I want to start with the fact that Montenegro is a country with bewitching nature, azure sea, clean air and friendly people. We rested in the city of Budva, which combined the old and new cities, sandy and pebble beaches, cozy quiet places and a noisy crowded embankment with bars and discos for every taste.
When we were just planning to go to Budva, we could not find at least one review about the hotel "More" anywhere. Therefore, having been there, I decided that I would definitely share my impressions.
Pluses of the hotel "More": 1. It is located in the center of Budva, 5-7 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes to Mogren beach, the city is clean and well-groomed, so it was a pleasure to walk. 2. We were met and settled immediately, the owner is very friendly. 3. Room with a balcony, but, unfortunately, the sea was not visible due to other hotels, everything you need was also available in the room. 4. The hotel is almost all foreigners. : )
Cons: 1. Plumbing in the room, no shower, only a tray and a curtain (very primitive for the money), you need to heat hot water with a boller. 2. The room is small and the furniture is very simple, this is for those for whom the interior matters, but as they say "you can't sit in the room all the time. " 3. Meals were breakfast and dinner, or rather there was almost no breakfast, because. eat 1 bun and coffee is not real, especially for men. Dinners were more varied and even delicious. But my advice to you: you need to go on vacation without food, because in the same hotel breakfast costs 1.5 euros, and dinner 2 or 3 euros, so count and draw your conclusions, and you can have a great meal for two for 15 euros in any restaurant on the embankment. 4. Room cleaning is normal, but you can change towels and bedding more often. 5. And even all of the above, probably trifles, if not to say about the roommates. Perhaps we were so "lucky", but since the guests at the hotel are mostly young people, it was not possible to go out onto the balcony on hot evenings. I explain: the balconies in the hotel without partitions, reminds a bit of a hostel, where everyone sees each other and naturally hears, so it was very difficult to fall asleep at one in the morning. But if all this does not scare you, then go ahead!
As a result: I really liked the rest, despite the little things, because you are going to swim, sunbathe, travel. Regarding excursions: be sure to take an excursion to Dubrovnik (Croatia), as well as a boat trip along all the beaches of Montenegro (this is the one for 40 euros and all inclusive : ) very fun!
Good luck to all and have a good rest.
