There was everything necessary, the kitchen was small, but the stove was never used, there was no need: we had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on the beach "Obala". There was an electric kettle in the room. Wi-fi is excellent on the territory of the villa. The view from the balcony overlooked the mountains, kiwis grew, so there was shade even in the heat. In the evening it was nice to sit at the table on the balcony and enjoy the scenery. The owners are very hospitable and respond to every request, do not bother with their presence))) tolerant and inconspicuous. The nearest beach is 10-15 minutes away. Supermarkets, shops and cafes are close, everything is nearby. There is a supermarket and a coffee shop even opposite the hotel.
During the 3 years of the war, we got used to a curfew, forced silence, so it was somewhat noisy, but this does not concern the owners or neighbors - the general noise of the city, cars everywhere, many cars, life is raging around the clock.

The hotel was chosen due to its convenient location and relatively low cost of living. Manager Maria recommended us to relax in this villa, for which we thank her. The tour operator organized the flights for us perfectly, everything was on time and with comfort. Of course, it should be taken into account that the hotel is not 5 *, the service is not great, but it is cozy, at home, the staff is good. The rooms are freshly renovated and have everything you need. We were seated immediately upon arrival. The room has a kitchenette with a set of dishes, pots, a kettle and more. We prepared meals in the room, and then we found a quite inexpensive restaurant and ate mostly there. Prices are not cosmic, and portions are huge. The bed is big, there is a lot of space in the closet. The air conditioner is located really a little unfortunate, but that's it. Good wi-fi on the floor. The TV is working, but there are no Russian channels. Walk 10-15 minutes to the nearest beach. The hostess of the hotel is very friendly, she will always ask how the rest is, if nothing is required. The cleaning in the room was normal, the garbage was taken out, the bed was made, towels and bed linen were changed every couple of days. In general, the hotel was satisfied. Of course, given that we only came to eat and sleep, the price of the hotel pleasantly pleased us and fully justified itself. The nature is very beautiful, the embankment, the sea, wrench and sandy beaches, sunsets. . We are very glad that we visited Montenegro and we are satisfied with the hotel, we recommend it.

The electric kettle is completely clogged with scale. This water is white. Nobody cleans the kettle. You have to break your nails to open it. Linen and towels are not changed for 7 days8. Toilet paper is not provided, even if it runs out9. They only take out the trash. But not regularly. Only local boring channels on TV. All interesting channels are blocked

Lovely villa with everything you need for a holiday. There is Wi-Fi, major cleaning in the rooms every 3 days, garbage is taken out daily... It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea, the road is not tiring, everything is close to shops and pharmacies, all sorts of eateries and so on. The hostess of the villa is a rainbow woman, always ready to help and suggest)) I advise you to take a tour without food, it's more profitable, about washing and noise, it's not true, there is a sink, but it doesn't interfere at all. … More ▾ Lovely villa with everything you need for a holiday. We were very pleasantly surprised to see the villa. There is a patio, though it was not useful to us, since the room had a balcony. Stunning view from the window to the mountains. Well, not exactly in the kitchen.... The sink, cabinet, refrigerator and electric stove were right in the room, next to the bed. But to be honest, we only used the kitchen a few times. Constantly were on the road for excursions and beaches. There are a lot of places in Budva where you can eat very inexpensively. The room has air conditioning, two beds, wardrobe, dressing table, TV, folding chair. Very nice restroom! In general, nothing falls on your head)) Good location of the villa. I can't imagine how you can live next to the main road. The beach is about 15 minutes walk (Slovensky beach), so at night you could not hear the festivities on the embankment. Nearby is a store that has everything! The Old Town is about 30 minutes walk. The same amount to Mogren (we, however, did not appreciate this beach, as there are too many people and the cost of a sunbed and umbrella is quite high - 10-15 euros). We were very satisfied with our vacation. We recommend this villa!

I recommend it to young, active tourists. The villa is located in the center of Budva, it is convenient to walk from it to any beaches in Becici and Mogren. He will take you to any distant beach and take you back. … More ▾ I recommend it to young, active tourists. Cleanliness, homeliness, daily cleaning, towels daily, the owner takes an active part in your vacation and tries to make it even better. He will take you to any distant beach and take you back. At the same time, he refused to pay for at least gasoline and was a little offended, he said that we were his guests. There is a mini market, a baker, a restaurant near the villa.
I do not recommend the villa for those who are looking for peace and quiet. A quiet daytime rest can be ruined by a car wash, a noisy road. We left at 8 am and returned at 6-7 pm, so we did not hear all this.
I wish you a pleasant stay at Villa Liman near Savva!

