Nice villa. The food is beyond praise (we took HB). We had a late arrival (Sky up, as always, was delayed). I met a very pleasant hostess Liepa, she told everything, showed, gave the best number)). We had a late arrival (Sky up, as always, was delayed). I met a very pleasant hostess Liepa, she told everything, showed, gave the best number)). Most importantly, they waited for us and served dinner (at 21.30 local time).
The room was really good (No. 308), everything worked (except for the TV - it didn't show any channel, but we didn't need it). The room has a kettle, cups, hair dryer, mini-fridge, air conditioning, boiler, i. e. everything you need and everything in working order. A huge wardrobe on the entire wall, trempel, shelves, a safe - we had enough of everything, and things to spread out, and suitcases to remove from the aisle.
A wide balcony-terrace with a table and two chairs, even a dryer and a few clothespins. Direct view of the neighboring hotel, side view of the mountains. There is also a busy road under the window (it interfered with sleep a little, but we are not picky). There are no sea views here (this is the third line), but there is a view of the mountains (in other rooms it was direct and very beautiful).
The staff does not speak Russian, they tried to communicate with the maids in Ukrainian, Russian, English, Serbian with a Google translator, but gesture pantomime helped a lot, what we want and a friendly mood (I asked for an extra sheet to cover myself). Otherwise, everything is super, cleaning every day, changing towels every day, during the stay they changed the bedding several times (I don’t remember, I didn’t count). In the bathroom there is soap in the dispenser above the washbasin and in the shower cabin gel / shampoo (but we didn’t use it, that’s why they didn’t add it to us). Tual. paper was constantly added. Yes, the shower cabin is small, and there is no attachment point for the shower itself, which can be inconvenient, but we had already read the reviews and were ready. In addition, we ourselves are small, we had enough space everywhere - both in the room and in the bathroom, and even more so on the balcony. (This is a hello to those who have a "small number")))).
Another plus, we were left the possibility of a late check-out in the villa (initially there was a departure at 19.45), but Sky up, as always, moved the departure time to the very early morning, stealing the rest day in fact...
Breakfast - well, do not flatter yourself, exactly to wake up, on the first morning we were in shock. The procedure is this - you come to a restaurant, the girls-cooks see, they immediately bring a portion of each plate with 1 croissant, butter and jam (such small packages), a plate of bread (white, gray - everything is fresh, tasty). You yourself go and take coffee (I took 2 cups, there were no comments), tea, milk, juice - there are jugs of drinks on a separate table. Then the girls also bring breakfast in portions. Well, on the first day there was sadness - a few small semi-sausages, a piece of cottage cheese and 2-3 pieces of tomato. But this is only 1 day, then the breakfasts became a little larger (fried eggs from 2 eggs were added, or boiled eggs also 2 pcs each, or scrambled eggs + slicing sausages, meat, bacon). Yes, there is very little of everything, but if you get used to smearing bread / roll with butter and jam, you can eat everything and not even be hungry after that)))
We went to dinner already once in the Kuzina cafe (up the street) - everything is mega tasty, the portions are huge, we ate with a margin. We were also on various excursions, dined there (they are brought for lunch to pre-arranged places, very tasty, satisfying, a lot). Once, instead of lunch, they took a gyros (shawarma type) in the Scolieri bistro chain, deliciously satisfying. We also tried shrimp (you can buy raw on the market and ask to cook it right away). In general, you can find where to dine - a lot of cafes for every taste and budget. Life hack for prices - go to the Google map, search for nearby cafes, go to the site with the menu and compare prices / portions, deciding where to go for lunch. The menu in Russian is everywhere with a detailed description of the dish. The Zlatobor restaurant (also up the same street) is closed for renovations this year. Restaurant Kangaroo (just down this street) just didn’t get there, but the reviews of the tourist neighbors are very good.
Coming back to the villa - the dinners are just wonderful, for 5+, broth (they call it "soup"), main course with side dish (goulash, grilled fish, baked pork, chicken - everything is very tasty, a lot of everything, if you could divided into lunch and dinner, it would be enough to eat both times). Also a la carte salad - cucumbers / tomatoes or coleslaw, fresh vegetables (there were no mayonnaise salads), and a dessert - a chocolate biscuit, a croissant, once there were pancakes with chocolate, 1 banana each, in general, there was something sweet every evening. But with so much meat, we took desserts with us and ate them later for lunch. The chef asked for wishes for dinner every morning, offering a choice of 2-3 dishes, and then cooked for us. If we went on an excursion, we warned her, and she either waited for us from the excursion, or brought dinner to the room (everything except soup, it was served at the restaurant table in a tureen in the amount of mega portions).
