I am writing a review from the villa. We rest at the beginning of June. Came to Beljana by accident during the "fortune" promotion. The impressions are wonderful. I have been in Budva for the fourth year in a row, there is something to compare with. This villa is like at first sight, it is large and modern. It does not have a green area and a garden in which children could walk. Rather, it is suitable for couples and young people. Beljana is a 4-storey house, on the first floor of which the owners live - very nice people. We paid for a standard room, but without any requests we were settled in apartments with an area of .40 square meters. By the standards of Budva - a great luxury, usually much more modest. The apartments have a living room with a kitchen area and a bedroom with a balcony overlooking a beautiful busy street. On the balcony - garden furniture with comfortable pillows. The room has everything you need: a set of dishes, a refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer, a TV, plus an iron - in the hallway on the floor. Soundproofing is good. Hot water is around the clock, the refrigerator freezes, the stove heats up quickly, there is air conditioning, but it was not turned on as unnecessary. Blackout blinds protect from the hot sun. The bed is large and the mattress is comfortable. Cleaning is normal. To the sea 600 meters, 7-8 minutes. Along the street with restaurants, bakers and further through the park. Photos correspond to reality. Excellent value for money. The only real downside is the towels. They are not white, but grey. They need to be replaced urgently. Dropped my rating because of them. Other than that, thanks for a great vacation! I recommend.

Beliana-Lux will not impress you with anything. In Budva, all the villas are so close to each other that there are no adjacent territories, green gardens, etc. there is basically nowhere. Inside - too simple, albeit comfortable. The villa is 5-storey, the room is one rather spacious (but dark) room, with one window (or rather, a balcony door), inside there is a wardrobe, a mirror, a bed, a sofa, a table with chairs, a small kitchenette (not separated by anything).

The villa is 5-storey, the room is one rather spacious (but dark) room, with one window (or rather, a balcony door), inside there is a wardrobe, a mirror, a bed, a sofa, a table with chairs, a small kitchenette (not separated by anything). There is air conditioning, a hair dryer, and an iron (an iron with a board is on the floor, a hair dryer is in the bathroom). Everything you need for a normal life, no luxuries and frills. Telly, yes. Only one channel in Russian. In the bathroom-toilet - shower, toilet and washbasin (very narrow, this was perhaps the only significant inconvenience).
They cleaned 4 times in 10 days, although they promised every day : )
Belyana-Lux stands at a large crossroads by local standards, next to it are grocery stores, a round-the-clock bakery (this is a plus). But even closer to the shops - a very noisy car wash, the sounds of which spoil the whole impression of the wonderful mountain landscape when you sit on the balcony....This is a big minus.
What else . . It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the sea, the distance is about 500 meters. But this is if you go to the crowded and dirty Slavenska Plaza. We went to Becici in general, it is somehow more comfortable there.
Summary of Bielane-lux - a normal option for those who usually do not like to sit in a room a lot.
