Mostly another building is populated, which "did not get" in the photo. There are 8 rooms. 4 on each floor. If you can book a specific room, please note that rooms 3 (first floor) and 5 (second) have balconies (meter by meter) close to the neighboring high-rise building. This year it has not been completed yet, and this is even a plus - no one is looking into your mouth, but when it is completed, you will be like in a circus arena on the balcony. Wifi is really good. The room is really tiny, but that's not such a big minus as for me. Special thanks from my back to the mattress. The bed is large and the mattress is really very comfortable. The main plus is the location. Everything is near and close to everything. Supermarkets choose where to get what - the prices are different (sometimes noticeably). Do not relax at the bazaar - they strive to slip an assortment, etc. In terms of nutrition, the most convenient (close) cafe LM. Everyone advises. I do not recommend. Dirty, fussy and generally feel like in a dining room. I recommend not to be too lazy and go to the other end of Budva on November 29 (street). This is almost at the tunnel in Becici. Where is the club Admiral. There, up the street 150-200 meters) is the restaurant "Old Rybar". Clean, comfortable, homely, very tasty and very satisfying. Meals 4-10 euros. The hit of the season is a complex lunch - 4 euros. After him, I just crawled out of the cafe. Beach for sunbathing and swimming, choose any of the Budva. Walk along the entire lane. I recommend checking the entrance to the water before paying for a sunbed. The bottom changes significantly along the beach. Do not be lazy, ask everyone for the cost of an umbrella. You can find better for 5 euros than for 8. I do not advise Mogren. Just go and see. As a light extreme, I would better advise you to go to the other end of the bay - to Becici, at the very end, to the beach under construction. Large boulders, the most unexpected shades of green, a steep rise in depth and clear water. On excursions choose for yourself. Please note that the cost and even the route of the same excursion (for example, in the Canyons) may be different for different companies. If you choose the Bay of Kotor - Blue Cave - MANDATORY! Do not regret 3 euros - it costs half of the whole trip. In other words, the villa is quite decent considering its location. In Montenegro) Have a good rest everyone)

In previous reviews, everything is very accurately described about the hotel. I would like to emphasize the main advantage - proximity to the sea and the city center in this price category (economical). The nearest beach is Slovenian, but we did not like it there and we went to the beach near the Old Town before lunch, and after lunch - to Mogren.

There are buoys on the beaches, but you can swim, at your own peril and risk, anywhere, no one monitors this. Snorkelers will also enjoy this place. The water is very clear, and the bottom is rocky, the rocks come out from the bottom at an angle and there are very interesting underwater landscapes. I swam over the cape, which is behind Mogren beach towards Jaz beach, there are beautiful grottoes in the rocks. Interesting, but a little scary.
Be sure to take a tour of the "Canyons", the views are simply mesmerizing. In addition to this tour, we took two more: Albania and Evening Kotor. We were at the end of the season and the excursions were quite cheap. Albania is just for the "bird".

The villa is located in the center, everything is very close: the market, the mega market, the beach. In fact, there are 2 beaches: one closer - sandy, the other in the old town, Magren, further, stones and pebbles. Sandy beach, although they say that it is dirty, but I did not notice. Yes, because of the sand, the water is muddy, but there is no garbage there. Beach in the old town with clear water, but there are stones (although not cobblestones, but I didn’t like it, for an amateur). According to the readability of the beach, it is worth abolishing that where the sunbeds are removed, if you relax where there are no sunbeds, then there are a lot of cigarette butts (probably because there are ashtrays near the sunbeds, and people are too lazy to go and throw away the cigarette butts themselves). In general, you can smoke everywhere except indoors, so there are a lot of cigarette butts on the streets, although they are well cleaned. About the villa: we were in building B. It is much more modest than building A (everywhere on the Internet for some reason they post photos of building A, the pink building, but they don’t show building B (white). There is a territory! Not very big, but for Montenegro it is huge, in other villas there is usually no territory at all, a cozy gazebo with tables. The rooms are very modest, in 2-bed rooms there are only separate beds (they said that there are French beds in building A and in 3-bed rooms). Our room was about 7 meters. Very good free wifi. The disadvantage, as for me, is cleaning at 9 am (I like to sleep longer, but here every day they wake up and you can’t explain anything, they still come to clean). Towels are changed every 3 days. Bed - if you go for a week, then do not change, if for 10-14 days, then change 1 time. The only bathroom amenities were soap. There is a common iron and ironing board (did not use, but stood in the "hall"). There is a kettle in the room, 2 cups and spoons, a small fridge (like a minibar) but it was constantly leaking. I also did not like the air conditioner, it was located opposite the bed, you could turn it on only if you left the room, because you would definitely catch a cold.
I also want to note about food: do not order food at a travel agency!! ! The travel agency offered us breakfast and dinner for two for 10 nights, somewhere around 4.700. 00 UAH. In Budva, we found a restaurant in which we were supposed to be fed (L&M), it is not far from the villa, so the same food costs them about UAH 3.000. 00, you see, our travel agencies take the rest. In addition, if you, for example, go on an excursion and cannot go out to eat, then you are not given any dry rations, consider that this money has been burned. Meals in this restaurant - breakfast - 4.50 euros / person, lunch or dinner - 6.50 / person. We didn’t go to breakfast, but lunch (it’s also dinner, the menu is the same) is very satisfying (first, second, salad and wine or juice). Meals: breakfast from 8.00 to 11.00, lunch / dinner - from 12.00 to 21.00.
Bottom line: I think that the villa is suitable for an economical vacation, if you plan to constantly be on the beach or on excursions, and not sit in your room for days. For their money, even very nothing.

