Siesta (I'll try to write an honest review) I don't recommend it! In order not to exaggerate, I’ll write right away that this year I decided to celebrate my birthday on the sea coast. Since I was traveling abroad for the first time, this trip was planned in advance, and I asked several tour operators where it would be better to relax, and in the end we chose the core, a beautiful city in Montenegro - Budva! And overall the trip was great; and here is a special thank you to the travel agency “Ves Svit”: the departure date, arrival and departure were so well coordinated; the location is perfectly chosen (it’s a leisurely 5-7 minute walk to the sea) with maximum visibility of where everything is and how to get there; where to go for a walk and what excursions to plan and approximately how much to spend financially (a mini map for a tourist, so to speak).

But now let's return to the Siesta apartments, where, unfortunately, we were not comfortable.
And although, when I was looking at the villa, I tried to choose a room with the most comfortable living conditions, including a kitchen, and of course a balcony overlooking the mountains), but alas, in the chosen villa, not everything was as expected). And so, when we arrived in Budva, we were met by an escort who, as we were told, would help us check into our room; but the only thing she told us was a landmark: the Millennium and Imperial Hotels, next to them there is a villa and named our number, and then she hurried to take other people to their rooms by car. It would seem that everything is nearby, but we still got confused and asked the locals how to get there) and even when we arrived, I wasn’t sure that this was the same Siesta, fortunately I had a picture on my phone, looking at which I could tell a similar building) only after going up to the second floor There was a sign on the window “Siesta Apartments”; being on the street it was simply not visible.
But that’s not all that confused me. As it turned out, except for possibly vacationers, there was no one on site; I don’t remember someone looked at our voucher; and said yes, this is a siesta, the room is located all the way on the 4th floor, I was shocked, to put it mildly) An administrator or a watchman, or someone else from the working staff should be in the apartment and keep order in the building? No one really checked us, simply didn’t take our passports or other data; it looked as if anyone could enter the building; to the room and stay there. A little later, we were finally approached by a woman who seemed to be keeping the rooms clean, but even then she calmly (as if she knew that we wouldn’t stay long) said “you can check in for now, and when you decide to leave, just leave the key in doors. "
The room itself was more or less clean, probably, and while the girl was talking with her mother and showing her the delights of the stove, I was already looking at the slightly emergency balcony, which does not close tightly, and was mentally thinking where I could hide the laptop, who knows what).
And then everything went downhill: the stove was not working properly, we waited almost an hour for the kettle to boil for coffee; at that time I was trying to set up the Internet, but it was practically non-existent) But these were little flowers in comparison with what happened almost at night) already when we skimped, made friends almost with the stove and prepared dinner, having decided to have dinner on the balcony, we awkwardly became spectators of the dramatic a movie where one vacationing, drunken, rowdy group sorted things out until they fought and threatened to kill each other); so we did not go out onto the balcony and sat quietly in the room) The next day, unfortunately, the same actions were repeated again with a rowdy group, and we understood that we would no longer be able to rest peacefully in the room, it was only the second day and there were still 6 days ahead ).
And at first I tried to contact the escort, so that if possible she would move us to another villa, but as it turned out she was in a completely different city and could not help us, then I tried to contact the owner of the villa, but he didn’t really try to help, saying “they say all the rooms are now booked, I myself rent an apartment for 800 euros per month and I can offer you a room for 80 euros per day”) I think, well, damn it, we’ve already paid and we can’t get the money back and another 480 euros on top. At night we hardly slept, and in the morning, instead of going to the sea, we decided to go to the neighboring hotels and villas, in case there were free rooms; as luck would have it, everything was packed everywhere. And yet we found a woman who gives rooms.
We met the hostess, her name was Milka, very pleasant and cultured; she showed her house with CCTV cameras, and she also said that she is almost always in her room and monitors everything) and yes, that was really true. We said that we needed the simplest room and she showed me a cozy room where everything was perfect and there was nothing to complain about, and when asked how much to pay for 6 days of stay, she said 30 euros per day and then 180 euros). And here we realized that we were very lucky, first we paid for two days, and then for all the other days. That day we finally got some sleep, and in the following days we relaxed calmly, swam on the sea waves, visited the depths of the canyons of Montenegro and the Bay of Kotor, wandered along Mogren beach several times, filmed videos and took many photos.
And now, being already at home, reviewing the photo and video report, we think how well we had a good rest at Milka’s and are mentally planning to try to come to Montenegro again next year.

