The villa is new, no frills, clean, comfortable, has everything you need, the rooms open onto 2 courtyards - 1 is closer to the main street Jadransky put, the 2nd courtyard is formed by neighboring villas. The room has new furniture, air conditioning, blinds, furniture on the balcony, refrigerator, satellite TV (Russian channel 1 - ORT), shower-toilet, no kitchenette.

The room has new furniture, air conditioning, blinds, furniture on the balcony, refrigerator, satellite TV (Russian channel 1 - ORT), shower-toilet, no kitchenette. Disadvantages - there is no large mirror, there are not enough hooks in the bathroom, it can be noisy in the evenings (the room overlooked the second courtyard, but Budva is not a quiet city in principle, you need to take this into account in advance, but usually everyone calms down in villas by 12. If the Serbs and Italians are noisy in the evenings , then the Russians are lovers of screaming from the very morning, when the whole city is sleeping), for 10 days we have never been changed the bed, it’s decent to stomp to the old proud (it’s annoying only during the day when it’s hot, but half of Budva is located even further from the center, so that this is experienced), there is no proper dryer on the balcony, the sewage system does not work very well - problems with the drain in the bathroom and the smell is not very good at times (but this is not on a catastrophic scale). Pros - unobtrusive owners live in a house in the 1st courtyard, if necessary, they will always help and give out the necessary equipment - a hairdryer, a sheet, a plate, cleaning and garbage removal regularly, they also make beds, change towels every 2 days (it would be better if at least once the bed was changed), there are mini-markets around, 2 minutes to the reception of the Slovyansky beach, 4 minutes to the nearest beach, the minibus stops at San Stefan and Petrovac are early removed in both directions - 5-7 minutes maximum. There are no global claims to the villa and the owners. Tip - ask to be placed in rooms on the 3rd-4th floor overlooking the mountains, not the sea type.

The villa is quite decent, located quite conveniently - not far from the road, but in a quiet courtyard. Compared to villas and hotels that overlook a busy road or a gas station, Villa Knez really wins. There are indeed problems with draining water in the shower room, but problems with sewerage are, in principle, typical for Montenegro.

There are indeed problems with draining water in the shower room, but problems with sewerage are, in principle, typical for Montenegro. There are few minuses - the lack of a kitchenette and a kettle, utensils. Lack of hooks in the bathroom and a large mirror. But in general it's pretty decent. And you can always ask the owners for dishes. Even a hair dryer (tested on personal experience).
The owners are friendly and unobtrusive. You can ask them for everything you need, and agree with them on a mixture of Russian and Serbian, as well as gestures.
Nearby there are shops with food, just a 3-minute walk from the villa. The beach is also close. Like the hotel Slavyansky beach (5 minutes walk). It is very convenient because sightseeing buses depart from it if you decide to travel around Montenegro.
We were satisfied with our stay at Villa Knez.

Compared to the villa "Anita" (since during the week of rest, due to the mistake of the tour operator, I had to live both there and there), the villa is wonderful, but there were also some disadvantages - poor drainage of water in the shower, but clean and tidy in the room, which compared to the room from "Anita" quite spacious.

It is close to the sea, about five minutes walk, but one must take into account the workload of the beaches at this time of the year, and in any case, if desired, more or less "retreat" one must go decently in order to choose at least a little bit wild place. There were no interruptions in electricity and hot water supply. So, in principle, everything is “ok” in this villa, and in comparison with the same “Anita” (which, by the way, “flaunts” two stars, and tour operators represent it as a three-star villa and sell tickets to it at the same price as in " Knez"), we can safely recommend Villa "Knez".