In the evening, Savva himself took us on an excursion (free of charge) to old Budva and the surrounding area. We fully appreciated Montenegrin hospitality! Our Russian guide came to the terrace every evening and answered all the questions that arose. We did not feel like orphans. Portions in restaurants are no longer so huge, but quite measured (although in comparison with last year, everything has risen a little in price). Have a good rest!!! ))

Embarrassing horror. In general, the repetition is on emotions, but now it is not so colorful. Look for disagreements with previous comments.
We rested at Villa Liman from 28.08. 09 to 04.09. 09. Immediately advice to visitors - take a free almanac about Montenegro in the arrivals hall. There are many interesting and useful things. First, customs and culture. Secondly, a description of catering and leisure establishments. Third, excursions. In general, it does not hurt, especially for free.
So, the rooms are as advertised. But if you are expecting 4-5 star Egyptian-Turkish service, then this is not the place. But in defense I will say - cleaning daily. There was no shortage of toilet paper.
We met okay. We were transported to the villas by bus. Ours was the last one. We were dropped off a couple of streets higher than the hotel (or rather the villa) is located. Streets... there are no streets in the city. These are all illegal squatting structures. Therefore, the landmark of our villa is the Zlatibor restaurant. In case of unforeseen circumstances (ambulance, police, taxi), feel free to call the coordinate - you will be understood and delivered. So, someone was not happy that the transfer ended 150 meters from the hotel. How else? The street is narrow and one-way traffic. To drop in, the bus needs to circle around the city for 15-20 minutes. Therefore, we reach these meters on foot, and your luggage is taken by the staff of the villa themselves.
Now about the owners. You can talk to them either through the tour operator or through an assistant. The assistant is a man, thin and gray-haired, it seems a couple of teeth are missing. It is a pity that we saw him only upon arrival and departure - he carried the suitcases and explained what was happening. Otherwise, the conversation with the owners did not work. They did not understand Russian, Ukrainian or English. At least that was the case with our group. Although wait, they could speak two words in Russian - DOBRE UTRE; ) A few more words about the location of the villa. There really is a sink nearby and it interferes with the numbers facing her side. So take it... try to get into rooms with balconies overlooking the sea (it seems to be No. 2, No. 3, No. 4) By the way, No. 3 has a very large balcony. In the evening we often envied them; )
Now about the tour operator. We had Tamara. We saw her only on the bus at the meeting and when we were seen off. On other days, she could not come and sent assistants instead of herself 2 times. The rest of the time we were orphans.
Assistants - two girls. One is local (she speaks only local, does not know other languages), the second is Roxalana. She is from Lviv, so at least she was lucky here. She explained what was what, although there was already nothing to ask - everyone came up by self-tapping method.
Hosts treat. Yes, on the first evening, a local girl came instead of Tamara, and the group could not understand for a long time what she wanted. Then I remembered the comments about the treat and it became more or less clear what was what. By the way, I did not see a place in the villa where we could be fed and watered. As a result, she took us to a neighboring villa, a 5-minute walk, where we were offered a treat. These are just drinks. Or rather, one name in one hand, the rest must be ordered. In general, they treated them to a glass of wine, juice to the children. I am sure that it was done in order to attract people to eat in this institution. In any case, one dinner took place here, and in the morning we had breakfast with them. We didn't come again. No, everything is delicious. It just wasn't very convenient for us.
Well, let's talk about food. Everything in the comments is correct. Nobody has ever been hungry. The meat industry works with a bang, so the meat is cheap and in almost all dishes. They are proud of it. The dishes are large, you can not eat alone. Here are just expensive drinks - 1.7 euros a glass of juice (nectar of excellent quality), 3.5 euros 30 grams of vodka (and in the end I wanted so much), wine from 1.7 to 23 euros per bottle. Also expensive seafood. Fish is divided into fish of the first category and the second. The price is up to 40 euros per kilogram, but... I have not tried the taste of fresh sea fish cooked here for a long time. I RECOMMEND one time ; ) Like the previous authors, we rate the Zlatibor restaurant as the best in terms of price and quality, and most importantly, in terms of distance from home. The cost of dishes is from 2 to 10 euros. For example, a portion of cabbage rolls (2 cabbage rolls the size of... wait, you represent Bulgarian pepper. No, which is imported into the country, and not from our garden. So fill them with meat, put a side dish of potatoes (mashed or french fries), add a salad from cucumber and tomato). Represented? So, it costs 2-4 euros. And it is in almost all restaurants. The price is proportional to the distance from the sea to the institution. In Zlatobor it cost 2.5 euros. But walking from the beach is far away, so you can eat on the beach, but... there is another option. Return to the highway that separates the city from the beach and there is a restaurant "KANGAROO" 30 meters from the intersection. We ate there more often. I highly recommend meatballs, stuffed peppers, lulyaki and CHORBU - this is a local soup. It happens fish, veal, chicken - all are equally tasty, so be bolder. I also really liked the Olimp restaurant with its Russian vocalist Anya. Soulful foreign songs (finally took a break from BLACK EYES!!! ) They cook very tasty and the service is at a high level. Then there is another restaurant, I forgot the name. It is located on the waterfront opposite the amusement park, next to pizzerias. The name of the chef there is Goran. It cooks fish and meat very tasty, so take a look; ) Well, let's assume that we figured out the food.