Another minor minus - wi-fi, the first two days I just flew, everything was fine, then the "Internet kaput" came (as the hostess said) and that's all - there is no wi-fi at all, it does not catch in the room, at the reception either. They gave out a password to connect to a neighboring institution, but it catches only at the reception and then slowly distributes the Internet, i. e. who needs to contact their relatives - you can go down to 1 floor. sit at the tables and still find the opportunity to check the mail, make a video call. But to lie in the room and watch a movie on the network - will not work at all))). But for us it was not a problem, then we went for a walk in the Old Town, then after the excursions we were tired, we fell asleep after a busy day. On rare evenings, they went to the reception for the Internet, and gathered cheerful companies, got to know each other, talked, shared their impressions about the country, advised where else to go and go to gain positive emotions. In general, it was also not up to sticking on the Internet, the neighboring villas envied us)))
By location - a mega-cool plus - the road to the sea through the Slovenska Plaza park, very beautiful, pines, cedars, palms, oleanders, bougainvillea. If someone is tired - a whole alley with benches with a canopy, you can sit in the shade, relax, enjoying the view of the park, even try to catch free wi-fi)
The sea is super, warm, clean, the beach is large pebbles and stones. Take coral slippers, without them it is very painful to go in a year. Two sun loungers and an umbrella - 10 euros. Yes, it’s expensive, but you can’t lie on the stones for a long time on your towel (although there is where to stay). We went straight to the beach, it is the best and cleanest. Were on the Mogren beach (outside the Old Town) - it's far and hot to go, and there is not sand, but small, small pebbles, again - it hurts to walk. It is also the most small-pebble beach, because all families with children are there, in general, "a soup of people. "
We also went on a boat trip Budva-Sveti Stefan-Sveti Nikola (Hawaii)-Budva. We took a boat ride along the coast, stopping on the island of Hawaii (you can see such a large island in the sea from all the beaches of Budva). You can stay there even for the whole day to swim (there are equipped beaches, cafes, toilets, everything is civilized). And return by the same boat in the evening back. All pleasure costs 4 euros per person (sunbeds and umbrella = 10 euros). The sea is clean, warm, there are not so many people, we really liked it.
On excursions - here if you wish, you can take it from a guide, you can have an office on the same street down the road to the crossroads, a representative office of Montenegro Cruising, the largest tour company in the country. The prices are the same, the program is slightly different. They are transported by bus so as not to be crossed by tour groups along the route, i. e. so that it doesn’t happen that 3-5 buses arrive at one place and the time for inspection is at least, because the next group is breathing in the back. We took excursions in the office on the street, so on the Boka-Kotor cruise we had + a visit to the city of Herceg Novi, and on the Canyons excursion + a visit to the Biogradska Gora reserve (otherwise the price is the same, the road is the same, the route is the same). We wanted to get the most out of what was possible, so we chose rich routes))) Although many took excursions from a guide, and everyone was satisfied.
The country is wonderful, the nature is beautiful, the people are friendly, there is something to see and something to be impressed with! Thanks for reading, and happy travels everyone!

I also liked the location of the hotel - not far from the sea, but not on the promenade (where prices in shops and cafes are much higher). There are many cafes and shops near the hotel.

