The hotel is wonderful, clean and cozy. The owner, Radovan, is a friendly, kind person. The hotel is cleaned every day. Has not a single dirty trace. Everything is clean, shiny. Wi-Fi works well. The territory is closed from outsiders. A small pool. Restaurant. Quiet, cozy, clean. It is 12 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not very.

Rodovan allowed to stay in the hotel for free until the late evening, until the bus arrived. I ADVISE, GLORY TO UKRAINE! 24.08. 2024 - 01.09. 2024

Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed on request.
They were very satisfied. We recommend to everyone!

Everything turned out to be more than expected, we were told where it is tastier and cheaper to eat (although in the villa itself they cook very tasty and not expensive. ) where and what excursions to go on.
The hotel is quiet at home, there is a children's area, the pool is always clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, and if you want to save money, there are several grocery stores nearby and you can cook food in the mini kitchen.
Breakfasts are hearty, tasty, quite varied. Filtered water was used without restrictions.
Once I was in a hurry to go on an excursion and left the phone, and of course it hasn’t gone anywhere. Nowadays, the phone is almost the whole life.
Many thanks to Radovan and all the staff.
WiFi has always been there.
Around the greenery, flowers, aromas of jasmine.
The only negative is the unfinished construction, the view from the balcony.
The sea is gorgeous, 15-20 minutes of quiet walking.
The best beach is Ploce, you can stay there all day. Sunbeds with umbrellas are enough to take drinks for free. Shower, toilet, changing cabins are all free. For comparison, in other places for 2 sunbeds with an umbrella you will pay 15-25 euros.
I really want to come here again.

Villa Bojana is the best villa in Montenegro! It is located near Mogren beach, there are many shops and cafes nearby. The owner and administrator are always at the villa, they always solve even the slightest questions or problems. Breakfast is varied and delicious. In the evening we ordered soup and mussels.

The villa has a swimming pool - and this is a rarity. The territory is green, all in flower beds.
A good and inexpensive hotel in Budva, thanks to the Confetti travel agency in Kharkov for helping us choose this accommodation!

But the rooms are a bit small. The territory is small, but green and well maintained and a small swimming pool (up to 7 m long) Quiet enough except for a few cheerful tourists in the evenings The owner and staff (Serbians) of the villa speak Russian (for many this means something... but I am Montenegrin I already understand))), they are friendly, normally respond to requests and are responsive. But the receiving agency is a little strange - zero information about the country upon check-in, they didn’t even give a phrasebook. . . live as you wish. . . Fortunately, I remember a few phrases in Croatian and Ukrainian and Russian, they understand well. Breakfast at the villa is normal, but every day is the same (a good Turkish "troika" or an ordinary "troika" in Western Europe). As for the beauty of the country, nothing impressive so far (similar to Croatia, but it was somehow more interesting there and the sea here is not as blue and beautiful as in Roven (Istria). . . ) Budva is a lively city, many restaurants, supermarkets and cafes with almost Kiev prices (meat cuisine, but without outstanding tastes and aromas - stupid meat in different variations, fish and seafood are expensive and mediocre in taste - in Kyiv the same (compare with Thailand )), in the evening there are discotheques (like Odessa ones on Arcadia, but admission is free !!! ) and you can make a fashion show along the embankment - there is something to do in the evening. Tomorrow we are going to Dubrovnik on an excursion - let's see, Croatia is the same here, as we remember it)))

The villa is located far from the sea. He settled us in a 2-bed room cunning... py Radovan - a real beetle - only smiles and rowing for himself - that's the whole little man. small room --- bed - yes tv - there is not even a curtain in the bath - the food is not tasty and monotonous - they don’t even give drinks for breakfast - in short, horror - I don’t understand - why everyone writes so well about this villa - or Montenegrins themselves, but tour operators ?? ? ; -)))).

I rested at the villa "Boyana" with my friends. Each of us took single occupancy. There were no problems with booking rooms, because I contacted the owner of the villa Radovan directly. We booked rooms 2 weeks before the trip. Tickets generally took 5 days. Everything was in stock. Although in the high season it is better to worry in advance - the villa usually "full house" comes after June 15th.

