I liked it very much. I recommend. The location is convenient. To the sea 10 minutes walk along a picturesque alley, a supermarket nearby. The hostess is very friendly. Towels are changed every day, we didn't even have time to get them dirty. Garbage is taken out and light cleaning is also daily. But we refused several times.

The villa is located in the center of Budva. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. The road is very pleasant, as there is very unusual vegetation around, an abundance of flowers, shops and cafes. Opposite the villa there is a mega market where we bought the most necessary products and beer. Their local beer is in cans of 55 cents and tastes really good.

He settled us right away. The room is very clean, with a balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, stove and necessary utensils. Cleaning and change of towels every day. The hostess is very friendly, understands Russian and does not bother at all. We didn’t cook anything in the room, because there are a lot of cafes around and 300 meters away were our favorite, very cool, inexpensive PARMA cafes and the KUZHINA restaurant where we ate (this is a tip-recommendation).
Of the shortcomings - a mirror in the bathroom and a hook for things are located high. When I told the hostess about this, we laughed, as she measured for herself, and Montenegrins are very tall people. Toiletries included soap and toilet paper. But we bought the rest in the megamarket opposite. Our room faced the road, so it was a bit noisy. but if you sleep with the balcony closed and the air conditioner turned on, you can't hear anything. In general, small flaws can be ignored, since they are everywhere. And we were very satisfied with the rest.
Wifi is normal.

We rested in the first half of September. The description of the villa is fully consistent, although it is written that there is a hair dryer, it was not. In the corridor in front of the room there was an ironing board with an iron - very convenient - went out to iron if necessary. I read in the reviews about the common balcony, I assume that partitions have already been made on it, so the balconies are individual, otherwise it would not be very convenient.

The only drawback of the villa is the bad internet. In our room, it worked with varying success and not on all devices. We asked the hostess - it turns out that the Internet is only on the first floor of the villa and it should not be in the room. This is very inconvenient - you will not sit there all the time, especially nowhere.
In general, about Montenegro and Budva.
The whole beach was covered in cigarette butts, everyone smokes everywhere (not only for the beach). Larger debris on the beach is also practically not removed. The strip of the beach is not very large, and it is not clear to me how everyone can accommodate there in the summer, because in September there were not always enough places for everyone. But a lot of people go to the beach closer to 11 o'clock and there are no problems to accommodate at 8... 8-30 at all, but then they can start to lie down almost on their heads, especially on Mogren beach. When there was dirty water and small waves on the Slovenian beach, we wanted to go to Mogren beach (it should have been cleaner there), but it was closed because there were very big waves. went to the beach nearby - it turned out to be private (within the city !!! ) and from there we were asked to leave, when asked where - they answered that it was possible to Mogren, that the beach was closed, they did not care.
There are very narrow sidewalks in the city, people cannot always disperse, if a car parks there, then you have to walk along the roadway. It's on light streets, on busy streets, the sidewalks are just as narrow, but the roadways are just as narrow and big buses or trucks drive very close when they pass 20 centimeters from me - I'm just scared. Crossing the road was also difficult for me. There, who is the first - he went or went, I'm used to cars letting pedestrians through.
Eat liked to go to mesara. This is a butcher's shop where you will immediately grill the meat you like and after 15 minutes you can pick it up. The meat is the same as in restaurants, only it will cost significantly less. We ate on the balcony in the room - there is a comfortable table and two chairs.

We rested with my husband in early September in Montenegro at Villa ZEC 3 *. When we were brought from the airport to the villa, we did not see what they offered us in the tour company and what we saw in the photo on the Internet on the description of the villa, and the villa that we were offered and for which we paid money was next to our villa, so to speak (an old, savdepovsky building, which was renovated about ten years ago - villa ZEC).

As it turned out, the owner of these villas is the same person, two of his villas are nearby, only one was built in 2008 (Villa Neno), and the second ZEC is probably from the time of the Soviet Union. But for some reason, on the Internet and the tour company, they showed us a photo of Neno's villa, and not ZEC, but positioned it as ZEC. When we asked the representative of the tour company (PILON) what kind of fraud it was, she of course said that she didn’t know anything and didn’t even try to help us, we don’t recommend this tour company, excursions are much more expensive than in local companies on the beaches, workers unfriendly and unresponsive to tourists. Villa ZEC, in my opinion, does not even correspond to three stars, the repair is old, the furniture is old, the toilet bowl is of an incomprehensible design, it is not clear what times, the TV is tiny and all the channels are Serbian or German, there is not even a curtain in the bathroom, after every shower there were puddles on the floor , the doors are old and thin, you could hear what was going on in the corridor, and who was doing what)) the balconies abut against each other, no privacy! Deceived, my husband and I decided not to spoil our vacation and enjoy the beautiful Montenegro, went on excursions, constantly walked, went to the beaches, nature compensated for all the inconveniences. Despite everything, they were very satisfied with the rest, since Montenegro is a very beautiful country and it is worth visiting.

Villa Zec - fully meets its 3-star status. In the room - a bed, bedside tables, a refrigerator, a TV (with 2 local channels - I learned Serbian all my vacation : ))) The only thing I want to warn you about is try to do everything possible so that the tour operators do not settle you on the first floor. I, due to the fact that I bought a last-minute ticket the day before departure, got just such a number.

The only thing I want to warn you about is try to do everything possible so that the tour operators do not settle you on the first floor. I, due to the fact that I bought a last-minute ticket the day before departure, got just such a number. Its problem is that instead of a balcony, as on the upper floors, residents are offered access to the "terrace", which, for some, opens right next to the main entrance to the hotel, and everyone who enters from these rooms observes vacationers, while others (for me ) - rests against the wall-road, that is, cars pass at a level of 70 cm from your head when you rest after a day at sea. The street, of course, is not crowded, and there are few cars, but it’s still unpleasant : ( but there is a plus - one evening a hedgehog came to visit us with a young man on the terrace!! ! You won’t see such a guest on the balcony : ))))
And the rest - the service is good, they clean every day, but for a week they never changed bed linen and towels. Although, if you are a positive-minded person, this will definitely not spoil your impressions of magical Budva !! ! ; )