For a vacation in Budva with a friend, a very cozy Villa Veli Vinogradi was chosen. Wonderful location, just 7-10 minutes from the sea, everything you need is nearby: markets, a pharmacy, a butcher shop, where meat or poultry will be cooked right away. Breakfasts are modest (2 buns with butter and jam, this can be served with a sausage or a boiled egg, tea / coffee / juice - to choose from), but the dinners are just gigantic, which could feed 3 people in such portions! As a rule, this is soup, a second course (every day you will be offered 2 dishes to choose from), salad and tea / water. … More ▾ For a vacation in Budva with a friend, a very cozy Villa Veli Vinogradi was chosen. As a rule, this is soup, a second course (every day you will be offered 2 dishes to choose from), salad and tea / water. Very polite staff, young girls speak a little Russian, it seemed that you live in a family - any problem was solved instantly, if this happened. Wi-fi catches on the terrace and in the lobby of the hotel. The rooms are equipped with a hair dryer, kettle, TV, iron and ironing board are also present on each floor; just in case, you can ask for a second blanket, shampoo / shower gel or take it with you - it will not be superfluous. You can dine inexpensively in the restaurant of the Kengoroo hotel of the same name, the Kuzhina restaurant is also praised, but we didn’t get there. In general, the portions are large everywhere, they lied all one for two. Wines in cafes are sold from markets, but with a cheat. For those who want to visit a more pretentious place with a gorgeous sea view, I recommend the LaBocca restaurant - the desserts are amazing! The tour was bought from our tour operator "Biblio Globus" "Golden Ring" (Kotor, Boka Kotor Bay, man-made island of the Holy Virgin on the Reef, Herceg Novi, Tivat) worth 50 € and from the local travel agency "Dadashevich » a trip to the canyons (15-18€) and to the monasteries of Ostrog-Cetinje (12€). Everything was great here and there, the canyons and nature reserves shocked... From "Dadashevich" the tour was conducted by Montenegrins, but in perfect Russian, so do not be afraid of local travel agencies. In general, nature is fabulous! In terms of entertainment and nightlife, adults and children will have fun visiting the attractions in "Zabava park", there are no clubs as such, everyone comes to the bar and dances around their tables. But there is a huge beach night club (open until 1 am) "Hilton", the entrance ranges from 10-25 € - it depends on who performs on stage.
I really liked Budva, but 7 days is still not enough, even for the first acquaintance with the country. We recommend the hotel!

In general, the impressions are positive: the villa is a modern mini-hotel, clean, well-groomed. The room has everything you need double bed, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, safe, bathroom with shower, chairs on the balcony, table, everything is in order. There is no opportunity to cook on your own (for some, this may be a disadvantage). I think a set of dishes and el. a kettle wouldn't hurt. Wi-fi is free and caught on almost all floors, sometimes it didn't work. We took only breakfast - as a rule, it is an omelette, pastries, butter, jam, tea or coffee, you will not stay hungry. Cleaned and changed towels every day. The hosts are friendly, unobtrusive and helpful. Go to the sea along a small road, then through the park of the hotel "Slovenska beach" at a leisurely pace for about 5 minutes and you are on the embankment, then choose the beach. The road to the beach is not exhausting. We chose a place in the shade on the grass next to the Lim restaurant, on the beach there are 2 sunbeds and an umbrella 10 euros, the sea is warm and clean, the bottom is large pebbles. Food prices are acceptable soup 2 euros, meat dishes up to 5 euros, affordable prices for grilled meat in butchers on average 1 kg - 8 euros, beer on the beach 2 euros 0.5 l, in a store 3 euros - 2 l , wine from 1.50 euros, delicious pastries from 0.40 cents. Landscapes around will not leave anyone indifferent, Montenegro is an unforgettable place. Our vacation was a success, we didn’t want to leave, so I recommend the villa and, of course, this fabulous country to everyone.

After reading reviews about villas in Budva, we tuned in advance to mediocre service and conditions in the rooms. Therefore, we were pleasantly surprised))) And so, everything is in order.
The first impression of the villa: the resettlement took about 10 minutes, no one took the passports, they only checked the names, gave the keys to the room and wished a pleasant stay. We got room 408 on the 4th floor (our 5th, their first floor is , there is a reception and a restaurant). Very nice room with a view of the mountains and the sea! There was almost everything you need: a mini-fridge, air conditioning, TV, safe, hairdryer, shower. On the balcony there is a clothes dryer, a table and two chairs. Everything worked properly, there were no complaints. The furnished room has a large double bed, a table, a chair, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe. Places, though a little, but everything is well placed in its place, so quickly got used to it)))
Bed linen was changed on the 5th day of rest, and fresh towels were brought every morning! The bathroom was constantly stocked with liquid soap and toilet paper. The garbage was taken out every day and a little cleaning was done. The villa has wi-fi, although most often there were difficulties with the connection.
The only thing missing in the room was a couple of glasses for water or juice, they asked at the restaurant and they gave us no problems for the whole rest. We had breakfast, we didn’t want to be tied to time. The food was not very varied, but tasty! Basically, it was either an omelette, or pancakes with meat and cottage cheese. Each breakfast included fragrant pastries, butter and jam in portions. There is also a choice of tea, coffee, milk. Personally, I didn’t have enough vegetables on the menu (later they took it with me), but this is a subjective opinion. The waiters are friendly, as are all the small staff of the villa. Special thanks to Lypa, the owner of Velji Vinoradi!
