In general, the building is well maintained, as well as the territory, it is located 3 minutes from the sea, which is a huge plus.
But:
1. Upon arrival at the room, a noble layer of dust and dirt was waiting for me on the floor, rust in the toilet bowl, a wet floor in the bathroom and the exciting question of whether it was cleaned at all.
2. The safe did not work, they promised to fix it, but in 7 days no one solved this issue.
3. Water was turned off for a day. The problem is at the level of the city, not the villa, but I was surprised by the attitude of the staff, who simply shrugged and said "wash in the sea, what's the difference. "
4. Russian, like English, is practically not understood. The villa, as I understand it, is run by one family, the older ones speak only bad Russian, the younger ones only very bad English. To somehow explain, you need to know both plus sign language. Because of this, the question "How often is it cleaned here? " I was told "I don't know". "Will they remove it tomorrow? " - "I do not know". And so endlessly.
5. Well, and naturally about cleaning. In theory, they were supposed to take out the trash every day and change the toilet paper, in fact, this was done only when I asked. Towels were changed every 7 days, bed linen not at all. About a dirty field, a wet bathroom and all that I keep quiet, they don’t touch it at all.
6. Minimalist breakfasts. Sometimes there were eggs, sometimes cheap sausages (never together, sometimes none of that). There was always only cereal and cold milk, cheese/ham and chopped vegetables. Since I eat little, I had enough to get by in the morning, but the family would no longer be fun.
7. The most unpleasant thing for me personally was in relation to the employees. Young girls at least really try to understand the problem, apologize if it's wrong, and so on. The elders act as if any request is a personal insult. To any questions like "Where can I throw away large garbage? ", "Where can I leave my suitcase before the transfer? " and so on, they just waved their hands in an incomprehensible direction, never straining to answer or show normally, and always with a displeased look.
Of the pluses - a cozy lane with greenery and a beautiful view from the windows, the sea is nearby. But this is more about nature, not the work of the villa.
And the service and hygiene left mixed impressions, I would hardly go a second time.

I never write reviews, now being in a hotel, I'm sitting in shock.... Returning from a walk, we felt a strong smell of tobacco smoke in the hall and on the stairs, we had a very small child with us. The smell is so strong that the clothes were soaked, the reenok also inhaled. Half an hour later I went downstairs to catch wi fi (so-so connection), a hotel worker sits downstairs on the sofa and smokes in the lobby, I told him that it’s not normal to smoke in the room, he answered something in Serbian, a couple of other women who serve the apartments were sitting nearby and everyone laughed together, then lit another cigarette defiantly! What was it? This is fine? In Budva, they smoke everywhere, but as it turned out, including in cafes, there are ashtrays on every table.

In Budva, they smoke everywhere, but as it turned out, including in cafes, there are ashtrays on every table.
Further, if you suddenly decide to go with your husband / wife, the guy and the girl be prepared to sleep under different blankets, they, as I was told, do not have double blankets....there are no duvet covers either! They give a sheet and a blanket, which means that if you open up at night and the sheet slips, you will sleep under a blanket of not the first freshness completely in spools.
I don’t understand where such a rating of these apartments comes from, because I also focused on booking, reviews from other sites and chose based on reviews.
In short: the service is a complete disrespect for the guest....
The area in the photo is much larger than in reality.
Everything else is fine. But not more. These are small-town apartments that Budva is teeming with.
In general, Budva itself is Nostalgic for Soviet beaches and trips to the sea...
Unfortunately, they are far from a real civilized Europe with a correct understanding of service and respect for personal space.
From the good : ) of course the sea, mountains, nature, landscape

We chose this hotel based on price and location. Check in was quick and our room was ready for our arrival. The room is cozy, clean, with air conditioning, hairdryer in the bathroom, TV, unfortunately, did not show. Balcony with chairs and a table to sit on in the evening. The Slavic beach is nearby, but it is dirty, we went to the beach in Becici, through the tunnel, or to Morgen, it is located outside the old town.

The Slavic beach is nearby, but it is dirty, we went to the beach in Becici, through the tunnel, or to Morgen, it is located outside the old town. To get to the beach faster, we turned left from the road, and not through the Alexander Hotel.
The main grocery stores are located near the villa. The cheapest store is "Mega Market", there is also "Idea" nearby, some products are even cheaper there.
The room was emptied every day, towels were changed once. We liked the rest very much.

We had several options, but settled on this hotel. Not far from the center and supermarket. Beach 10 minutes. The hotel is small but cozy, has everything you need, the room was clean, there was a plasma, wifi, hairdryer, refrigerator, in other things, like in many hotels. And so there is nothing more to evaluate, since we spent all the time on the beach and excursions.

I read the review of August 20 and subscribe to every word! I also want to add that in addition to all the minuses (ban on alcohol and fruits, disgusting wi-fi, terrible cleaning, etc. ), not a single socket worked in our bathroom. Seems not such a problem, right? But the hair dryer, however, is sometimes a very important thing that I could not use, because it is attached to the wall and cannot be removed (the stand is nailed, and the hair dryer is connected to it with a cord).

In the first minutes of staying in the room, they noticed a layer of dust as thick as a finger under the bed and a few pieces of paper. During the week we spent there, the towels were changed twice, the bed was not changed. We once had to go ask for a roll of toilet paper, because somehow after the beach we went into the room and saw a bar on which the paper is generally held in the device near the toilet, for some reason it lies on the bed, but there is no paper. We understood that the room was "cleaned" only by a clean ashtray. Garbage was also systematically thrown out of the bucket, although sometimes they didn’t even change the bag, but simply shook it out. Breakfasts are primitive. I wonder how you can run a service like that! After all, the hotel is good, neat, quite nice, comfortable rooms, good location, good sea view. Would not risk staying at this hotel in the future and would not recommend to others.