By the way, I have been resting in this villa for the third time, which I have never regretted. Although I am a lady and independent, I still do not like any difficulties, especially on vacation. The owner of the villa tries to make the stay as comfortable, hassle-free and enjoyable as possible for all guests. Especially for independent travelers! : ))
What pleased me this year was the new building (built on the site of the old one)! Excellent repair (if vacationers do not spoil), new furniture, excellent plumbing. Pleased with new doors with "increased lockability" and calls! It's very nice of the owner to think about such "little things". I went to visit my friends in other buildings (and I have lived in all of them). Everything is also perfectly renovated - both the rooms and the stairs. The furniture is new in many rooms. Previously, in some rooms there was a strange design of bathrooms (remained from the previous owner) - a toilet bowl inside the shower cabin. By this season, Radovan has fixed everything! Just respect! It is very pleasant to come to a villa where everything is arranged not "as if cheaper", but in the most convenient way for guests!
This year the villa has a new team of chefs. My adorable stuffed calamari was absolutely delicious. And baked goods of excellent taste and quality. I also recommend trying the squash pancakes. Delicious. The food is always delicious and fresh. Tried a lot of dishes at the villa - only positive memories. I also recommend ordering lamb on a spit - an incomparable dish. And, by the way, in the vaunted "Yadran" (on the embankment) the lamb is prepared worse. (And in general, this year in "Jadran" the level of service and dishes has become much lower).
The villa staff are excellent. Both waitresses and maids. The waitresses (Natasha and Mila) understand everything in Russian perfectly, so there were no problems with ordering dishes. Special thanks to the waitress Natasha - a wonderful girl, smiling, friendly, works quickly. The maids cleaned the rooms perfectly - quickly, efficiently. Never had any complaints from me or my friends.
If you have any questions - write, I will be happy to answer!