Now I'm trying to remember something that I didn't like during the holidays, and nothing but the noise from the street comes to mind. The thing is that the villa is located on a busy street, where resort life is in full swing from the very morning. Here you will find many bakeries with fragrant fresh pastries, it is simply impossible to resist! ))
in a nutshell about our favorite cafe. There was not a single evening that we did not look into the Fenix restaurant-pizzeria, it is a minute walk from the villa. Here we were always welcomed by a pleasant friendly atmosphere, delicious pizza, huge portions of meat dishes of national cuisine, even a seasonal delicacy - sliced watermelon (in Montenegrin LUBENITSA), which is served here on a platter + pieces of ice for cooling. Our vacation came just in time for the World Cup in Brazil, so we watched all the matches in Fenix, cheered along with a local company)))
Uuuuuh, how many impressions from the rest in this beautiful, flourishing, hospitable country!! ! Finally, I would like to say that it was the best vacation, we left (at least I) with tears in our eyes... I liked everything so much! We recommend this new, clean, comfortable villa Velji Vinoradi for a pleasant stay!

Not knowing the location of hotels in Budva relative to the beaches, we decided that we would choose a villa according to the external and internal decoration. They chose Veli Vinohrady, and did not lose. The location, as it turned out, was just wonderful, 13-15 minutes to our beach. The villa is not old or new construction, but it looks like new. A room with good wooden furniture, a shower cabin, a hair dryer, a balcony with a table and chairs. They cleaned and took out the trash every day. Breakfast, as for Montenegro, is very personal, drinks are a buffet, and hot girls brought separately, every day something new. On the ground floor they have their own mini-bakery, for those who love fresh pastries. The second time I would go to this villa. Now about the beach. We went around all the beaches on the first day, and realized that on the free beaches you can only sunbathe while standing, so we went to Mogren, but there min 25 from the villa. Firstly, in the heat of 40 degrees, it is simply impossible to walk so far, and secondly, there is also where you can lie on your mat, but there are also paid sunbeds for 15 euros. We immediately lay down on our rug, went for a swim, and when we arrived, our rug had already been moved so that we could not come out of the water to our place where we lay. So many people came running that even standing up you can’t sunbathe and we didn’t go so far anymore. And yet, what I didn’t like on Mogren Beach, near the sunbeds for 15 euros, people lie right between the rows of sunbeds. Well, for what service do people pay 15 euros? Therefore, we no longer began to arrange experiments and found a beach where, humanly, you can relax. It became our beach, it is located opposite the Pivnitsa restaurant, called Kupachichi-Pivnitsa, there is Wi-Fi, everything is clean, security looks after the order and it costs 2 sunbeds and an umbrella 10 euros. Then, as it turned out, the locals confirmed that this paid beach is the most normal here. By the way, it also turned out that the restaurant on the banks of Pivnitsa is also the most normal there, then we only ate there. I ALREADY WROTE A REVIEW ABOUT VILLA POPOVICH, IT IS FURTHER ON THE SAME STREET, WE WAS IN IT THIS 2015, BUT THIS IS OF COURSE HEAVEN AND EARTH, COMPARED TO VELI GRAPES. Someone wrote about the owner of Villa Popovich, how nice she is. So we didn’t understand what, the one waving a pen from the second floor, and the villa is a complete mess. I think it would be better if we didn’t see her at all, but would take care of the order in the villa. My advice to her is to go and learn from the MISTRESS THE GRAPES how to receive tourists.

The sea is about 3 km from the hotel. on the shortened road through the park of the neighboring hotel, however, on the way you are accompanied by a sewer where locals often throw garbage and this good flows near the sea, which can also be traced, but the sea is crystal clear and cold.
Also about the hotel I can add that do not wait for any utensils, electric kettle or hair dryer, instead wait for the bare wires in the bathroom, a dangerous balcony and cleaning there for tuberculosis three))) And I want to note the food separately! ! ! ! ! I do not recommend anyone to take food accommodation because it's just awful breakfasts and everything else, to put it mildly, useless (sausages with slices of cheese) except pastries that can be purchased in the city on every corner. The atmosphere in the hotel can not be forgotten, it is clearly expressed at home, but not your home to ask and feel humiliated. Given the above, in a word, I will never go back there and I do not recommend it to others.
