I am writing a review for the first time, because this place just discouraged me. I must say right away that I had a chance to rest both in the good fives of the Turkish Egyptians, and in the modest but good service triples of the OAU, etc. But this is a masterpiece. Yes, you should understand that this time we chose a budget vacation, BUT even so it's too much. … More ▾ I am writing a review for the first time, because this place just discouraged me. I must say right away that I had a chance to rest both in the good fives of the Turkish Egyptians, and in the modest but good service triples of the OAU, etc. But this is a masterpiece. Yes, you should understand that this time we chose a budget vacation, BUT even so it's too much....everything in order:
1. Arrival. We were met by a sleepy man (8:00). In his hand he held a list of 9 people who settled. There were 9 of us, but not a single one of our names was !!!! ! After calling the tour agency and the kipish arranged by us, it turned out that this deer brought the list not for the 26th, but for the 22nd. Well, okay....
2. Number. We got room number 1. The castle is cracked. Double room with SEPARATE BED. Sunlight barely penetrates through the windows, since it seems like they were washed about 5 years ago, okay, too, a trifle. Instead of a gas surface, there is a hole in the countertop, and there is a separate electric stove)))), it can also be endured, the furniture is versatile and in terribly small quantities, and the bathroom deserves a separate story altogether - there is mold in the cabin, a toilet with a specific smell, and if you flush, as I wrote responding above, it seems now we will take off. If you smear it on the floor, it doesn’t seem to be scary, there is a drain there, but it’s bad luck, there is no slope to the drain and the puddle is still there.
3. Cleaning. IT IS NOT. For 12 days of our stay they did not clean even once!!! ! True, linen and towels were changed once, but the floor, the bathroom, never. But don't worry. on the street on the fence, the mistress Sarah left a rag and a mop))))))))). When we went to her to ask how it was with the cleaning, there was such a cry in a language we did not understand, which seemed to be heard in Sardinia. )).
4. Placement of the "hotel". It is located in the ass of the world, namely 500 meters from the Slovenian beach. and he's terrible. muddy water. We went to Mogren, which is far from Orange. In general, I advise you to settle closer to the old Budva, where Mogren is within easy reach and more interesting.
In a word, do not go here, it is better to add a hundred euros, and live in a normal place.

The villa in which we lived last year was in the stop, so we chose between other options and settled on this one. The rooms are small, but we did not count on a junior suite)) A big plus is the availability of a kitchen, with the current euro exchange rate... 3 times to eat in restaurants is expensive, in terms of the hryvnia. Although the prices remained at the level of last year.
The beach is about 500 meters from the villa - not far and not close, walking pace - absolutely normal, especially the road to the sea itself - not the Crimean embankment - pasties, shawarma . . until you get there you are suffocating.
Cleaning at first limped slightly - they made a remark, everything is ok.
In a word, if you do not want to overpay for expensive hotels and have a great rest in Budva, this is quite a suitable option.

Settled us Join up. We really liked the hotel. The spacious double bed is covered with snow-white linen. It can be seen that only recently everything was updated - new appliances, the toilet does not leak, hot water. It's nice to cook your own dinner in the kitchenette, and not spend money on restaurants. This is a big plus for a budget trip. … More ▾ Settled us Join up. We really liked the hotel. Very nice hosts, they helped to carry our trunks, they also gave a bottle of wine to the path))
The area where this hotel is located is wonderful. Clean, quiet, walking distance to the sea. Family vacation was 100% successful!

