The room is clean and spacious.
There are enough utensils for cooking.
I rested with three children and to the sea, to Mogren beach, we walked every morning (walking step for about 30 minutes).
Slavic beach is 10 minutes from the apartments, but it is very dirty and it is not convenient for children to swim, a large number of stones.
Products bought in the Mega market, the prices are reasonable.
It was disappointing that during the entire stay the room was cleaned only once (there is not enough broom and mop in the room for self-cleaning).
Hot water in the room all the time, there is a washing machine, iron, hair dryer.
The furniture is all new. The internet worked great.
On the day of departure it was raining heavily and we were allowed to stay until 13-00, for which many thanks to the hostess.
The hostess settled quickly, we left at 13.00, and not at 12.00, as it is written. Studio room, with a decent double bed and a sofa. I think it's a very small bathroom.
Instead of the cleaning declared on the tour operator's website every three days, one was cleaned in ten days! times, very superficially and only towels were changed, bedding was not changed!
To the city beach (Slavic) walk 15 minutes! To Mogren - 2 walking steps 30 minutes, 1.8 km! Returning from the sea, the last 100 meters were difficult to walk, as the road rose sharply uphill.
The room has a kitchen unit, but if you plan to cook - take a knife with you. And sadness with a frying pan - absolutely everything burned, regardless of the amount of oil!
The condition of the rooms is quite good for a 2 * category - modern renovation, furniture. This is what bribed me when choosing a tour. But that was the end of the pleasant impression of the villa.
Poor service every day pretty spoiled the mood. Room cleaning was limited to taking out the trash. By the end of the week, there was such a thick layer of dust on the floor, shelves, bedside tables that I was able to write a farewell note to the hostess - “villa Horizont” (see photo). Towels were not changed at all, and the bed linen was so decayed, with holes and such a yellow color, as if it were from a rooming house for the homeless.
There is a TV, but the channels are not tuned, which is rather unpleasant during the European Football Championship. The promised internet and telephone are also not available. Minimal utensils (cups, forks, spoons) were missing.
And it is not so easy to solve all these problems - the hostess of the villa is not distinguished by responsiveness and pleasant manners, she does not speak either Russian or English. Usually she opened the door for me in her nightgown, listened, yawned, nodded, but in the end did nothing. So most of the problems had to give up.
But you are presented with a whole list of requirements, and so that you do not forget - reminder papers hang around: keep silence, take care of furniture, turn off the lights, lock the front door, etc.
The villa is located on a mountain, on a quiet street, but… another villa is being built nearby, and from 6 am the noise of the construction begins. So you won’t be able to relax in the room either in the morning or in the afternoon.
The last unpleasant straw was the hostess’ sudden “caring” - the day before departure, she knocked on my room twice (! ) and in broken Russian “politely” reminded: “you leave tomorrow at 10 o’clock, pick up your things, leave completely, another guest arrives ".
The first time I left with pleasure.