The room was 2-bed on the first floor with a balcony. In the room: two beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a small, poorly functioning TV and a tiny refrigerator. The "tea set" mentioned on the site means: an electric kettle, two cups - spoons and that's it. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet bowl, shower, mirror and socket next to it. From bath accessories soap, well, toilet paper. Towels were changed twice during our 7 days stay. The room in the room is small - in order to put two suitcases on the floor, they moved the refrigerator. On the balcony there is a plastic table and two plastic chairs. On the balcony, the sun was just over the railing - it's good to dry swimsuits and towels after the beach and it's not hot to sit. The appearance of the room was more like a room in boarding houses of the Soviet era. But everything is clean, without insects and other "home" living creatures. And since we do not go to the sea to sit in the rooms, but to the sea, the internal view of the room did not affect the quality of the rest. Only a full-length mirror was missing, but these are purely female claims. The villa has good Wi-Fi. In Building B, there is a shared ironing board and iron in the hallway. The territory is green, many flowers, trees. Building B is located on the territory, away from the roadway. Therefore, at night, the noise of cars does not interfere, and you can not hear the music from the night discos on the embankment. Although the rooms are modest, but the villa liked its good location. To Slovenian beach 10 min. on foot. Mogren beach 30 min. slow pace. Next to the villa (if you go towards the sea, at the first crossroads, without crossing the road, turn right) after 50-70 m there will be a bus stop that takes you to Jaz beach. At 20 min. walk (if you walk along Mediteranska Street along the TQ Plaza shopping center) there is an Olympia Express bus stop, which can take you to the villages of Becici, Rafailovici, Milocer and Sveti Stefan (ticket price to St. Stefan is 1.5 euros one way). At the same distance (only go in the opposite direction from the TQ Plaza shopping center) the bus station. Embankment in 10 min. walk. Bought a ticket without food. And they didn't fail. Near the villa (min. 7 walk) there is a market and a large supermarket, so for breakfast you can always choose something according to your mood. There are all kinds of fast food kiosks on the embankment: pancakes with various fillings (fried and wrapped in front of you), a local version of hamburgers, and tortillas, in which, like in our pita bread, various fillings are wrapped. There are many restaurants and cafes on the waterfront. If you buy a ticket with meals, then for breakfast / dinner you will need to go to the L&M restaurant on your own. It is located right next to the market. There are no complaints about the villa, because we knew that we were not going to a 5-star hotel. . As they like to say in travel agencies, "the choice of this villa is a good combination of price, conditions and location" And with Villa Pansion Palma this is true.

We stayed in a double room with one large bed and a balcony. In the room: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, cups... cleaning every day, towels changed every three days. Hairdryer, iron, shower accessories take with you, the room is not provided. There is no kitchen. Behind building B there is a place for several cars. With regards to service - there is always a hostess, assistants understand more in Russian))
From the villa to the TOP Hill club (partially visible) a taxi can be found for 3.5 - 4 euros, this is a great option.
I would like to add that it can be better, but who overeat - go on All inclusive to Turkey and Egypt, you need to spend money here... but believe me, we were impressed for such a price. With our active rest - the conditions are suitable. I advise! !