I do not recommend going to these apartments. I'll start with the pros: 1) The sea is a 3-5 minute walk away. On the nearest beach, sunbeds are 10 euros per set (2 sunbeds and an umbrella), on other beaches, a set is from 15 to 20 euros/set. 2) There is a supermarket and fruit stalls nearby. 3) Budva is a beautiful city, in which there is a place to walk, you can see the old city, Croatia and Albania are very close.

2) There is a supermarket and fruit stalls nearby.
3) Budva is a beautiful city, in which there is a place to walk, you can see the old city, Croatia and Albania are very close.
4) The air conditioner was working.
That's where the pros ended.
Cons:
1) The hostess is never in the apartment. Accordingly, there is no one to solve the issues that arise.
There is a cleaning lady who does not speak English at all and it is simply impossible to solve anything with her.
2) In the apartments, the Internet does not catch at all (on the 4th floor it almost never caught), it was constantly knocked out, and often it was completely impossible to connect. The hostess did not solve this issue in any way (we communicated only in Viber), she said that the Internet is available and it is a problem with our gadgets (three phones and a laptop).
In fact, no one had normal internet.
3) Kitchen: one pot and pan, enough plates/cups and utensils. If you want to cook pasta and sausages at the same time, there is no second pan.
All knives are saws. Cutting bread or watermelon is another quest.
Two-burner stove.
Refrigerator - no comments. This is a refrigerator for a mini bar. Nothing really fits into it, neither fruits, nor vegetables, nor an elementary set of products for one day.
4) Bath: a normal bath without a curtain. All the water is on the floor.
The boiler is in emergency condition.
The tank flows all the time. Upon moving in, the landlady saw it, but did not react.
5) Cleaning: in 8 days they did not clean once, they did not change towels and bed linen, they only took out the garbage.
6) Room (we had room number 34 on the 4th floor): only 1 person can sit at the table, the other two cannot fit at the table, because the chairs are under the table, which is close to the bed and the wardrobe.
The bedding is clean, but old and does not quite correspond to the size of the bed, the mattress is torn and needs to be replaced.
One medium-sized towel is issued per person and that's it.
7) Balcony: dirty. No one cleaned up the leftover coffee from the previous residents.
The dryer is rusty and very small. Hanging under the air conditioner, from which water drips on clothes all the time.
8) The apartments are very noisy. For the first two nights, a company of janitors from the 3rd floor was shouting, laughing and banging on the door like crazy. Due to the fact that there is no owner in the hotel, no one stopped it.
On the third night, I had to independently explain to them in English that they are not alone in the hotel and on the second night they need to have a conscience and behave accordingly.
Plus, our windows faced the noisy street, so it was impossible to sleep with the window open.
9) If someone smokes in neighboring rooms, you will passively smoke with them.
Departure from the hotel before 9 am.
We had a late evening departure home, so we rented a room in another apartment for that day.
There was perfect order, excellent internet and a wonderful hostess.
It's a pity to spend money on such housing, it left an unpleasant residue.
Montenegro itself is beautiful with its nature and sea.
Mistress, I want you to take more care of your business and customers.

The hotel was chosen independently according to the description and reviews. Reviews are often subjective, impulsive. I compared with my ideas and decided to take a chance. Many thanks to the tourists who left a photo of the room. We just got this number. 1. Number 31. The balcony overlooks the roadway. If you keep it open it's really noisy.

