In general, not bad. If in fact. Pros: close to the sea (about 5-7 minutes to the beach). Close to the megamarket and grocery market (Zelena Piatsa). Cons: the view from the window is ugly. Carefully at the construction site. The rooms are not cleaned well. The service is so-so: constantly had to solve issues that you don’t want to solve at all during your vacation.

If more detailed:
We took a room on the second floor with a kitchen. In general, the kitchen is ok. There were dishes, an electric stove, a small refrigerator with a freezer. Air conditioning, a small balcony with a wonderful view of an abandoned construction site. There was nothing else to be seen but her.
The furniture on the balcony (chair, chairs) is in rather poor condition. The balcony is dirty, not cleaned, or cleaned very carefully.
Cleaning is generally a sore point. Clean only the first room (kitchen) in the bedroom / balcony do not even look. What this is connected with is not very clear.
On the second day, they noticed that the kettle was cracked, and water was constantly flowing from it. After a couple of days, they replaced it with a new one, and after a couple of days of persuasion, they replaced the burnt out light bulbs in the bath / bedroom.
All problems had to be solved with a cleaner who speaks only Serbian (bring dictionaries with you, or a friend-translator). There is no administration, the hostess (owner) of the villa has never been seen.
Another good thing: towels are changed every day, garbage bags are taken away and bed linen is changed every five days.
Another. If you do not want to walk ankle-deep in the sand, be sure to take a brush and a shovel with you. Not in the room, and getting the cleaning lady to clean all the rooms is a rather non-trivial task.

When we went to this villa - I looked all over the Internet - I did not find any reviews. Therefore, I am writing. The villa was built in 2009. Everything is new: renovation, furniture (wood), plumbing, bedding, towels, etc. Location: the very center of Budva - along the Mediteran highway 100 m from the post office towards Becici and 50 m up the street.

The villa was built in 2009. Everything is new: renovation, furniture (wood), plumbing, bedding, towels, etc.
Location: the very center of Budva - along the Mediteran highway 100 m from the post office towards Becici and 50 m up the street. Ivanovicha (? ), to the market - 100 m (post office and market nearby). It is located on the first line (up to the Jadran way). As a landmark, very close to the hotel "Aquarius". The distance to the Slovenian beach is 150 m. The Old Town is 500-700 m along the promenade.
Now about the view from the window in the villas of Budva: if the windows look towards the sea, this does not mean that it is visible, you can often see a piece of the sea, neighboring houses, a garden, and so on. Budva villas are not hotels in Egypt and Turkey on the first line, where there are gorgeous views. In Budva, cool views are rare and in one villa, they can only be in some of the rooms (for example, on the upper floors). In room 13, on the 4th floor, where we lived, there was a view of some of the mountains, neighboring houses, the sea, the neighboring roof (even two))), the old town, the sea and... a construction site with 3 huge cranes. But happy with the view))). All the rooms in our tetanus below us looked part of the balcony at the wall of the neighboring villa, and all the tetanus on the other side looked mainly at other villas.
The coolest view is from the guys who rented rooms or apartments with a large balcony.
Pros:
1. Convenient location
2. All new
3. Towels were changed every day, bedding - 1 time in 12 days.
4. Problems with the owner - 0.
5. Hot, cold water - all the time.
6. In the room (standard) - a bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe with 10 hangers, a dressing table, air conditioning, satellite TV (TV Screen 19 inches), a mini-fridge, a small electric kettle, cups. On the balcony - a table and 2 wicker chairs. The bathroom has a shower cabin (no oilcloth curtains).
11. Free WI-Fi (although not in the entire building a clear signal).
12 Beautiful furnishings: furniture, curtains.
13. Not a tiny bathroom.
14. Eurowindows and balconies.
15. There is a balcony.
16. Close to discos.
17. On the 1st floor there is a common iron and a large basin for washing. There was a washing machine, but we never used it.
18. all linen and towels are snow-white.
Minuses:
1. Not a big room, but the priests did not knock, there were two places where you could bring a table and 2 chairs from the balcony to eat.
2. View of the cranes (but from any point in Budva they clearly saw where to go so as not to get lost)
3. Discos are open from 22.00 to 01.00 - if you go to bed early and do not close the balcony - you can hear it. If closed, it's quiet.
4. The sink and toilet were never washed in the bathroom, the table and the floor were never wiped on the balcony, although maybe you just needed to tell the cleaning lady. . .
A visit to a room by a cleaning lady is to wipe the floor only in the room, change towels, bed linen, put a toilet. paper.
The guys have a cat. rented an apartment - there was also a kitchenette.
In general, we are very satisfied with the villa.
