was locked with a key, no code. View from the balcony to the mountains and neighboring houses. The room had a large bed, an armchair, a chair, a table, a wardrobe, a small refrigerator, air conditioning, a hair dryer.

Good afternoon. Stayed with my husband in August for 10 nights. We booked a tour without meals. A girl met us at the hotel, took us to room 202, showed us where the safe was, explained how to use it. The safe was locked with a key, no code. View from the balcony to the mountains and neighboring houses. The room had a large bed, an armchair, a chair, a table, a wardrobe, a small refrigerator, air conditioning, a hair dryer. Slippers and bathrobe were missing. The hotel has a cafe, a garden. It is forbidden to bring your own into the garden, it is allowed to consume drinks and dishes that can be ordered in a cafe. This upset us a little, as we wanted purchased fruits, seafood, etc. eat in the garden, not on the balcony. As a result, we did not go to the garden or to the cafe at the hotel at all. The towels were changed regularly but they were very hard. The bed was changed once a week, simple with stains, shampoo was brought several times. But we used our resources. Information about the transfer was prepared on time at the reception. The hotel staff is polite, conscientious, not intrusive, they do not speak Russian, we communicated with them in English. For the most part, we were satisfied.
