As for the service at the hotel (unlike room service), I can’t say anything, somehow they had nothing to do with me, just like I had with them. The villa is located on the 3rd coastline. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, there was a shop next to the villa, it was convenient. If you walk a little further, then there are supermarkets, not very far, you could walk to them. The guide came to meet us, since I was resting at the end of the season, in September, there were no longer group excursions, but only individual ones. I paid the girl guide for two excursions, there were no problems with one, and the second did not take place, and the guide wrote to me the day before the proposed excursion that the excursion might take place, or maybe not. I asked her the question "how so? " and suggested that she refund me the money so that I could buy a tour from another agent to know for sure that I would go there. In general, a conflict arose with her on this basis, she was not very pleased, she replied that they were also counting on something. . In the end, I got up at 5 in the morning, went to where she wanted and took my money. Somehow it was not pleasant and strange, because people come to rest, plan their days of rest, ordering excursions, and then suddenly everything is canceled, because one person in the group got sick or something else. . The place is not bad, but I can not recommend the villa, because there were problems with cleaning.

This is where my patience ended, we moved to another villa. And I don’t want to see Villa Viola even in a nightmare.
Therefore, I do not recommend anyone to ever stay at Villa Viola, especially if you are going on vacation with children. This woman provided probably the worst conditions she had. It's disgusting, dirty and the hostess is absolutely not adequate.

Not far from the villa is a megamarket and a market where prices are 10-20% cheaper than in minimarkets. It's a 5-minute walk to the right and down. Next to the Megamarket there is a good and inexpensive L&M restaurant with inexpensive Montenegrin home cooking! I recommend.
In general, if you do not bother with trifles, the rest was excellent. I recommend this villa to tourists.
