Rested at the villa from 5 to 19 July. I can say right away that my impressions of the villa were only positive, but there were also minor dissatisfaction. Location The villa is located next to the old Budva on a hill (you had to go down to the center of Budva and the beaches either along a narrow road or along a steep staircase, which is located directly in front of the villa). To the nearest cafes / restaurants, shops and other entertainment - 3-4 minutes, to Mogren beach (and this is the best sand and pebble beach in Budva) - 6-8 minutes, to the popular environment and Russian tourists Slavyanska Plazha beach - 10-15 minutes. A huge plus of the villa is that, unlike many hotels, it is remote from nightclubs, where music constantly blared until 3-4 in the morning and the youth did not stop. Room I booked a room with a sea view, which I ended up getting without any hype. What can I say… The view is GORGEOUS! Old Budva, the island of St. Nicholas, the endless azure sea, mountains... All this was overlooked from the balcony. Emotions indescribable in words, especially the meeting of sunset and dawn! In the same room: a large double bed, wardrobe, 3 bedside tables, 2 glasses, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, TV. Bath (or rather shower) / toilet combined. Free Wi-Fi Internet YES! The only thing I didn't like was that there was no soundproofing in the hotel! Everything that happened on the landing and behind the wall of the neighbors was perfectly audible. But here everything rather depends on the neighbors themselves. Service And here I am a bit disappointed... The maids do not know foreign languages, they almost do not understand Russian. I had to communicate with them only directly through the hostess of the hotel, who is fluent in Russian. And I needed to talk with the maids so that they would not burst into the room at 9-10 in the morning, but would come to clean up after noon. By the way, tidying consisted only in washing the floor and throwing garbage. Not once in 2 weeks did they replace the glasses, wipe the dust from the nightstands, or wash the shower. The toilet was sometimes washed... But still SOMETIMES. Towels were changed, I don’t understand how... Then in a day, then in two... I still didn’t understand the principle. But the bed linen was changed every 4 days! To be honest, this is what upset me the most, because after 2 days it was unpleasant to sleep on stale... I was also shocked by the fact that a bar of NIVEA soap was given only on the first day and it had to be stretched for 12 days. And when the soap ran out, I had to wash my body with shampoo, which, by the way, was not at all and I had to buy it myself in the nearest supermarket. The hotel has its own parking and its own water supply system, which has never failed. NutritionMissing! And the reason for this is obvious, I think: there is no reason to cook for 10 numbers. Yes, and personally I was pleased with this fact, because there are a lot of various cafes and restaurants with an abundance of dishes nearby. Prices are absolutely adequate and little bit bite. Personally, my average check came out at 12-15 Euros. In conclusion, I would like to mention the owner of the villa, Nadya, who is a priori an amazing woman! She is always ready to help in everything, and it’s just nice to talk to her. She has a very rich inner world and she is an interesting conversationalist. . And the hotel fully corresponds to its 4 stars and is worthy of the attention of tourists who go, among other things, for a cozy, relaxing holiday.

We have just returned from Budva, where we rested in the studio at Villa Teona. First of all, I will describe in detail the location of the villa, because we spent half an hour until, together with a travel agency representative, taxi drivers, local residents, dogs, etc. , we finally found this place. Exact address: st. Primorsky Battalion, 10. Unfortunately, there are no identification marks on the villa, so I give the address, rather, for reference. To find the villa, you need to turn right at the entrance to the old town, immediately after the Olympia Express bus stop (everyone knows about it), turn right onto the street going up. This street first turns left and then turns right. Just on this turn to the right is the Villa Theon. Additional signs: the villa is located above 2 open garage compartments, there is a road mirror opposite, and a staircase leading to the old city descends down. In front of the villa there is a small pen with a booth where a Shar-Pei named Sharpy lives. The owner of the villa, Nada, suffers from joint disease and is immobilized, which should not scare you, because. she manages the villa, is responsible for all issues, but does not suffer from excessive obtrusiveness. Briefly about the pros and cons. Pluses: a beautiful view of the bay and the old city; proximity to supermarket, market, Mogren beach, old town; possibility to park a car; large double bed; calm hostess. Disadvantages: a small kitchen (if you are relaxing with children, mothers-in-law and other pets, it can be inconvenient); in the evening you can perfectly hear the music from all open discos at once, which plays somewhere from 22.30 to 00.30-01.00 (this problem can be solved by either immersing yourself in the nightlife, or stocking up on alcohol and earplugs). In general, the villa is more suitable for young couples or friends (up to 3 people) who do not plan to spend much time at home, cooking, washing, etc. By the way, if you contact Nadia directly, and not through an agency, it will be cheaper.

The room itself is small and cozy, everything you need is there, a large bed, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, an air conditioner, a TV. On the balcony there is a table and two chairs. Towels were changed every other day, the bathroom was cleaned every day. Very convenient location near the villa, a couple of minutes to a supermarket, 5-7 minutes to old Budva and clean Mogren beach, 7-10 minutes to Megamarket and Market.
Nadia is just a smart girl, an excellent hostess, she immediately told us in detail how to get there, drew all the diagrams, named the best restaurants. Throughout the rest, she reacted with sincere interest and attention to all our requests and questions - she helped as much as she could, as they say. Nadia has a joint disease, and managing this villa, communicating with tourists - for her, as it seemed to us, the best medicine. If you decide to rest there, grab some gift for her, preferably with a Russian touch - she will be happy like a child.
If you rent a car - warn Nadia, she will give you the keys to free parking - very convenient.
