Settlement: the girl who settled does not know Russian only English and is not very friendly - she did not even introduce herself. There is no reception. In terms of conditions, the villa is quite good - new building, new furniture, air conditioning, rooms, though small, but comfortable + balcony. The nearest beach at least 20 minutes.

In terms of conditions, the villa is quite good - new building, new furniture, air conditioning, rooms, though small, but comfortable + balcony.
The nearest beach at least 20 minutes. - a little far, but close to supermarkets and local cafes, where you can eat cheaply (by Budva standards).
The biggest downside is the poor service (and so in general in Montenegro): if you took out the garbage, put toilet paper and swept, it was great. There was no wet cleaning at all. Towels were changed only once in 8 days. The bed was not changed at all.