Hi all. So in order: The location of the hotel is not bad and the building itself is still in good condition. Teretoriya around the hotel is small, but that's not the point. standard room for 2 with sea view on the 2nd floor. the room has a safe, air conditioner, mini fridge, TV (but the interference is such that it is not possible to watch any channel).

standard room for 2 with sea view on the 2nd floor. the room has a safe, air conditioner, mini fridge, TV (but the interference is such that it is not possible to watch any channel). wifi worked intermittently. Cleaning in the room only taking out the garbage, dust and cobwebs in the corners remained untouched. change of towels 1 time in 7 days. There was no bed change in 7 days. Parking only for your car (if you rented it, it was forbidden to leave it in the hotel parking lot). there was also a ban on bringing alcohol, fruits, etc. into the room (it is written on the sheet only in Russian, that is, as far as I understand, this did not apply to the rest of non-Russian speakers). Breakfast is very simple and monotonous. Generally follow. We will definitely come to Montenegro in the year, but we will definitely not stay at this hotel. All the same, the payment includes not only 4 walls and a bed, but also a service.

Liked the hotel very much. Modern, cozy, calm. Everything is built and made with intelligence, attention, simply but with taste. The rooms are different, for every taste and for different categories of guests. My husband and I booked a small one with a sea view on the third floor - romance! We settled in very quickly.

The rooms are different, for every taste and for different categories of guests. My husband and I booked a small one with a sea view on the third floor - romance! We settled in very quickly. Hot water at any time. There is a refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, safe (free of charge), an ironing board with an iron for common use in the corridor, balconies with a table and two chairs. There is liquid soap in the bathroom, everything else is with you. The linen is clean and new. Changed several times in 12 days. The only thing is that I would like wet cleaning more often, but the garbage was taken out every day. Good location, not by the road itself, far enough from the most disgustingly noisy discos. The sea is a few minutes walk. The staff are very friendly and respond quickly to requests. They asked if it was possible to get boiling water somewhere, they said that there was no boiler in the hall, but they could give an electric kettle in the room. Dali. The territory is well-groomed, a lot of greenery, birds, flowers. Nearby there are markets with very reasonable prices, a bus stop is very close. . From there there are regular buses to Jaz, Sveti Stefan. Excellent value for money. In general, the next time we are in Budva, I would like to get here. Thanks to the travel agency and the owners!

A small family hotel, located next to the road, but in a side street, so we didn’t have a chance to breathe gasoline exhaust fumes)) We rested with a family of 3 people, the room is very spacious (we saw twin rooms, everything is more modest there). Nice loggia, the bathroom is normal, there is a hair dryer, only liquid soap from detergents, so be sure to take your own, the hotel is so small, clean and comfortable.

Nice loggia, the bathroom is normal, there is a hair dryer, only liquid soap from detergents, so be sure to take your own, the hotel is so small, clean and comfortable. There is no elevator, but the second floor was not a problem for us. The air conditioner worked properly.
For 10 days of stay there changed towels once, bedding never. Cleaning is daily and we even saw a cleaning lady. But she was only good at taking out the trash. But the Internet was even in the room)))
Breakfast is very modest and monotonous, photo attached. And so all 10 days, but a person gets used to a lot....
Beach 5-7 minutes, sand and pebble in Budva, to the left through the tunnel 10-15 minutes. walk to the beach in Becici sandy. Another bus stop opposite the hotel, for 1.5 euros to St. Stephen, there is a stone beach, but the cleanest water and few people, though 1.5 euros and in the opposite direction. It's up to you to decide, but at least once I advise you to go (take safety shoes for walking on stones).
Near the hotel there are 2 markets, several cafes, where for 5 euros you can dine quite well.
20-25 minutes walk to the Old Town, there is also a beach and many, many shops.
The most amazing nature there is the sea and mountains. Vacation was great!
R-tours was responsible for us there, punctuality and diligence, thank you very much!

Family villa Celebic is located in the new Budva, in a quiet area. The villa's rooms are furnished without fancy, but clean and tidy. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: safe, TV (plasma), refrigerator, free Internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning. There is a shared iron in the hallway, so don't worry about wrinkled evening dresses and tuxedos.

The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: safe, TV (plasma), refrigerator, free Internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning. There is a shared iron in the hallway, so don't worry about wrinkled evening dresses and tuxedos. The villa has a very small "homestead" territory, there is no parking (although they write that it is). It is generally difficult to get to Celebich by car, because the villa is located on a quiet narrow street and is devoid of any identification marks, such as a sign with the name (however, this is the "disease" of most Budva villas). Usually the hosts themselves go out to meet the tourists so that their guests do not accidentally wander into the neighbors (no one wants to lose their clientele : )).
The building of the villa has four floors, but does not have an elevator (prepare for a tiring climb up and down the stairs). Room cleaning is minimal (garbage removal and change of towels), breakfasts are modest (coffee can be bought at the bar for an extra charge), the staff is friendly. The beach (Slovenska Plaza) is about 10 minutes leisurely walk and is visible from the balconies of the upper rooms. To the historical center - Old Budva - you will have to stomp for about half an hour. A three-minute walk from "Chelebich" is a supermarket "Slavia" (Slavija), which is a "landmark" for sightseeing and transfer buses. Most likely your way to "Chelebich" will start from this stop. Stay in this villa will appeal to lovers of silence and long walks.
I wish you all a pleasant holiday!
