In July we are going to Budva with a friend for 12 days, I really like the beach, but I don’t like crowds of people on it, tell me which beaches are best?

there are crowds in Budva. Because there are only 2 beaches - Montegren and Slavyanska Beach.
If you want spacious beaches, go to smaller villages - Petrovac for example. In Becici-Rafailovici, the beaches are long, but there are also a lot of people there.

I agree, unfortunately, crowds cannot be avoided in the summer. Even on Mogren, given its remoteness, there are a lot of people - they do not belong to specific hotels, with the possible exception of the Slovenian beach, so the number of people is not limited. Personally, the beaches reminded me of the Crimean coast in terms of dense population :((Perhaps this fact, and even the airport, upset me the most.

To make the beaches less crowded, you need to go out of season, but from mid-June to September, the peak

There are many "Budva Riviera" on the coast of beaches. You can take a minibus and go to the beach Jaaz, Tresten, Petrovac, Rafailovici, Bececci, St. Stephen. It all depends on the time of day, the earlier, the more useful the sun, and there are fewer people.

and you can also take a taxi-bot (goes regularly, all day) and sail to the island of St. Nicholas, located directly opposite Budva and (aka Hawaii), there are fewer people and you can take beautiful photos. Minus-large stones at the bottom; only a very small part of the island is open to the public; from food-1 cafe, quite expensive (we took water and fruit with us). But in any case, I recommend to go there at least once;)

In principle, there are a lot of beaches near Budva. Personally, I can advise Tresten. Really awesome beach. This is a wide lagoon, it is quite shallow there, but the water is very clear. There are not a lot of people, but everything is civilized. And it's amazing to lay down a tan there. For 2 days there we got a tan no worse than a week in Turkey. Next to him is Ploche. There is a steeper coast. Before them (if you look from Budva) Jaz beach. (this is all in the direction of tivat). Trsten is 7 km from Budva, there are buses.

I join the above. We rested on the beach "Slavyanska beach". Paid 5 euros per day per person. A stationary umbrella and a sunbed are provided. Of the minuses, I want to note that I had to constantly drag the sunbed into the shade, since the umbrellas are stationary and small. People are constantly walking on the beach and selling something, so they won’t let you take a nap. Plus, a boat leaves for lunch and along the beach constantly advertises a restaurant into a mouthpiece. There will be no silence. In the afternoon the sea becomes dirty, cigarette butts, seaweed, paper, but everyone is trying to clean. Of the pluses, this is a shower on the beach and you can leave things no one will take! The airport is a nightmare, I can’t help but write!

Go to Slovyanska beach, but closer to Becici, Mogren I don’t advise taking 1 euro for no reason, last year it was dirty and full of sea urchins...

It's strange, we didn't pay on mograine at all. If you tried to take for the entrance - it's wrong. There, in Montenegro, the law was adopted that all beaches are public, which means that no entrance fee should be charged.

We rested there 2 years in a row and these 2 years they took a fee, once we arrived at 4 o’clock in general, and then they ripped off 1 euro from us
аватар Solovita
Nobody took anything from us last year. there was not even a gate that was in 2008.

I don’t know, we had a rest in August, everything was there, even checks were issued

Just arrived from Montenegro (Budva). In two weeks, the number of people on the beach has grown exponentially. Mogren is already booked. The Slavic beach in the center is densely populated, in the Podkoshlyun area (on the way to Becici) - less. There are already a lot of vacationers in Petrovac, not on each other's heads, but tightly. In Milocer the exact same picture. St. Stephen - paid beaches are empty, free - moderately filled. There are very few people only on Yaz. In July it will be even worse, of course. You need to go either at the beginning or at the end of the season.
Entrance to Mogren is free, landscaping work is underway there, showers have just been installed.