Before writing, I found a review on this site, and I want to say that I completely agree with the review of the previous user, I just want to add some more “good” points. Before booking the tour, I decided to look for some information about "VILLA ORANGE" on the Internet, I was a little wary and surprised that I did not find anything. But the travel agency assured that the hotel was good, they showed good photos, and we agreed. We were shocked when we saw our number. Small, uncomfortable, dark room. The dishes were dirty, there were no bedside tables and a dressing table. The closet is miniature, there was no trash can, and there was not even a trash bag, no shampoo and shower gel. The shower and toilet are very cramped with poor plumbing, the shower leaks, and after taking water procedures, puddles of water remain on the floor, the towels are small, it’s good that you had large beach towels with you. When the water was flushed in the toilet, there was a sound “rockets taking off”, and in the next room, a family with a small child lived, I would not want to wake me up at night. The lock in the door was broken, after long negotiations with representatives of the travel agency, they managed to get it repaired (since the hostess does not speak Russian and English, and getting something from her is a whole story). You need to beg for a hair dryer and an iron from the hostess and give it back after use, but getting what you want the first time is not so easy. The room was not cleaned. After a couple of days of stay, we saw a sign with the name of the hotel and 2 stars, although the agency settled us in 3 stars. The overall impression of the room is extremely negative, and as a result - subrenal rest.

The hostess turned out to be a big bully. We communicated exclusively with her daughter. They don't speak English or Russian. We wanted to change the number. But everything was busy. We wanted to move to the back of the building, so that the balcony had the best view, but they could not relocate us. And it's for the best. It turned out that there was some kind of compressor at the end of the building, which every few minutes gives out a shrill whistle or wheezing. And it's very annoying. In the morning, when a representative of the tour operator came and answered questions, tourists complained a lot. Two women of about 50 years old were very outraged. They couldn't sleep all night. To which they were told that this problem is every race. If they want, they can come to the office and they will try to move them to another villa. O_o...... for your money, still run and look for another place to live. That's just a question. If you know about the problem, why are you putting people there?? ? We had another joke. Near each door on the floor there is a cheerful sconce. Near ours too. But the light bulb burned there all night, and the front door was half glass. Glass is not transparent, but light passes through. This is how we slept all night. In fact, they didn't sleep. I couldn't help but feel like I was on a train. A narrow room, two beds side by side and a light bulb in the hallway. The street is noisy....the only thing missing was the sound of wheels. Looking ahead, I’ll say that for the whole week while we were in Montenegro, I NEVER got enough sleep. There was NOT A SINGLE night that I didn’t wake up. They solved the issue with the light bulb by simply unscrewing it. The representative of the tour operator was supposed to resolve the issue with the hostess, but no one helped us.
The pillows in this villa are not very comfortable and the beds are small-single, despite the fact that we ordered a double bed.
There was a stove in the room. Sort of like a mini kitchen. But there was no sink. Dishes had to be washed in the toilet. But even dishwashing liquid and sponges were not there. There was also no outlet for a kettle in the kitchen. So this device migrated to the nightstand by the bed, where I hardly found an outlet. It's funny to say, but there was no elementary brush in the toilet. When we went down to the hostess, we were told that we could use the shower instead of the brush. . . O_o. . . {{s By the way, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper. So we bought it ourselves. The towels were of such a size that they can only dry babies (or the left leg today, and the right one tomorrow). With a washbasin, this is generally a joke. You try to brush your teeth, you bend over, you put your head under the glass shelf, you rest your head against the faucet, and you have to place your ass in the shower stall. Elbows have absolutely nowhere to go. We have to keep the canopy, but the water flows down the hands to the floor. And with all this, the door to the toilet opens inward. Which makes the space even smaller.
And we were surrounded by villas, very shabby with time. Fungus on the walls and cracked paint gave the buildings an unforgettable look. Moreover, our villa was very nice (of course, it was restored in 2013).
The promised cleaning never happened. We changed towels once and took out the trash. According to the description, a hairdryer and an iron can be borrowed from the hostess. But I decided to do without a hair dryer, because I didn’t want to run to the hostess for every reason. The WiFi password can be found there. The speed is acceptable.
The villa is located on the opposite side of the Old Town, that is, very far from the Mogren beach, which we went to. Doing this way 2 times a day in the heat was not the most pleasant experience.
Вилла напротив нашего номера Хорошо, что за такими перегородками невозможно увидеть соседей