About the hotel. We rested in Budva from 4 to 18 September 2010. We lived in Villa Bojana. I can say that all the reviews that I read about this hotel are all true. Radovan is really a very friendly and hospitable host. The girls in the restaurant are cheerful and helpful. The chef cooks very well. Have dined there several times - everything is just fine. It was possible to order dinners in advance for 6 euros / person and for these 6 euros we would have got a salad, soup, hot and, in my opinion, dessert. So for those who want to save money on restaurants, this is a great option.
About the sea. Before the trip, I read a lot of reviews about the dirty sea. So, as for the sea in the Budva area during our vacation: the sea was excellent. Maybe they managed to build and launch treatment facilities in Budva. The garbage was either of natural origin: algae, needles, leaves, or far enough from the shore, packages were seen a couple of times. bottles. And so far, as if they were thrown from the yachts. Life in the sea depends on the place. On Mogren we saw hedgehogs, schools of fish, octopuses. Near the coast of Sveti Nikola, there are mainly hedgehogs (and dangerously close to the coast) and fish. No one on Yaz.
About the beaches. Most of the time we sunbathed on Mogren-2. The beach is coarse sand or very fine pebble. It is very clean there, a little quieter than on Mogren-1. But the sun loungers there belong to some kind of hotel, and from outsiders this very beach-boy ripped off 25 euros per set: 2 sunbeds + umbrella. He did, apparently, illegally, because he did not give any receipt, as on other beaches. The first day we paid (and not only we, but also a lot of people), and then we went with our beds. Cafes only on Mogren-1. Were in Yaz. The beach is sandy and the bottom too, and therefore the water is not interesting. There is also a strong wind blowing on Yaz. Due to the fact that a fairly open bay. Several good cafes. There is a pebbly beach on Sveti Nikola. The cost of a set of 2 beds + umbrella = 5 euros. And if you rent a catamaran, then circle the island counterclockwise and find a couple of places that can only be accessed from the sea and sunbathe and swim in solitude. Sveti Nikola has a full-fledged restaurant with huge portions. So you won't die of hunger. You can get to this island on a multi-seat vessel. It departs from the pier, which can be reached if you go to the beach directly from the main post office. Round trip ticket 5 euros.
About food. It is not worth talking about Montenegrin cuisine. She must be tried. Montenegro is a real feast of taste and belly. Portions of meat dishes are simply huge. The average woman can't handle it. In addition, they are by default served with a mountain of garnish. Personally, I preferred to take fish - it is fresh and incredibly tasty there. Served by weight. In some restaurants, you can take the fillet, having discussed the weight in advance, but in the majority they serve whole. But believe me: if you take a whole dorado fish, you will eat it completely, there is not much of such deliciousness. Stuffed squids are amazing.
Favorite restaurant is Porto. The waiters speak several languages: English, German, Russian and, I suspect, Italian. After you make an order, the waiter from the establishment will bring a fish pate for free. Spread it on bread for a delicious snack. When I first ordered a palachinka with fruit in Porto, I hoped that this one would be less dangerous for the figure than with jam. In fact, pancake bags are filled with ground walnuts, and you can see everything else in the photo.
Lunch or dinner for two, if you take a glass of wine, 25-30 euros with a tip. Although it can be cheaper.
About the city. If suddenly the sky is overcast and it’s already uncomfortable to lie on the beach, and you don’t want to go anywhere, go to the Old Town. First, admire the large and beautiful yachts laid up right next to the walls of the old city. Walk through the narrow streets, enter the citadel, and rest in its library. You can not only sit in the library. You can read quietly. There is a small flea market in the Old Town. There you can buy some details of the national costume (like me) or quite unusual household items.
In general, Budva is quite a bustling city. On weekends, Serbs, Macedonians, Montenegrins from the northern part of the country come there to relax and swim. Therefore, if you need peace, choose a quieter place: Becici or Petrovac.
About excursions. Since we did not go through a travel agency, but as a savage, and in our hotel there is no separate travel agency, as they are in large hotels, there was a choice to buy excursions on the street or go on our own. We went to the old town in Kotor on our own. And they did it right. No one is pushing you, if you wanted to, you lingered in a cafe or at the very top of the fortress wall. But if you want to listen to the history of the city and buildings, take a tour at the agency. We also decided to go to Ostrog on our own. And as a result, they turned the cheapest excursion into a slightly more expensive adventure. Because first, for 7 euros / person, you need to get to the “bogetici” stop by bus. , Which goes to Niksic. And from the stop to the monastery, another 12 km uphill, which we eventually overcame by taxi. For 18 euros round trip. In general, the "prison" is the excursion that is worth taking at the agency. We also went to the canyons. A very tiring excursion, but the beauty that you will see is worth it. It is better to take the agency. It’s just that it’s very difficult to overcome such a path by car or by public transport.
About the trip in general. In addition to hotels and air tickets, we spent 1000 euros for two in two weeks. Of these, 200 euros for gifts to their relatives. And at the same time, they did not deny themselves anything at all. Sometimes they even allowed themselves to be "bourgeois". Many Montenegrins speak Russian quite well. In addition, the languages have a lot in common. Even in Montenegro, amazing nature. My soulmate prevented me from walking from Budva to the beaches of Milocer, the beach of the queen, to walk through pine and orange groves. Believe me, there will be no such hiking as in Montenegro.

All the questions that have arisen are promptly resolved by the owner of the villa Radovan. Mogren beach is located 20 minutes walk (the sea itself is closer about 10 minutes from the villa), but this is not a disadvantage, since the hotel is located in a quiet place, with beautiful views of the mountains, the road to the beach itself is quite good and does not cause inconvenience .
I recommend this villa to everyone, a great place to relax and travel.

Cool vodka in beakers of 50 grams. Very pleasant and friendly people. Unobtrusive. Calm. We traveled a lot around the country on our own, the bus service is good. I liked Kotor and the Bay of Kotor, Tivat. We took an excursion to Skadar Lake. Very nice. Extraordinarily beautiful nature. We walked along the coast along the sea from St. Stephen to Budva. We lived at Villa Bojana, host Radovan. All liked it.