If you close it, it's completely silent. The balcony is spacious: three plastic chairs and a table for tea or coffee are quietly placed. On the wall is a towel dryer in a tired form: rusted in places. This is a minus. Why not change it or at least paint it? I do not understand.
The room itself is fine. Such a small studio with a mini kitchen. Once we tried food in a cafe and realized that there is nothing better than our own food. We went to the market and bought food for a couple of days literally, placed it in the refrigerator and cooked it on an infrared stove. Its advantages: power gradation from 1 to 10. That is, fry and boil porridge and quickly boil soup and tea. The products there are very good, fresh, high quality.
Disadvantages of the stove: heavy inclusion, and one burner worked. One burner did not frighten us, no one was hungry. But with the inclusion of this tile was a whole adventure.
When the hostess brought us to the room and gave the keys, she did not bother to show us how to turn on the stove. That the buttons are a little late. Therefore, I already had to involve my husband in the problem (and before that, she and her son behaved like tourists). He also ran around looking for the mistress, scolded her, but it did not help. And then our people nearby saved us. We heard native speech in the corridor. We immediately met the neighbors and the girl told us how to turn on the tiles. On this, in general, all our untidiness ended. Since we tried to get to the hostess by any means, she was of course informed that we were looking for her. Therefore, in the morning she was already with us. Her husband, of course, scolded her, spoke strictly to her. As a result, we made friends with the tiles, found good hardware stores in Budva, bought gifts there and just small things for household purposes (and we were looking for at least an electric kettle or a small boiler for tea until there was a hostess).
3. Also about the bad. Very small bathroom. There is also a toilet, shower and washbasin. Water really runs to the floor when you wash. But there the drain is installed and, in principle, it runs away. If you halve the sponge for washing dishes, then you get a means for cleaning this water, since it is inconvenient with a towel, then it is damp and you don’t want to touch it.
This is of course a significant drawback, but you can survive.
4. Cleaning is weak, there is practically none, but we didn’t need it, because we didn’t want someone to hustle in our room. But one time just coincided with our absence. The bed was changed once but once again I repeat it was not necessary. The towels that were left for us were initially good, almost new, and I understood that they could not be changed for the same ones. And so it happened. The changed towels were not new at all.
5. Now I ask myself: would I like to come here again? If for the same money, then yes, but if for big money, then no, it's not worth a lot of money, there are many shortcomings.

We chose the hotel in advance, in early April, on the advice of a travel agent, who referred to the good reviews of previous vacationers. There were no problems with the check-in, the transfer took us to the Alexander Hotel stop, where the hostess met us. We were settled by 4 people (parents and two adult children aged 19 and 15) in a room on the 3rd floor.

The room was advertised as a Large apartment. As a result, the room is small, although the site indicates an area of u200bu200babout 38 m2 - they are not. The bedroom is approximately 16 m2, where there is a double bed with one bedside table (the second one did not fit - the bed is adjacent to the wall), two single beds with two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a table and four chairs. The kitchenette is tiny about 3 m2, it is also an entrance hall with a small amount of dishes. A toilet, a shower tray and a sink with a boiler are also located in a small room. The balcony is small, overlooking a noisy street. The villa has not been new for a long time, it has worn out, although the furniture in the bedroom and in the kitchen is not bad, the plumbing is old. The air conditioning worked well, the internet was average. It is impossible to sleep at night with open windows, the noise from the road is unbearable, the store, and the work of garbage collection machines every 3-4 hours. Cleaning for 11 days was about 2-3 times, the bed was changed 1 time, towels 3 times (daily cleaning and linen change 1 time in 3 days is declared). They left a tip every day, then they scored, as they took it only a few times, on the rest of the days no one came. These are the cons.... From the pros: there is an aroma market shop, mesara, a bunch of bakers, fruit shops right next to the villa. The sea is near about 300 m, the beach is clean. The view from the balcony is amazing on the mountains. In general, we had a great rest. , positively. The shortcomings of the residence were ignored. But for 4 adults you need a bigger room!!!!!! !

Liked the villa. Corresponds to the description. The nearest beach is 7 minutes away. Cleaning, changing towels almost every day. There is a large shop below the window.