Beer. Of course, the taste and color... I love Czech, but I drank it with pleasure. The price is also not friendly with the distance to the sea. At sea 1-1.2 euros per can, in restaurants 2 - 2.5 euros per mug. In the shops of the city from 0.64 to 0.8 euros per can. The best option for us was to buy in a store at the crossing of the highway to the sea. There, beer costs 0.7 euros, but it’s cold and you don’t have to go far. The cheapest beer, as well as products, is in the SLAVIA supermarket. This is if you stand at the crossroads facing the sea, then go 250-300 meters to the left, in front of the Alexander Hotel. There you can take beer at a price of 0.62 euros per bottle, and then return this bottle : D For an empty bottle, you will be returned 0.5 euros. Estimate, our golden time still operates there, when I went to the store with an empty bottle, gave 10 kopecks and took a whole bottle of lemonade : D Yes, you can get rich here if you hand over bottles : D By the way, there are practically no vacationers with a can of beer in hand, only we and the Russian-Ukrainian population on the beach with him. The rest do not treat this drink very much, or they drink it exclusively in drinking establishments. And further. For beer, only peanuts, pistachios, chips and dried meat pshrut. No roach/smelt, no squid or minke whale. But that's how I wanted it. So guys, I recommend taking a couple of bags with you, remember on the beach with a kind word; )
Well, finally about the sea. Seeing this sea, you will forgive all the flaws of the tour operator and spit on the service. Even behind the buoys, from the pier, you will see the bottom (provided that there was no storm the day before, which is very rare). Livestock is scarce, this is not the Red Sea for you. But you constantly feel how the fish are trying to bite off the hornyness on your legs from you.
So the beach. Someone wrote about a paid beach - I have not seen this, although I went around the entire coast. Maybe these are the beaches that people got to by transport - in general, I don’t know what - I won’t write. Apparently it's in the Old City area. So, the length of the city beach is about 2.5 km. Orientation again - if you stand facing the sea, then on the left is a rocky coast with boulders (reminiscent of a suburb of Sochi). Then comes a section with large pebbles (again, Lazarevskoye in the Caucasus comes to mind). The next section with pebbles (well, like the Yalta coast in the Crimea). Next is a section of pebbles mixed with sand. In general, everyone will find a convenient option for recreation. All areas are equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Prices from 1 to 4 euros. I saw another version of a bungalow (trestle bed with two mattresses curtained with awning sheets). Its price is about 10 euros.
Excursions. I recommend ordering excursions on the beach - at least 5 euros cheaper. Well, in terms of importance, they are approximately distributed as follows: Canyons, Dubrovnik, Skadar Lake, Rafting, etc. Before leaving, ask about the route. For example, in the Canyons you will have to spend 8 to 10 hours on the road (this is both ways), but... ours were and they say that it was worth it. So decide for yourself how much time you have to rest and whether it is worth spending it on moving around the country in a bus. Now about sea walks. On the shore there are scooters, boats, paragliding behind a boat, a pleasure boat. So, a paraglider costs 30 euros for one person, 50 euros for a pair, 70 euros for three. Tarzanka - 40 meter tower, also 50 euros. Pleasure boat - 10 euros from the bow and in 1.5 hours they will ride along the coast. This is where you can save money ; ) I recommend taking a walk towards the Old City (this is to the right according to our orientation). There is a harbor where fishermen and pleasure boats with yachts moor. Well, first of all, look at how some people live. (We saw the yacht of the oligarch Malnicheko on the raid. It looks like a hefty, white submarine. The cost is ~ 400 million. Today it is the most expensive yacht in the world). Secondly, you can hire a pleasure boat. Depending on the size and comfort, the price fluctuates from 10 to 90 euros per hour. We managed to bring down from 30 euros to 20 and we walked along the coast in a large crowd. We recommend swimming beyond the Old City, there are also beaches, and there are several grottoes. We had a great time swimming in them. Well, then the islands of St. Nicholas and St. Stephen.
Well, here are all the notes. Naturally, you will forget everything, but something will settle in your head and, God forbid, come in handy. Then, after re-reading the comments, you will find your truth and our untruth; ) So... have a good rest. I sincerely envy you, because the “velvet season” is now beginning there; )
обратите внимание, снимок сделан за пределами буйков, а дно просматривается Эх, покуралесить бы по волнам на такой посудине вот такие отдыхают люди вид на Старый Город и яхт-клуб с пирса

Is there a hair dryer and an electric kettle? Is there wi-fi? Once they wrote that there was a car wash nearby. Tell me, is it not very noisy from her? Or what number is better to ask for, so that she would not be heard and seen?
